We went to the West Springfield store and worked with the lady there. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. They are certainly lucky to have her back! She is professional & personable, easy to work with.

During a time when businesses are struggling you would think there would be a focus on customer service. Nope I guess not. It should not be this difficult to work with a company especially when you are planning in spending tens of thousands of dollars. I will be moving on to a company that understands customer service. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

Off to bad start.... had to ask twice to speak to a different person because my wife and I could not understand what he was saying.....

We got vanities for two bathroom and bar top from here, West Springfield branch’s and totally satisfied with the price and service. Darlene is very enthusiastic and patient and helped us throughout the process so well. Thank you Darlene and five stars to the business 👍 looking forward for more business!

Looks great! Whats my first time dealing with Express kitchens and was happy with the results. From Peter in the showroom to the demo and install our guys good job all around. Hope to do more business in the future

Totally disappointed in the customer service! I happen to stop into the west Springfield location and was speaking to the store manager Russ about bathroom vanities. I had two bathrooms I was in the middle of renovating and was in need of custom vanity sizes. I picked out what I had liked but did not have sizes on hand, so the manager handed me his card and said just email me the sizes and I’ll get a quote over to you ASAP! I emailed the sizes 4 times but never received a response. I tried calling to only get voicemail. Not sure how these people stay in business??!!

Absolutely Love the Counter tops we chose and now that they are installed even though it took 3 attempts, the process from step one was absolutely abysmal and no one in this company has any integrity. Trust me for the savings it isnt at all worth it do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Worst buying experience and communication I have ever experienced in my life !!!!!!! would give a zero if possible

Very helpful staff. Our contractor got kitchen cabinets from here and installed them. They were quite lovely. A few small issues. One was created by the contractors choice in hardware slides. We skipped the contractor and went straight to here. They were very helpful and replaced the part that had issues and let us upgrade the hardware that required a heavy duty slide.

My husband and I are completely satisfied with our new kitchen. A year ago we bought a house and decided to completely renovate the kitchen because the house is very old and was in need of a little upgrade. We went to Express Kitchen in West Springfield and Darlene took care of us. We gave her the dimensions of our kitchen and what she envisioned for our kitchen was something truly special. She advised us to knock down a small wall in order to expand our countertop space and allowed us to put in a larger refrigerator, which was one of the best ideas she suggested for us.She also added in a wine rack I’m obsessed with. We also use that counter space as our alcohol bar, convienently below the wine rack.Darlene created a layout of our kitchen on her computer and once we all agreed upon the layout, Kyle & I picked out our cabinets, granite, hardware and other items for the kitchen. Darlene spent so much time creating our dream kitchen for us and we are so thankful. Our kitchen came out better than I ever could have hoped and we are both very attached to it.I’ve never had so much space to cook & bake before. My husband and I actually enjoy cooking together because there is so much space we don’t ever get in each other’s way.We know we will continue to enjoy our kitchen for years to come.Anytime someone comes to our house they always compliment our kitchen and express how big, open and bright it is.We cannot thank Darlene enough for all of the hard hours of work she put in creating, designing and finalizing our kitchen.And we have recommended her to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen.Please see the attached photos to see how great it came out!

Just spent 20 minutes standing waiting for the woman to get off her personal phone call we ended up leaving. Certainly no way to get business. Never even acknowledged us standing there.
