After thinking that my 11 year old iMac was dead with a hard drive failure, and possibly other problems, the gentlemen at CPR repaired it and it is now like a brand new computer. The price was incredibly reasonable and the service and quick turnaround of the repair was wonderful. It was an excellent experience. I recommend CPR to anyone who needs a professional, experienced repair at an affordable price.

Very easy to make an appointment online, the quote I got was close to the actual price, only a $20 difference with taxes added. All staff I met with were extremely friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving my phone with my broken screen/LCD display with them, and it was fixed in under 1.5 hours just as they said it would be. Have only had it back for a short amount of time, but its just as good as it was prior to damage and fully operational.

My son’s Nintendo switch wouldn’t load games anymore. They ordered the part and it was at their store two days later. We went down to have it repaired and they said about an 1 1/2 hour to fix and a half hour later my son had his Nintendo back and working perfect! Great job guy’s!

Take your business elsewhere. The owner is inconsiderate and rude. He lief a sign on his door that he would be back in 15 minutes. After I had been waiting half an hour in the cold he appears. No apology. Said it wasnt his problem if I had chosen to wait half an hour in the cold.

There were 2 guys working. Both of them were quite pleasant and kind. I had my phones screen replaced in a timely manner and also bought a phone cover. One of the guys went out of his way to inform me about the item I was about to purchase and which one he recommended and why. Sadly, it wasnt for me so I bought the one the person wanted. Still, I greatly appreciate him sharing this information with me.

Brought in a cracked iPad screen. Frame was also bent a bit. Salesperson was up front and honest about the difficulty of the repair. Explained the screen may not fit properly, but said he would do his best. Repair was completed in 1 business day exactly as he explained. Price was as expected. Nice work.

I needed to get something on my ipad fixed. I called and was given a price over the phone but when i got there it turns out i was given the incorrect price. The rep at CPR gave me the price i was quoted over the phone anyways (it was cheaper), no questions asked, no attitude - and not only that, when they cracked into my ipad it turned out that something else was broken so without any questions they ordered the part for me and replaced it, no charge. it took 2 days total to fix the original problem, get the new part in and fix that. I am super happy with my experience at CPR and should I need anything else fixed with my devices I will definitely go back! Thanks guys!

Several days ago I sent my phone to repair at CPR Westford location. The charging port didnt function anymore so the phone cant be charged. Joe cleaned the charging port and fixed the bent chip very quickly so it works again! He could just tell me it was totally broken so I had to replace the entire charging port with over $200, but he was honest and provided the very best quality of service. So I highly recommend this place to anyone without conservation since this is a place I can trust.

This was the first time my wife and I visited CPR Cell Phone Repair and have to say that we are very happy with the experience. The person we spoke with was knowledgeable and the repair was done very quickly. The final cost was what was quoted and was reasonable for the repair.

Excellent first experience at CPR. Very easy to book, they called to let me know they could take me early and have my phone repaired within an hour and a half - which worked out great for me. My daughter’s iPhone 8 had been dropped and the screen was all kinds of messed up. When I got it back, as good as new. I was happy to spend much less than a new iPhone would have been, and my daughter was excited to see her phone back so quickly and in such good condition. Highly recommend.

Fixed my fairly old cell phone quickly. The screen was not working and a new one needed to be ordered. They stated it would be a couple of days to receive it. They called the very next day to inform me the component was in. Dropped it off and it was completed for pick up the next morning. Fast professional operation.

I have an iPhone8 that was having problems charging. I thought the charging port was toast. Took it in for repair, but the person working was kind enough to examine it for me and explained I just had a lot of dust and dirt in the port. He cleaned it for me free of charge. It now charges like new. I was very pleased with how courteous and pleasant the man was. Would definitely get my phone/computer fixed here again.

My experience with Cell Phone Repair Westford was beyond my expectations. Paul Alicia, the store manager goes above and beyond his duties. I went to take a backup of my data prior to reinstalling operating system. As part of diagnostics, he not only identified the boot issue, rather he took the extra steps of helping me in setting up with the m.2 nvme drive enclosure and checking the drive functionality on my another laptop.I would recommend anyone with cellphone, laptop or any computer device issue to leverage the experience of Paul.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used CPR cell phone repair a month ago. It was horrible. I chose them because they said they could get the parts in a week. They were not anywhere near me but could get the parts so I made the drive. A week goes by and I have to call them. The shipment got delayed it will be here at the end of the week. I show up on that day and the person I spoke too verified the package was in-store. I didnt have time to wait so I said I will come in tomorrow for it. Tomorrow comes and I get a call that the employee was mistaken that those werent my blackberry parts, but another customers. And my parts would be overnighted. So its been two weeks at this point and they are just now ordering my parts? The whole situation was frustrating. Then I get my phone back and it isnt working right. The speaker sounds blown and some of my buttons arent working. I should have made my complaint then. Today I took my case off for the first time. MY BLACKBERRY IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR!!!WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF???I plan to report this business to as many agencies as possible.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.

I stopped at another place to get an estimate, price was 100.00 more and Id have to leave my phone for 2 weeks,,,RIGHTI called CPR spoke with Joe..... very professional gave me a price and said it would be finished in about 1 or 2 hours.... Very fast screen repair.

I brought my wifes 2018 MacBook Pro to replace a broken screen. The first screen took over a week and was to warped for the lid to shut, which they failed to notice until I pointed it out. The second screens rubber seal came loose after a month. The CPR sales person claimed I had caused the damage myself, though this is 1 of 5 MBPros in my house, is well cared for, and is the only with a screen installed by CPR. I cannot recommend their work.

Great service, couldnt ask for a better experience! I had a lot of questions about the laptop I brought in, as well as another that needs help, and they even had a photo of the hard drives to give me a visual of the issue, as well as a ballpark price for the fix. Had a cracked cell phone camera lens cover replaced by CPR Cell Phone Repair. Work was done promptly at a reasonable price. Apple would have charged twice as much. The phone was a little grubby after I got it back, but not a big deal.

These guys went above and beyond to help me get my phones working again. They quickly fixed the iPhone with a new screen. The other was a lost cause but they still tried a few creative ways to get it working for me. I recommend this company as a great place to get your phones fixed.

Brought my cell phone in to have the data port replaced because the phone was no longer charging. Knowing what I know now, it probably just needed to be cleaned out. Regardless, they replaced the data port and also replaced the battery. When I got the phone back, the phone GPS was no longer working because they severed the GPS antenna. A year later, and the new battery has deformed to the point that the back cover has come completely off. Poor workmanship and sub-par replacement parts. Never again!

Easy online appointment, received notifications when they were ready for my phone. Brought the phone in got the cost to replace charging port and battery, price discounted together plus a $10 coupon for booking online. Two people worked at the shop. Received a call within two hours that phone was done, works great now. Easy, professional, and simple experience.

After being quoted a certain amount which was agreed to to fix a play station they not only didn’t fix what they said they would but hung up on us telling us it would be double the price to fix the same thing they originally quoted us on. After speaking with the manager he said he would look into it and call us and never got back to us. Will never give this place business. They’re rude and and cannot seem to figure out how to give accurate quotes, or do what they planned on doing when the device was dropped off.

We have to going to all the Phone Fix stand everywhere in the malls and the cost to fix our problem was around $350-$600. First of all, I will not be paying for that! Might as well get a new phone! We went to Xfinity and they referred us to go to this place to fix the screen on our phone on the same day. We had to book an appointment online and got a response right away. But when we got there the representative had mention that products may take weeks to get in or get the phone fix but we needed the phone fixed asap! He did go check to see if what we needed done was available and luckily it was. So we only had to wait 2 hours for a price of $30! Overall we were very happy it got done in one day.

Brought my old mac pro here with issues beyond my ability to fix. CPR set up dual boot with Windows for me and replaced my hard drive for a decent price considering all the work that needed to be done. It took a little while but the machine works perfectly now. Very pleased!

I had a broken camera, hardware and rear camera lens on my motrola cell phone. The guys at CPR were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind. They repaired my phone within a week having to order parts. No one else around were able to repair a Motorola phone. They are the best.

He told me that the previous screen repair had some problems. I liked that he was very quickly isolated problem and then complete needed work. it was good to get my phone back to good working order in less than 16 hours.

I didnt even know this place was in the plaza, but Im glad it is. I stopped in for a new battery for my phone. They did the replacement in short order and for a reasonable price. They were also courteous to another couple who was there with multiple phone issues.

Very kind and knowledgeable associates. I arrived with a cracked screen on my 7th gen ipod. Right off the bat they checked to see if I went to apple to see if it was something they would fix under warranty. Apple was no help and fought me every step of the way trying to get more money from me and on top of that they told me they would not fix it but replace it ( a price $50 short of buying a new ipod). I came back to CPR and they fixed my ipod without a hassle. They did more for me than Apple and I would come back to CPR rather than even check with Apple. Very please with my experience and glad to have gone with CPR.

Repeat customer: first time years ago great service - replaced iPhone 5 screen. Second time on Friday August 14th. iPhone 7 Plus screen replacement. New screen installed but since the repair, phone call starts to have problem - sometimes phone restarts during call, and the earpiece has no sound (speaker ok). Phone calling was working before repair.Store manager Mike and staff members followed up with diagnostics, and fixed the speaker/camera cable in a very timely manner. I appreciate the responsiveness and efforts to rectify the problem.

I brought my Joy Cons there a few different times over the last month or so, and they’ve been amazing. They worked hard to diagnose the issues from day one (the first shell casings for my customs were too small) so they ordered a beautiful dark blue casing and redid them for me and they looked amazing. I had to come back the next day due to ill-timed connectivity issues but they replaced the casing again on a new pair on the same day very quickly and at no cost. Now they’re beyond perfect and I’m playing away on Skyrim with my wonderful custom joycons which are my favorite shade of blue (amazing find on the tech’s part :D) and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or customs! Thank you so much again!

We bought a relatively expensive screen protector here because it came with a lifetime warranty. We brought it back, a year later, with a crack. The gentleman at the store told me they didnt carry that brand of protector anymore, so wed have to pay to get it fixed. I explained my understanding of what a lifetime warranty is- and that I didnt see how it was relevant that they no longer carried this product. He told me I had been misled about the warranty and politely declined to honor it.

Very professional and friendly, but the replacement is absolutely unacceptable. I got my iPhone 10S max front screen replaced by CPR on 6/30/20, and I honestly think I could’ve done a better job myself.The bottom part of the screen is not set properly; I can push down the screen about 1/8”, and it will depress and return to it’s lifted position.On the top part, I can press above the lock button very lightly, and it will distort the color on a different part of the screen about half an inch away.The mesh/screen for the ear piece now has a hole in it.I can see the infrared LED flash when FaceID is trying to activate on the phone, which I could not see before. That, coupled with the feeling that the screen “seems” dimmer (I can’t objectively say it is, it only feels dimmer), makes me think they used a lesser quality screen than the original.All in all, this is not a $300 repair, even though it only took an hour and a half. I am willing to pay significantly to have same-day cell phone repair, but this replacement is just entirely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Again, it feels like I could’ve done a better job with an iFixit kit.

Brought my Moto X Pure with new battery I installed, but not starting on Saturday afternoon. It was fixed Sunday around noon, I picked it Sunday afternoon - working phone. They have installed new battery cable Ive damaged. Charged me $70 total. Very happy, I was not ready for a new similar phone for $400 or more.

I had a LG22c phone that had a cracked screen and was I unable to use the cell phone. They were able to take the motherboard out and place it into another used LG2c phone that I picked up on EBAY for pennies. This allowed me to retrieve all the data,texts,contacts etc and transfer it to my new Samsung phone. The drive from Maine was well worth the trip. I was unable to locate any company in Maine that would work on the LG phone so when I found this company in Westford, MA I was thrilled.Repair was done in less than 1 1/2 hours. Their shop is located in a strip mall so I was able to pass that time by shopping etc.Customer service was fantastic.I would make the drive again anytime for future repairs.

I brought a phone in to be repaired who is very late on a Monday afternoon right before they closed and it was ready the very next day the technician was very friendly and helpful and very courteous I would recommend anyone to go there it was very convenient very fast and I was very happy with the service.
