I can not say enough about how wonderful Ann is. I purchased my car from Balise VW about a month ago. I pretty instantly started experiencing issues. Typically this would leave me frustrated and annoyed... I mean who likes buying a new car and having an issue on day 2? Thank God that Ann was my service person who I got in contact with. Not only did she share my frustration but she promised toFix the issue and make it right... and she did just that. She happily corrected the issue, put me in a rental and waved any service fee I may have had to pay she did all this in just the kindest most understanding way. She 100 percent alone defused something that could have been a huge negative experience. Instead of being mad that I had an issue with my car after just buying it I instead felt grateful that Ann was there to help me and I didn’t doubt her for one second. No ask of mine was too great for Ann. She was happy to fit me in for an appointment at any time. She has was so wonderful to workWith and I hope Balise knows how fortunate they are to have her.
