Hi-Tech Auto Body is absolutely one of the best auto body shops around. Ive brought my car in on a few occasions for body work and each time my car comes out looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Every time theyve flawlessly processed my insurance claim and dealt with the details so that I was not stressed. My bf hit a deer back in November. Best gift for me was getting my car back just in time for Christmas 🎄. Tommy is great. I wasn’t too pleased with minor issues that was done to my car and he personally made it his priority to have it taken care of. At the beginning of April, I got in a pretty nasty wreck and nearly totaled my only vehicle needed for a daily commute from RI to just north of Boston. I was connected with Hi-Tech Auto Body by the towing company sent from my Progressive Rep. I am really impressed with my rep from Hi-Tech, Sonny, who truly kept me in the loop every step of the way. He even made me feel upgraded in a way by offering me a 2020 Honda Accord to use as my rental vehicle during the repairs and even saved me some money in the process. Overall, the length of time for the repairs did take well over 5 weeks, but Sonny reassured me that they would not charge me for the the extra days with the rental due to the delays. Despite the challenges and delays most likely caused as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, I appreciate the honesty and integrity the most with this company. Going through an incident like this can be a lot to cope with, but it is much easier to do when a company always has the customers best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of repairs to their vehicle.

I went there because of a car accident and let me tell you I had to bring my car three times back to them. They did not fix the issue at all! Leslie talks very unprofessional and Matt who is the manager sucked at responding to the questions I had. Now my car got so many issues plus a check engine light, my friends moms car also had issues after bringing it to them. Terrible service, go somewhere else who actually cares about their clients and their cars. They’re all about the money and very fraudulent.

Sonny and the team at Hi-Tech are seriously the best! Not only did they do a phenomenal job repairing my Jeep, they are truly full service. They made a stressful situation easy by picking up my car with their own tow truck, dealing directly with my insurance company, setting me up in a rental car and keeping me informed every step of the process. Their level of customer service is far above any other auto shop that I have encountered because they always go above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend anyone in RI or MA to give them a call for any body work or rental needs.

Did amazing work way better then I expected

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I was recommended this place by a close family friend. I kept calling with no answer, after many tries someone finally picked up. The way I was spoken to over the phone was unacceptable, and when I got there I was treated as if I was not a paying client. After all that struggle they did a horrible job fixing my car! I would never recommend this terror of a place to my worst enemy.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a new body shop. If you need professional auto body done right, you need to check these guys out. The work was extremely good while maintaining a surprisingly low price point.

I was in a minor accident and knew of Hi-Tech Auto Body through friends of mine.The owner Tommy literally picked me up from my accident site and had rental Paperwork waiting for me so I could be on my way.My car was given back within a couple weeks and was even detailed. I couldnt ask for better service.5 star all the way!

Amazing experience. Got into a fender bender on a 8 month old Subaru WRX. They quickly fixed her up within 3 days. Literally like new which blew my mind. They had great employees which only added to the experience of everything. Mike was an honor to speak with and helped sort everything out for me. I dont wish to get into another fender bender but if I do you guys got my loyalty.

We recently had our Mercedes convertible serviced by Tommy at Hi Tech Auto Body.It was probably the best experience that we have had with an auto body shop.These guys know their stuff. And I know this because my husband is a car guy and is tough to impress.Not only did Tommy take care of the work we asked him to do but he found other issues with the car that we did not know exist. And he took care of them too.He even noticed we had the wrong tire on the car.The car was ready when Tommy said it would be.It looks great and runs great.We will definitely be recommending this shop to friends and colleagues.A job well done!
