OVERALL POOR Customer Service! Bought a car from the owner. Was told the car has no mechanical issues, reliable, has new parts and the only work that needs to be done is the body. Owner did not provide a copy of the service records as mention in the ad. The car has a bunch of problems. Upon pick up of the car he told me he took care of the brakes and it wasnt done properly. The car needs tailgate handle, new rear drum brakes, springs, master cylinder, brake booster, rear end, rear differential, exhaust, the brakes need to be bleed and etc. When I took the car to get an emissions I was also told there is a fuel leak. I told Allan and he did not seem to care. I had to get the car towed because it broke down on the way to work. I havent had the car for even a month and its a money pit. He does not respond to my correspondence nor cares that he sold me a car that is in deed not mechanically good or reliable. He does not stand by his work.

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve received exceptional service. I was greeted with a warm welcome, once they figured out what the issue with my vehicle was they explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues. They got my vehicle in and fix in a timely manner. I feel that based on my research that I was charged a fair price for the work that was done. I’m always nervous when taking my vehicle to get it looked at because it’s hard to find a good trust worthy mechanic that won’t cost an arm and a leg. I’ve had many bad experiences however we won’t go into them but let’s just say after theses two visits I’ll definitely be returning to them with all of my mechanical needs. Thank you Priority Auto and Tow I feel safe driving my again.

This is the only place I bring my vehicles. They are very clear and upfront about repairs, explaining everything and answering all questions in a simple way that anyone can understand. Prices are low but the service is better than the high priced dealerships and they complete all the work in a much quicker time

ALLEN FAELLA Hands down to this man!I went in for a routine oil change this was my second time going here for a oil change. I heard a noise when turning in my car so the mechanic took my car around the block to listen they did a complimentary check on my car finding I needed a few things done. I was also told that I had a nail in one of my tires that keeps going low. Allen asked me if I had time to stick around he didnt want me to drive around with the nail in my tire he also said he didnt feel it was safe for me to continue driving with my front tires being so bald and asked if he could rotate my back tires to the front until I got new tires., He said he is a dad and couldnt let me drive away with my tires being so bald on the front of my car. Alex the receptionist gave me a list of things I needed done and prices. My total was $32.00.. If I brought my car to the place I bought it from I would have been charged just to have them look at by car and diagnose it. In these trying times this world needs more people like Allen. Thank you to Allen and the entire staff. Looks like I found myself an auto machainic shop I can trust.

Yesterday morning my car didn’t turn on & a neighbor told me it could be a battery problem.. I decided to come here for an overall evaluation of my vehicle as well as to change the battery.. Afterwards, the mechanic told me other minor problems & I left as a satisfied customer with a new battery, prices are great as well! I’m looking forward to coming back to get other things worked on.

Needed my brakes done, the owner came out himself to greet me after hours. Was extremely helpful and friendly, got me in as soon as possible and completed the job. I have zero complaints, first time coming here and Id recommend there service and auto care to any friends and family members.

The guys there was so nice and really involved me in the whole process with my car. They are very affordable and work fast. Would absolutely recommend going to them, they had my car looking and sounding brand new.

These guys picked showed up right when they said they would, were very kind and helpful with telling me what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it! I spoke to Allen himself before and after and he helped me more than I thought someone would with a car! He truly is the mechanic to go and see, check it out yourself and you’ll see!

This place is not to be trusted as when I went to another car repair and inspection place, I saw that all I had done was two small tubes which I was charged 650 dollars for. This was supposed to be a full exhaust system. My car would not pass car inspection, the muffler needed to be repaired, which should have been part of the full exhaust.

I needed to get my breaks done and they arent open on the weekends so Alan said if I drop my car off in the morning on a week day, I could get a ride with one of his tow trucks to work. By the time I was leaving work my car was all set! Great work, honest guys! Definitely going back for any other work I may need.

Great place for work on your car. Staff is pretty accommodating and professionally dressed. Brakes were bad brought my car to them amd got it done quick. Most mechanics I feel take longer for work but the job was done the way it was supposed to. Anyway great place to stop and get ya car fixed everyone. Seems to be on the move doing their thing amd any issues you can always bring it right back and the owner will take care of you.
