Very happy with this store and my purchase! Great customer service and a great selection of items. I love that they have so many things from Rifle Paper Co! I will come to this store next time I am looking to buy from that company instead of buying online because they have such a great selection. I bought some cute cotton animals for our nursery. There were other cute baby items for sale as well. I will definitely be back!

If your looking for something new to decorate your house, go to Edwin Loy. They have great things for your house and the prices are reasonable. I can’t wait for fall and Christmas. They have the best holiday stuff. If you are a chalk painter they have Annie Sloan chalk paint and they are very helpful and knowledgeable on the product.

This store deserves a zero for customer service. I purchased an additional quart of white chalk paint along with wax two weeks ago. I didn’t need the additional quart of paint but when I went to return it was told that paint is a final sale. When I pointed out that this policy is not posted the clerk said it’s on the receipt…technically true but you have to open a link on your texted receipt and scroll down to find this important piece of information. She apologized that the person selling me the paint didn’t tell me. When I asked why they wouldn’t accept my return of an obviously unopened can of paint she said they couldn’t guarantee it was still good but that I could exchange it for a different color. If the paint is not usable why allow an exchange but not a refund?🤔 I even asked if I could exchange for store merchandise but was told no.Any business establishment that doesn’t make their policies clear and is absolutely unwilling to compromise with their customers is not deserving of my or any other patronage.

Such a beautiful shop full of unique items for the home. I always find great gifts and items for my own home. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I just love my shopping experience here.

Everyone at this store loves their job and is overly accommodating. Amy is more than happy to bring something from her Delaware store to Westerville if you have your eye on something. They have unique and heart felt gifts for almost any occasion. I cant tell you how many times they have been my go to gift store for even the pickiest of recipients. I am smitten with this store! It’s a relaxing atmosphere and there always seems to be something new to see. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have taken measures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic, too!
