Fun place to shop! Nice ladies and a great selection of clothing!

I called prior to going in to let them know I was selling my collection of designer Brighton handbags, and asked if they were buying those. They said yes and told me to come in at an appt time. I took about 20 beautiful bags in, many still for sale in stores now and ones that were bought in the last year. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, they did not buy any of my purses, and said they do not buy Brighton. I wish I would have been told this when I called in. A huge lack of communication between employees, I assume? I suggest calling, prior to selling to this location.

I brought a very expensive Louis Vuitton bag, retail value in the website was 2,260.00. In store, It was 2,200 I asked them why it was only 60 dollars less. Mind you this bag was in really good condition a little dirty on inside on the bottom however it was missing the insert! I am upset, because this is suppose to be a resale shop not an actual Louis Vuitton boutique. I called yesterday to ask if there was a discount they could give me because the insert was missing. The ‘manager’ said no and then I asked if I could just return it. I will just buy the item from Louis Vuitton for an extra 60 bucks with the original parts. There are no returns on designer items. I think this store and the associates need a couple extra customer service classes and why ripping someone off is unethical. This will be the last time I ever spent over 4,000 in this store! I’m actually sad because I have never had a issue with Clothes Mentor and spent thousands of dollars in their stores in the Columbus area. #dobetterplease

Dropped off some clothes for first time at clothes mentor. I had brand new clothes to sell and they didn’t even keep them. They told me they only keep if less then two years old in stores. I had Athleta bras still with the tags on them, as did not fit and were final sale when I bought, a brand new pair of old navy jeans worn once, and they didn’t take. Next time I’ll try one of the other stores. This time I gave them to the veterans drop off.

The staff is always helpful and friendly! Theres always a huge selection of clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories (verified designer items too). The prices are great but my favorite thing is how well organized everything is!

I will neve again take my clothes here, I understand you guys want make sales, but I take to the store 9 pieces of nike new I never wear them, 1 pair of shoes I only wear 1 time, they only pay my 45 dollars for everything. I stopped last night with over 20 pair of nice dry cleaned dress pants and casual pants all on hangers The lady told me since they were more than two years old she couldn’t take them. Who doesn’t wear their clothes more than two years seriously. I will never go back or give my money to them again. Very disappointed

Love this place. I SUGGEST YOU go here and support them than Goodwill. GOODWILL is way too expensive for stuff thats freely given to them. CLOTHES MENTOR I LOVE SHOPPING WITH YOU GUYS.

I found reasonably priced outfits and jewelry to match for going back to college. It helped me feel more confident, especially as an older student. My silver coat from Clothes Mentor has received many complements. It is comfortable, washable and medium weight. It is prefect for Ohios changing weather.

Every time Ive taken things in to sell here, even if I have just one item and its first thing in the morning, I have to wait over an hour to see if they bought it from me. I think theyre also a little overpriced. Employees always seem overwhelmed and stressed. I dont go here often because its not worth my time. Id rather just donate my stuff to goodwill or other places than to get bottom dollar amount and wait forever. The store is pretty clean and organized though.

I love shopping here, everyone is so friendly. Only complaint I have is can you please add more Plus Size options to your website. Its very depressing shopping online at your store with only ever seeing smaller sizes.

I think people were friendly here and nice items but slightly higher on price then other stores in the area. But, I had a weird experience in communicating with employees. I think theres a lack of but still friendly. If I was in the area Id stop in again.

They give you next to nothing for your stuff( 2 pair of Anne Kline brand new sandals 1 tank top )... payout $5.While waiting for my payout, I looked around the store. Excessive prices for used clothing and accessories that I could buy brand new at Nordstrom rack, TJ Max, Ross, Marshall’s for the same price as clothes mentor. Complete ripoff.

I go here on a regular basis. Sometimes just to see what they have others for a last minute outfit. They have great pricing and are always very helpful. I have even asked some of the staff for advice on clothing selection and they were more than willing to help. I would/do recommend them to everyone. Now I just wish they would come out with a store like this for men.

Absolutely love the clothes, shoes, and accessories I found here!A piece of advice for this or any 2nd hand store is to try on everything before you buy it. Sometimes people wash and dry things and those items may fit differently than you expect or you might find a slight flaw on the clothing while trying it on. If you try it on 1st youre more likely to be happy with your purchase. I have found some very beautiful clothes here which I wear to work and were very affordable. The price point is higher than other 2nd hand stores; however, they pay for those items from customers who bring them in and they are in better condition. Occasionaly you might find a small flaw, keep the tags on and receipt handy because you have seven days to return items which are not final sale.I had a good experience selling to them as well. I do understand that clothes which are resold are not worth a lot of money, but I am happy to have a place to sell those items nonetheless. I am passionate about 2nd hand stores because I believe that they go a long way in reducing waste and helping people dress nicely for affordable prices. I love this store!

For a consignment shop, theyre expensive! I went in looking for formal dress shoes. I did find a pair but wasnt paying $45 for used. You pay the same prices for some stuff used as you would if new. They did have some nice things though.

Well priced used womens clothing. If you prefer brand names but dont want to spend a fortune check here.

This store made clothing my prego body possible without breaking the bank. Its really hard to find a second-hand store that has a decent maternity section. This one does. And the clothes are nice.

Women of color stay away from this location! They do not speak to any women of color but as soon as a white woman comes in they always acknowledge them. This has happened twice! Please do not give these bigots your money!!!

It was OK but I wish the people there were a little bit friendlier and it was the aisles were so compact it was hard to get down maybe next time Ill just go to Henderson road

I certainly dont have a problem with the staff or what they were selling, but be warned. They really only want very expensive new stuff (1-2 years) Heck, I think people must be shoplifting the stuff and taking it there to sell if they cant unload elsewhere or return it to the original store.Dont waste your time taking anything in there to sell. Just Goodwill it.

The sale here really was not a sale and the prices were not good for used clothing. My wife walked out feeling like she got played and had a bad customer experience.

This store is pretty hit or miss, but if you have time to do some digging - you can find some things. A lot of the complaints are that things are overpriced, and sometimes this is very true. For example, I went in search of maternity jeans and came across a pair of Liz Lange jeans (Target brand). They fit great, but for $28 it was crazy. They retail brand new for $35 - so I decided to just buy them new. You just have to use your best judgement, some of the prices are terrible - some are great, its up to you. I have had decent service one day and great service others. It really just depends on what you are looking for, what you want to spend, and if you have time to really look for the hidden gems.

The width of the aisles makes it difficult to shop, but customer service, products available and definitely price make it awesome.

They only give you 24 hours to get your money and then they donate all of it. So dumb.

What a joke! Their website states takes any season=not true. Also states they check your clothing while you wait=also not true. Left my items, many summer items still with tags, many fall and winter items they never even picked up to look at=I know this because a few items were purposely folded together and thats how they stayed.Im ok if they limit the season they take, the style etc, but they need to STATE that. Believe it or not=Westerville is not a college town, there are many common folk that like regular everyday cheaper clothes! I do better with garage sales! And quite frankly, the people are nicer and more gracious. dont waste your time going here=it is nothing but a joke

I found great clothes today!

This location is a waste of time I took 2 storage bins of clothes either new with tags or barely used from The Loft, Ann Taylor, Express, and Macys and they offered $4 for 1 pair of pants out if everything! Go to the one on North Hamilton road, they buy a lot of my stuff everytime I sell!
