We recently finished remodeling our new house we purchased last year. We contracted ES Countertops for Kitchen and bathroom counters. They did an excellent job. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and he kept us on schedule and make sure everything was perfect. He made us samples when we needed to make a decision, came back and measured again when needed. He was extremely responsive and professional. We were very happy that we chose ES Countertops. They take pride in what they do, and pay attention to every little details. I highly recommend them.

Well to start, Im a big fan of supporting small businesses and at the end of the day the countertops came out beautifully. The low score is mostly for the process of getting the countertops and the sink ordeal.My experience was not great, it felt very very unorganized. The only times I received a phone call was for the deposit and final payment. Besides that, I had to call for templating, and call multiple times regarding the day they would be installed. The initial back and forth of emails was also very repetitive. I answered the same question 3 to 4 times in a week span.After the countertops and sink were installed, I wish they did a walk through to make sure everything is good to go. The sink has many scratches in it, which once I contacted them, said it must have been the manufacturer... SO when templating and installing, they never noticed the huge scratches or if they did, continued to install and oh well.Ultimately, I wish I shopped around more and I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had an unusual and great experience with ES Countertops. My order was not large but, all the same, I got plenty to of attention to detail and excellent communication (by text) throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Mike, Ben & Team are a pleasure to work with. We have used them on every project granite related in our home and each one is spectacular. The most recent project was a custom Bar that they helped me design from conception to completion. Mike was wonderful to work with. I received a quote from another company for $25 more square foot than he gave me. He was very professional and came to my house the same day to measure! From there they templated by the end of the week and I had my new beautiful counter tops installed the following week. Mike kept in constant contact with me through the whole process by sending pics when the slabs arrived and even a couple pics when they were cutting. I had been looking for a countertop store that a coworker had referred me to but i couldnt find the store.
