This Walmart...the pick up option is great and the delivery is great too. But EVERYTIME I use my card whether online or in person, I end up with a bunch of pending charges that dont drop off for a month. As I am typing this, I have TWO PENDING CHARGES, one for $3.77 and another for literally 0.01 cent. All from 2am. I can guarantee you I was not at your store spending a cent at 2 in the morning. Before this, I had two for $13 and $15. Ive had to change my cards because I thought someone hacked it. We used my boyfriends card as an experiment and he didnt have any of these bogus charges. He did have his money taken out A WEEK after we bought groceries. What if he hadnt had enough money on the card?? You wouldve cost us a late fee. Idk what yall are doing with peoples money but enough!
There are a few Walmarts in this city and there are a few reasons I rarely frequent them. This Walmart works like a machine. I can get in and out. Its small but you can get some basic Walmart stuff there. I like it because its not overwhelming and you can move thru. Now 1 thing is it is primarily self check out. Like for real...you will be asked and encouraged to check yourself out. They have 1 or 2 lines not self check out...those lines are not fast...lol
Every time I go there I am greeted given good customer
Walmart has the best prices on plastic storage containers. Offered as single and multi-packs.
If I wanted to check out I would have become a cashier! Some of us customers prefer to have an actual cashier when checking out. This is the second time I have gone there and there are no staffed cashier lines, everything g is self checkout. The self check out space sucks if you have large items or a cart of groceries. Staff check out lanes!!
Always best to order and pick up. The best way to shop
My wife and I shop here often and we had not so good of an experience for the curbside pick up. The 1st thing is the number for the curbs I pick up they never pick up and also the answer machine is full so so that is a unfortunate unfortunate and unconvenient experience Furthermore I had to wait an extra 3 hours for my items to get put in my car and also the manager didnt do anything regarding my order either being late or my order being on time. The ladies that were outside doing the orders is not very informative or very attentive and not so nice when it comes to dropping off your order to your vehicle everyone that was alongside me had issues when it comes to the individuals that they put out there to deliver your order I strongly suggest you just to go into Walmart and stop using the curbside pick up my wife and I have banned it now from that being an option for shopping at Walmart at this location
Its Walmart. What can you really say about it? Average prices. Disorganized. Products frequently out of stock. Lots of Made in China junk. Fresh produce and meat are often of questionable quality. Like I said, its Walmart, so set your expectations accordingly. I mainly come here for the Sams Choice frozen pizzas, which are actually pretty good.I honestly dont mind that the store is self-checkout only. I can often do it faster than a lazy, underpaid cashier anyway.
I loved being able to get everything I wanted, even though it was limited
Had an appointment with the vision center and the doctor was professional yet cool. She was quick and explained everything thoroughly. I dont get that type of service at a regular optometrist, so very pleased and highly recommend going here.
I had been looking for a single cup coffee maker, fortunately I was able to locate this single cup coffee maker at Walmart. I first googled it and checked the price $19.99 excellent. When I walked into the Store they had ample supply, so I scooped one up as fast as I could. Thank you so much for always having what I need. Everyone, stay safe 😷and blessed 🙏 during this time.💕
If I knew your were self checkout only I would not have bothered to shop there. Walmart does not pay me or give a discount for checking out my own items. Also good luck with black Friday sales and long lines.
Went for cat food and litter. They have the best prices. Picked up a few groceries too. Convenient. Self check can be a problem if you get on the wrong machine as not all of them take cash.
I Love This Wal-Mart, Its Definitely Way Better Then The One On Morse Road. The Employees Are So Friendly & Helpful, They Always Have Everything Nice & Organized At All Times, & The Check Out Area Is Very Nice & Has A Lot Of Room. Keep Up The Good Work!
I have never been have you ever been a fan of some someplace I can buy my groceries, A television set, and patio furniture all in the same store. It is just not the experience its I am looking for. In no way am I saying that that other people do not enjoy this but for me it just doesnt work. Although if Im not buying groceries I do enjoy the fact that I can buy hunting supplies or a television on its own. Just not when I am shopping for food.
Its a Wal-Mart there arent many diffrences between them.
A really nice little Wal-Mart. We really liked the self checkout set up, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Walmart customer service is just not very good at all. Best prices maybe... but Ill pay a little more to go somewhere that values customers and treats them with respect. Open some more registers while youre at it...
Store is nice enough but wasnt impressed with their electronics department appearing to hold stock on an item that someone had confirmed availability for.
Misleading price stickers on the shelves (imagine that), items clearly marked on clearance but ringing up at full price.Directed to a self check station (its all they have now) that was cash only but was not marked in any way as such, and it wasnttill trying to pay that any prompt showed cash only.Had to get a employee to check us out at a different station only to have the floor manager berate the employee helping us because she was checking us out but not at a regular station. So, all in all, a typical trip to this store. Ive been there twice in 3 years and I remember why now. Never a good experience for all the chain prides itself on being customer friendly.
Having been in this store a few times,, in hopes the experience might be different; it has a very small selection, typically empty shelves, is fairly unorganized, the employees are rude and seemingly excessively entitled, customer service managers have very extremely poor attitudes, have a greater level of entitlement and have zero interest in following through with seeing any one task to completion, but rather will spend far more time trying to find someone else to do their job, than it actually would take, if they had done it themselves.ZERO leadership or management and ZERO accountability.
Went to p/u item ordered online the day before. Young assoc, couldnt find it advised me to go get same off the shelf in store. When I asked how I would get my $ back since I already paid. She advised should about 24hrs. I asked for another assoc twice. The second assoc was able to find my order, the location and place it in my hand. I will not be going back to this location.
Great customer service. Honored the sale price and non argumentative.GREAT LOCATION!
First time being in that one.. It looked clean nice employees.
As far as Walmarts go this is one of the better ones. Its not too scuzzy and has a really good selection of stuff but the best part is its 80% self-checkout which is way better than only having two lanes open
Very short staffed and never have anything in stock. The only lanes open are self checkouts, and even those go by card only and then 1 or 2 machines that can do both(cash and card) Im guessing walmart will never be 24 hours again either because they are still closing at 11.
Thus Walmart is ABSOLUTELY the worst! So unorganized its pathetic. Even the employees dont know where anything is. Very rude employees. They need to be TRAINED ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC!!
It is a nice Walmart. I dont like being hassled by spectrum vendors when Im trying to shop. Ruins the magic of a Walmart trip.
The entrance and produce section all look nice and managed, as you would expect from a supermarket. But when you start to explore the shelves near the back and center; you find cramped shelves and barren walls. There are lots of unopened pallets around with the plastic wrap ripped open and people grabbing from there. You can tell by looking which aisles the employees go to as they are much more organized
This use to be a great place to shop. Now in 2021 you cant find what you need. Shelves half empty. Fruit selection not good. Pricing is the only good thing going.
Bathroom was cleaner than most Wal-Mart locations. Not super busy, pretty calm and low key.... But smaller as well.
Went to this Wal-Mart for the first time this week, and its probably the worst one Ive ever been to. Didnt have what I needed, and many shelves were bare, especially in produce as I walked through. Employees yelling and laughing loudly to each other all over the store, most of it not related to work. Mostly all self checkouts...HATE the self checkouts. One actual cashier with a very long line, which tells you so many people dont want self checkouts. Come on Walmart...do better!
As far as Walmarts go its not bad. However it is still messy and there are still some interesting folks. But I would consider shopping here at night if necessary unlike many of the other Walmarts.
Work here and also shop here. Enjoy making Customers happy thats my number one policy 😀
Deserves zero stars. Worst Walmart on the face of the earth. Employees are the worst
Its okay. Its a Walmart. They are missing things on the shelves and the shelves usually are in disarray most of the time. The sales associate was helpful though.
No cashiers. Required assistance and click button on terminal. It expired and I clicked again. Finally had to wave arms to get someones attention.Groceries not competitively priced.
One of the cleaner and well-organized Walmart stores. Their real success is in having enough registers open so customers dont waste time standing still in the checkout line. Kudos!
Staff not knowledgeable. Shabby stock. Id stick to online when able.
No cashers, forced to use self-checkout, several of the employees seemed to be understanding, but doesnt negate the fact they have no cashiers. Next time I go to one of their stores and they have no cashiers, and they corral us to the self-checkout, I will leave my entire order sit there.
The store had everything I needed and I didnt stand in line forever despite it being pretty crowded.
In town from Florida....10am on Saturday morning....not 1 register open....all self checkout, 2 workers leaning on the shelves couldnt be bothered with helping us. I usually leave me cart sit if no registers registers are open.
I did a pharmacy car rx pick-up. They were very friendly and efficient. Very nice since I am disabled and have a service dog. No in/out for both of us.
It seems when u go in to find something and ask for help(thats Id you can fine someone) the person cant help you. I ended up leaving because they didnt have notebooks. Just the loose leaf. I went to another Walmart and only was able to find four.
Walmarts a very friendly store, Welcoming & Polite workers. Never had any issues
It Always seems that whenever Wal-Mart is busy they have the fewest cashiers on duty. But still pleased.
Nice and clean. Customer service er a plus 100. I love it here!
I do love to shop at Walmart for personally items and clothing. They mostly have what I want. But, you never can find help and if you do find employee they usually dont want to help or they cant help cause they always say they dont know. What a answer...
The produce was not fresh. The store was unorganized and dirty.
They need a higher cashiers back in their store, and separate the u-scan, the u-scans setup in this particular store thats located in Westerville, Oh. Between Westerville Road & Schrock Road its just horrible
This particular walmart has everything you need and more. The only pitfall as we know is the checkout line... #nofun
Absolutely piss poor customer service! They have done away with all but two registers replacing them with self-checkout areas and the staff at the self checkout areas are too busy to help with anything. So then I went over to the customer service department which had not a single customer there yet I had to wait In the imaginary line before I could ask my question. There was a manager and three other employees behind that counter and only one was doing anything. She was also answering a phone call which was why I had to wait. Then I come to find out not a single person in the building could open a registered drawer so they could break the 20 that I just got out of the self checkout as cash back. I needed a 10 and two fives and since no one was at a register to be able to give me my change out of a registered drawer I thought at least the customer service department could help me. Just an absolute waste of time and horrible attitudes from every staff member that I encounter today.
They got rid of all of the cashier lanes and seem to only have self checkout. Scanner was broken, not enough room for a full cart. Obviously they have a good selection but i dont work at walmart why am i doing their job??Aldis, Target, Family dollar, kroger all have regular lanes and optional self check outs.
Impetuous of most crime in and around the Westerville area. Typical dump Walmart. Shop some other place.
This Walmart has been on a slow decline since covid. With the food stuff being typically depleted and random crazies it might just be better to go somewhere else.
Very disappointed today I had to search for help got one and act like he was mad and when I asked for help in another department no one showed up a couple of thing I wanted you were out of I love coming to this store that is why I gave 5 star maybe everyone was having a bad day hope everyone has a better day tomorrow
You scan u can only pay with credit card now so if u have cash you have to stand in the only two open lanes with long lines no matter what time of day. The carts are always messed up if your lucky enough to even find a cart. Good pet aisle though
Its ALWAYS CLEAN AND CASHIERS ARE FRIENDLY
I made an online order at 3:45pm and my order was supposed to be done before 8pm, however, nobody completed the order or contracted us to inform us that the order wouldnt be ready. When my husband went to pick up our items since no one reached out to us, he was told that everyone left at 8pm by Michelle and Corey (The management team) and wasnt offered any kind of solution or apology. No one was available to get our order and both managers looked like they could care less even though our order was already paid for. This location is horrible to say the least. You are better off going to the Morse Rd location than this one.
Great place to shop and look for good deals. They definitely need a better selection of Footwear. Cheap but nice small collection of tennis shoes.
I like Walmart but not this particular store on Schrock Rd, it seems the manager is not customer friendly according to my own experience. Could be that she had a rough day or busy but definitely not the customer service i would expect at Walmart or any customer based businesses. We had a photo book that we ordered online and received a confirmation for pickup within 12 hours (it is a 1 day pick up service according to their website). We went two days after the pickup date and surprised to know that it was not ready yet. There was no associate taking ownership to make the photobook and finally they found someone to make it after 15 min. They said I can wait another 15 min to make the book but I found that the associate never made this photo book before and she ruined it, so she apologized and asked for more time to reprint the cover page. At this point I wanted to talk to the manager to understand the situation.Manager Miriam seems to be not concerned, rather explained that there is some glitch on Walmart software that sends ready to pickup notification for photobooks when it prints on the printer and typically an associate would call (but this is a 24 hr delivery service and no one called us even after 2.5 days). I was not convinced that a billion dollars business would have such glitches unnoticed. She left me with another associate saying that she had to take care of an express order without even apologizing for courtesy. Glad there are more Walmart stores around in the area that do care and help their customers, this is where we will be going in the future.
It is absolutely horrible that I just watched 2 elderly people checkout their own orders. The one lady messed up her screen and had to rescan everything. Its so disturbing that a company as big as Walmart is allowing this to happen. Very very sad.
Changed to a 1 star. This store is literally a bunch of crooks, internal shrink, bad attituded unwilling to work lazy thieves.
Very efficient walmart.
This is a smaller store and easier to navigate than most of the super sized stores. It is pretty hard to find help, help can be challenging to findSince it was local stop, I searched for help adjusting my glasses, in to the vision area. There were giant poles restricting entering... quite understandable during the current lockdown. However, only one person gave eye contact and showed concern. When another employee came out at the others request she seemed hesitant in the least. She asked questions with attitude, avoiding. the effort. Decided to go to Vision Works, where I was treated with ease. The 3rd star is for the store in general. Thank goodness for the employee who cares. Again, this is a location where you are expected basically to figure it out on your own.
They always have a great selection of groceries and home goods
Very nice, clean and stocked!
Have you been to a wally world? Its just like that but with only self checkout.
Good store and friendly staff.
Small for a Walmart, and you have to do your own checkout. But otherwise just what you’d expect.
My favorite 1 stop and shop tilI drop spot!!!
This Walmart had everything i needed and was good as far as helping me find what i needed so they were better than some of the other Walmarts that i have been to in the area especially in Columbus this was a good experience for Walmarts in Columbus.
Came for an item they of course didnt have in stock, bought another item needed, checking out, just dirty looks from the employees like I killed someone! And all I said was have a good night and great new year. Just reminds me why I dont shop here and with this kind of cold shoulder service, galvanizes Ill never go back. Ill gladly pay more someplace else.
Love this store ... Except for young guys stocking shelves, while texting on their phones..
Crowded, the milk and egg section had a lot of empty shelves but self check out was quick and easy.
Really clean and nice walmart. Will be back
Very reasonable prices. A good variety of things.
I.had a bad experience. First there were too many employees standing around not helpful at all. While I was.scanning my food. One of the girls came up and started working ony score without explaining just what she was doing.
People are super friendly. Workers are polite. Just wish they would mark their departments better. So I know if I am in womans sections or kids
Panic shopping or back to school.Good grief.
Most of the shelves were empty. Seriously, no onion soup mix at all. Asked if it would be anywhere other than the soup isle & all they did was point to the soup isle. What part of theyre out did they not understand?
Sadly there was a lot of empty shelves. Over half of what I was looking for said it was in stock online but once in the store over half was not there and couldnt hardly find an associate at all.
Great! Found beef and pork ribs for good price.
Didnt find what I wanted, but great store.
Wal-Mart is one of my favorite places to shop.
Ran way better than the bigger Wal-Marts.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Theres just too much packed into the store. Makes me super claustrophobic
Visit was athe pits. Pretty bad when you have no registers open, you have people working the self scan and there is a long line. Where did the customer service go?
Its always a pleasure to go to Walmart and pick up my medication hey buy some groceries I love this smoked pecan chicken wings item that sells pretty fast need to have more in-stock
Not quite as extensive an inventory as the larger store on Morse but pretty close. However it is usually not nearly as crowded and just seems cleaner. definitely my preference of the two unless I also need to go to Sams club on Morse road.
The review I put for McDonalds, was supposed to be for Walmart. Thats the place where I got the help in my search for what I wanted, not McDonalds. At McDonalds, I went through the drive thru. The lady was very friendly and patient.
Friendly and helpful staff, great selection, clean, great overall experience
Probably one of the worst Walmarts I have been to. Always in stocking mode and many things are bare.
Didnt have a whole lot of anything...the aisles were a mess it was dirty a d inwas there early...they had one cashier...wont be back...but what do they care millions dollar business that treats its employee bad ...
Besides the major line for self check out. Had good selection and decent prices.
No shopping baskets and no cashiers, only self checkout.
This is a one stop shop for people living in and around the Westerville. Lots of variety and reasonably priced products!
Good luck finding the item you are looking for. No one knows
