My husband was given the wrong shade of gray after purchasing several gallons of paint at Westerly paints. When he went to return it he was given a hard time by Paul the owner accusing him of the mistake. He showed Paul the picture of the house with the two different colors and Paul said he woukd send the color rep to our home. That never occurred! Subsequently, we purchased paint at Ace hardware the same color $15.00 cheaper per gallon with no problem. We will never return to this store after 20yrs of being a customer. They made no effort to refund our money or replace the gallon.
