I love this place! They are helpful and quick and always ready with a smile. I’ve been coming for 10 years and it’s still my favorite place to get things printed off to look professional and crisp.
My mother went in to drop off a package to be delivered. The person at this location told her they had to charge her 25$ to “repackage” the item. Once she said never mind and was going to leave they told her they could go ahead and just do it. First of all, this is the box we received from FEDEX when it was delivered. Nothing wrong with the box. But even then if she needed a new box, I can assure you it was not a 25$ box. I cannot express how much it rubbed me the wrong way when my mom came home and told me this. I’m glad I know which FedEx to avoid now.
Walked in to get copies made. Guy is sitting on the floor behind the counter. He says can I help you. I say I need some things printed from a flash drive. He says are you familiar with our self help center.I walked out. I am not going to pay for something and do the work.Fed ex is the new lazy.
I ordered some big items from IKEA to be delivered here. And the worker Luvance was so friendly and helpful, they were quite big boxes so I was thankful to get some help carrying out to my car! I’ll definitely come back to this locationThank you!
My dad passed away and I needed to send an old train set and a set of drinking glasses to my brother. These items were special in our family and I wanted to make sure that they would be well packed and handled with care. I talked to UPS and FedEx and asked them both if they could pack and ship. Vinny at FedEx impressed me right away. When I brought my treasures in, Vinny helped me as well. She was fast, efficient, and explained everything that she was going to do. My brother received the packages and was very impressed with the shipping and handling. Im So glad that I went to FedEx!
Bad service. Went there to get something print, it charges you for the minute, and it never printed correctly (it would always cut off words or a whole section). I asked the worker there and I felt like they didn’t really try to help and would just buy time “literally” since they were charging us for the minute. Ended up spending 10$ and didn’t even get our simple paper printed.
Always good every time Im in this location whether Im for scanning, faxing, printing or FedEx receiving/sent off goods! Very happy with the customer service and highly recommended to anyone in need of this service! Cheers.

Cant speak with a person, only robots. Robot on the phone, that doesnt understand a word of English, so it seems. The online chat robot understand but offer links that are not related at all. (just as bad as bing)

Solo guy working was dragging his feet on the customer before me, then told me they didnt have boxes available, nor could they ship my package as is. Very obviously didnt want to do any work and was trying to get me to leave.
We run a contracting business and often have project deadlines that rely on shipments arriving on time and when they are scheduled. It has been terribly frustrating working with Fedex. Tracking info is unreliable and packages are consistently late. We schedule delivery times and dont find out the package will be a day late until it doesnt arrive in the scheduled window. No heads up whatsoever. I have no idea what the point of scheduling a delivery window is at this point. When calling, customer service is often rude, and the information they give is often different the next day and contradicts what they said on a previous day.
They helped me way more than the actual customer service representatives
Fairly useless. Asked the manager lady to place some fragile stickers on the box after paying her $40. She stated no but she can inspect my package to ensure I paid for enough packing material. Thanks but no thanks.
POOR SERVICE! I was there on Sunday afternoon and the staff didn’t know how to do international paper work. She asked me to go to the other store to do it. She couldn’t contact her manager because the manger was out of town. She didn’t know how to contact other staffs. I don’t know how FedEx train their staff. If the staff doesn’t know how to ship international packages, you almost can shut the door down. Don’t waste any cost on opening the business.
Horrible experience at this location! I called ahead (twice) to verify that they could make a custom box for me to ship a 29X29X12 package. Sure, sure the first guy said. Bring it down and Ill take care of you. I called ahead again before I left work and told them that I would be a little later than my original ETA. No problem they said, see you then. I arrive an hour before they close and Im told by the lady behind the counter. Im sorry we dont have the room here to store your package. Do you want to try one of our other stores? If you hurry you might get there before they close. Well I did make it to one of their other stores. The guy there said he didnt have boxed big enough. Never again! What a waste of my time.
The group manager Erika WintonWas the worst person ever to be assist byShe need sense of urgency and how to deal with customers, her customer service levels are bad, needs to go back and get retrain using words like “sweety” does not help at all.This is my prefer location but with this visit, I will think before I came back.PD when I was leaving the store, one of the clerks was talking about the situation with Erika and was Laughing about it! Wooow great please I guess!
Would give less stars if an option. We were Told they would be open until 7pm today. Closed at 6pm. When we arrived at 6:05 pm, employee was taking the garbage out, and said we are closed. Adv was told closing at 7pm today. Said hours are on other door only and already set alarm and will have to come back wed. Customer service=not here. Please go elsewhere where they want your business. Fedex needs to communicate within their organization better, as promised one thing, not delivered on promise.
These girls here are so sweet. They are always so helpful and so polite. I dont ship things often so I didnt really know what to do and they help me with out making me feel dumb like when I went to usps. I will only ship through FedEx now since I have to be shipping often now. Thank you so much!
Went here to print some stuff for moving out of the place I was renting. The guy working was super professional, helpful, and quick. I didnt catch his name but if management is reading this, give the dude that was working at 2:30pm on 11/17/2018 a raise.
How many employees does it take to hand you your package? Well I was the only customer there, and not a single one of the 3 employees could even be bothered to acknowledge my presence. Terrible customer service. Send your packages to another FedEx. Apparently you can also have your packages sent to the Walgreens for you to pick up. Hmm
Great experience, my purpose was very fast, efficient and professional. In and out with no hassle.
They were able to give good printing suggestions/alternatives and pricing. They said they could complete the job the same day, and they printed a complete sample to show what Id be getting. Overall, they were great for my needs.

Went in to get some stuff printed. Literally waited 25 minutes with no help. One person came in with several packages,Worker was helping person ship like 20 packages,would stop to accept packages. Not sure if they need to have more than one worker or if this an inconsiderate customer but I feel like the worker should at least addressed those of us in line. There were two others ahead of me so I can’t imagine how long they waited.
Always helpful, great service and I prefer shipping with them every time. They do stay busy,so sometimes I have to wait a bit,but we all learn how to do that in kindergarten,so it is okay! Give them a try!
This placed is the biggest and I cant stress BIGGEST RIP OFF!!!! I took 16 pages in to have laminated and was charged over $50. You have got to be kidding. When I brought this to the attention of the person in charge, I was told that that is how we do it and would not even review the order. I have gone to many places and was never disappointed with them. This place is not here for anything but to rip people off. I will never go, or refer anybody to this place of business.
I came in with a truck load of items to ship (most of which needed boxing) and the crew did a great job selecting box sizes and packing items. Very satisfied.
Worst shipping company. Every time I order something I just wish they don’t send it with fedex. My package has been in your truck for few days now and keep rescheduling for next day and next day 😤

Ive been to multiple FedEx facilities in different states, and most have exemplary service. This place is kinda the opposite.
Bad service, they have no idea of their work.

Waited all day for my package. Had special instructions since Im in an apartment complex. Didnt even attempt to deliver it. Worst costumer service and drivers ever. I will never work with fedex again.
I needed to print something off and they just told me to use the self service machine. Somehow the machine printed them on extremely large paper (and charged me for it) and they didnt do anything to get me the right size paper without charging me.
