I went in to sell some stuff. I dont know the name of the guy helping me. But he was awesome! He was so friendly and was knowledgeable about the consoles and the games. He wasnt able to buy some of my consoles, but he gave me names of places to call that might be able to.

I went in and ordered an Xbox One Kinect. When I was looking at the shipping I paid extra for 1-2 days and they assured me it would be there by then. It has been a week and theyre still telling me that it will be another few days. When I asked for a refund on the shipping they said I have to receive the product first. If you shop through gamestop dont use their online shipping because they clearly dont care.

Great selection! They are always nice! Usually if they dont have the item im looking for, they call their other locations close by to see if they will hold it for me while I head over!

I called this store to double check about a promotion on a game I wanted, but was unable to work through online. The employee was helpful, and told me he would make sure to help me out and would put the game on hold for me to come in and get.When I got there, he remembered what we had talked about on the phone and was helpful, kind, and answered a few other questions I had on some other games and consoles.

GameStop is wonderful. They always take the time to explain the things I am not sure about. I always get great customer service.

There were two employees, one seemed to be doing all the work while the other was doing something on the computer behind the desk. I asked for a title and the one on the computer turned and asked the working guy if they had the title, and the answer was they would have to look. The end, they didnt look or anything. Because one guy wasnt working, we were rushed at checkout, so I didnt get to talk to the Mrs. about buying the membership, but its all good since I will likely buy from somewhere different, at least a different location, moving forward.

Management needs to stop talking with customers so much so the ones that wanna buy games can buy games. I walked out after nearly 30 minute wait. The employee are great there just need to let customers that wanna just grab what they want and leave do that. Le

Nice staff helped me find my sons headseat and even offered me a memebrship in which we can have it repair if it breaks due to technical things.

Store has what you need, the staff are always friendly. Used and new game selections are great. But one complaint is that the regular prices are a little more expensive than other places unless you get the elite membership for a year and then the prices are just under others. So its a preferred choice to shop here, but you have to have the membership and shop often to make it a win.

The employees are always super helpful and knowledgeable about the games. I can always get a good recommendation here. And it doesnt feel like they are just trying to push a sale.

Generally enthusiastic staff, they absolutely know what is happening In the gamer world. If you have any questions they will get an answer. The parking sucks but thats because it is a busy plaza considering the smiths and big daddys pizza.

This GameStop recently got new management and it is a turnaround from a year ago I went in there Justin always takes care of his customers and knows what it takes to be a good store manager.

The sole employee was working hard to overcome the issues he was having with his network. The state of the store (messy and disheveled) tells me that corporate doesnt give them enough hours to properly maintain the store. Its a shame that the manager cares so much but the corporate office doesnt.

Only Gamestop worth going to in my opinion. The store has really started to stand out since Brock took over as the manager. Always ready to answer questions and give honest opinions on the items. Bought another Xbox one with Guitar Hero this weekend and Brock helped carry it out to my car, cant beat that.

This was my favorite gamestop until today. The manager was ignoring the line to help people that had just come in. The person at the register was training, without a trainer. I will make the trip another gamestop from now on.

Don’t go here! Thieves, Liars!!!! I called them about a ps4 controller I wanted to sell them they said they were going to pay me $25 cash or 30 credit and plus I’m a elite member on top and over the years I bought more than a few thousands worth of stuff from them. So I went to the store and it was a different story they only wanted to give me $14 bucks for a brand new ps4 Camouflage remote! So I told them that I called first and the lady gave me a different amount on the phone he ignored me a responseded by saying it you had a miscommunication that just proves their also lairs! Plus the worst customer service ever also rude to a loyal customer like me.

My husband went to get a prerelease for a game, and he went and got it all set up around 6 so that he could just pick it up. He asked specifically what time was a good time and they said anytime after 9. He was there around 9:20 and they were already closed up and would not even come to the door to tell him that. They just motioned that they were closed and waved him on his way. So I hope that you guys enjoy your other customers, but we will not be coming back. My husband would have been there at 9 o clock if you would have just been straight up and told him that you would not even wait 30 minutes to see who all showed up. He was only there at that time cuz of our daughter who is 1.5 years old. Bad customer service right there!

Im not bashing GameStop on account everyone does. I returned a Wii U from online purchase, and button stuck, and was all crusty, employee sprays it with some kind of cleaner they use to clean the place, rubs it and says its fine, and I say Ill just wait for Nintendo Switch, and in the most frumpy way imaginable, he says good luck. Their staff is only knowledgeable on consoles, know nothing about handhelds, anything nintendo, nor mobile. I literally asked for a recommendation for 3DS twice, and conversation led to Overwatch or Battlefield 1.
