They balanced my truck tires the other shop in Westerville (automotive) could not. They have earned my business seeing as the only thing I have a shop do for my vehicles is tires and alignment. I have not gotten an alignment here yet.

I use Grismer for oil changes and I also had a noise in the engine this time around. T always takes great care of me and found that the noise was coming from the serpentine belt. He replaced the belt and made sure that fixed the noise. Problem solved.5/5/21 UpdateT found a wheel bearing that needed replaced and did another great job. Saved me some money in the process as well.I can’t recommend him and Grismer any higher.

These guys did A great job ordering and installing tires for our 1970 Fury. Very helpful when it came to meeting our needs. Made arrangements to handle 2 tires one day and 2 tires the next day. They even made sure to fit valve stems for our unique wheels. Great price, great service! Highly recommend!

As always Grismer (Kelly) is superior in all respects! I just had a problem with my exhaust and knowing Grismer doesnt do that work, I called and Kelly said to bring it in and they would have it picked up and taken care of. Not only was the problem taken care of, the cost was low and I had my car back in less than four hours! I highly recommend Grismer to all!!

Took our daughters car in for new tires after she had a flat. The tires looked OK tread-wise but were old and starting to disintegrate. We opted to replace them all. She had a class later in the day and they were able to work her in and the car was ready in plenty of time. Customer service was wonderful. Very informative and helpful. The deal for 4 oil changes, tire rotation and alignment was great bonuses. So good we brought our other car in and did the same thing. Cant say enough about how great the service was. So good, we are bringing both the cars in for tune ups. So glad we took a chance on them!!!

I had a bad experience at another shop, where i had a noise come from my SUV which i was told was a let got it replaced, then the noise came back 2 times finally my SUV was in the shop 4 times in one month for same issue. I was told the noise was coming from my ac compressor which was bad. Chose this shop because it came highly recommended.I came and they looked at my truck and came back and said it wasnt my ac compressed in was two other things. I gave the okay to repair. I went to pull out of the shop and my SUV cut off. Thinking it was because of fuel I went to the gas station about 200 feet from the shop got gas then went to pull off SUV cut off again. Took it directly back they then looked at it once more. said they found the issue and fixed it. It was during this time i heard the noise in which i brought the truck to them to be fixed for. My SUV was still making the noise. Then I looked down and found a bigger issue my Front bumper was cracked right down the middle. The manager went on to tell me my SUV came in this way while picking up pieces of my bumper out his shop. If in fact this was the case how could pieces of my SUV be in your shop. I know exactly how it was damaged. I didnt realize the technician didnt use a stool or other device to change out my belt he climbed onto my bumper while bending down inside my truck to install a belt. We both took pictures and he informed me he would contact his body shop and give me a call. This never happened.If i could rate this shop without giving half a star I would. Highly unprofessional and dishonest. I left with my truck still making the same noise I brought it to them with along with body damage.

Been going here for several years after they took over for ET Paul for tire/wheel related work. Good pricing, decent work, and will match and deal a little. Incresingly felt customer service and quality not high as it should be. Went to Discount Tire at Easton for higher quality CS and tire/wheel work.

I had an appointment at 5 and showed up 30 minutes late. They squeezed me in any way at 5:30 pm. For an oil change and tire rotation front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I stood outside and watched the entire time and didnt show any annoyance. Let me come in look around underneath. Super accommodating with everything.

I went here to get new wheel bearings and we has a miss understanding with the quoted price, so when I came in to pay I actually owed double what I was expecting. It was my fault but the guy behind the counter felt so terrible about it. He worked with me for a while to figure out a solution and ended up shaving a little of the price off to help me out. I was so blown away by his genuine concern. I dont live near this area anymore otherwise I would still take my car here.

Decent tire prices, but dont trust them for anything else. I went there to get a radiator leak repaired here. We done pressure tested it they said when they were done. At home, I discovered that I still had the exact same leak, no service had been done...at all! I called back and the tiny man assured me that a pressure test had been done, but the continuing leak in my driveway clearly showed it had not. These guys are worse than bad mechanics, they are dishonest mechanics.

I have purchased 2 sets of tires here and had several oil changes also. Kelly, the mgr., is friendly and efficient!

The only issue I have is the high price of their diagnostic charge. $125 dollars is a bit steep. That charge was more than the parts and labor were. Thanks for the $20 discount you applied but it still cost me $200 to get out the door all for a $25 dollar part to be installed. I will not go back to any Grismer service centers.
