Will never go here again ever! I would NOT recommend anyone waste there time or money!!!! They took my car for way longer then quoted and then tried to make me pay for the extra rental they needed to not even finish my car! After getting in a fight with them over the phone they agreed to pay for the 2 extra days and then gave me my car back unfinished with a flat tire they broke the valve on (not cheap to fix) which i had to pay for. And a coffee I accidentally left in my car a month earlier when they took it...... So much for detailing my car!! Which i also had to wipe down myself because they did not do a good job cleaning! Not only that they wanted me to bring my car back for another whole day and figure out how to get myself around while they hopefully finish what they couldnt get done in over a month! As you can imagine I did not and will not go back! Would not and will not recommend!!! Go anywhere else!!! I went to affordable auto body in warrwick near the airport way better service!!! Go there instead!

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our vehicle. They even gave us a lifetime warranty on their work. We appreciate how kind Mr. John Amaral was and patient with the insurance company and appraiser. My Wife developed a good professional relationship with the receptionist as well. Good job!! Repairs too over three weeks. I never received a detailed list of repairs done. I expected weekly updates but did not get that.Car looked terrific when picked up.Cost was not an issue as it was handled by insurance

We contacted Belise to appraise our vehicle for potential collision repairs. Unfortunately, our vehicle was deemed a total loss; however, Belise was extremely accommodating under short notice to retrieve our vehicle and provide a timely estimate. They were forthcoming and flexible when it came to salvaging the vehicle. Purely based on their utmost professionalism and flexibility, we would definitely recommend them for future services.

Balise performed wet sanding and buffing of scratches on my vehicle, but was not able to remove all of the scratches.

This place did an amazing job fixing the front end on my new 2020 Kia Forte after having been forced off the road by someone obviously texting and almost being hit head on! I didnt want the car anymore because to me it wasnt my new car anymore! It was damaged goods but after having a rental and seeing the finished product Ive decided to keep it! Thank You John and guys for making it pretty again! You are the best !I sometimes think the purchase of this car was a big mistake! The 2nd week of driving this car in NH I ended up with a crack in my windshield from a truck with gravel with no cover on it ! A couple months after that we had a bad hail storm which left small dents all over car and now this, but I cant say enough about Balise Collison and Repair! I still look at the front end of the car and it amazes me how well they did! A😁gain, you are thee best ever!

Instead of making a long winded review. I’ll keep it short and sweet. This is what my car looked like when I picked it up. The area they worked on still has sanding marks. This is very poor work. They also just left tape on my car and because it was left in the sun the adhesive is stuck to the car. I’m very irritated that this is the product they allow out the door. Clearly no care for the customer or their reputation was put in here.

My car recently got rear ended, and I was looking for a dependable and reliable collision repair shop with good reviews. Balise came up here and also from a few friends recommendations. From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic! I was not only set up at a very quick appointment, but they kept me updated and informed every step of the way. The repairs were very fast, and efficient, and my car looks brand new again! If ever you need any vehicle body repairs, i would definitely recommend Balise! I had a fender bender that required me to go to balise to have my car repaired I have to say that Karen at the front desk helped me from start to finish. She made sure we had an appointment, that enterprise arrived with a vehicle for us to use while my car was being fixed and she saw through to the very end.
