These folks rock your socks off. I recently wiped my phone and lost everything without a backup, so I went in to get a new phone and start anew. They helped me jump through hoop after hoop with authorization and the whole event lasted over an hour long, but the experience was worthy of 5 stars. I detest the dependency humanity has on technology and it is hard for anyone to convince me of its purpose for good, but the employees here helped me get over myself and that is the trademark of a good salesperson. Three words to describe this staff, specifically Alexis and Ace (sorry if I dont remember your names properly, it is hard to hear words through masks) would be: friendly, helpful, and dedicated. The customer service was great and I left a satisfied customer. Thank you and stay safe out there!
We had the same young man assist us when we purchased a cell phone for my son a few months ago and the other day when we went back to get a replacement screen protector or him. I like that he engaged with my son both times and made him part of the experience. When he started asking him some questions about his phone, I told him that he was the one who sold us the phone and he actually remembered due to a conversation they had about Pokémon cards. Additionally, I have to say that he and his coworker are VERY patient as well. When we walked in on Friday, they were dealing with two women and one of the two was not listening to their explanation of why she was having an issue with her phone. They calmly explained SEVERAL times that the issue was with the phone, and she would need to go to an Apple store and was not a T-Mobile service until she finally listened and left with her friend. I would recommend this store to my friends.
Waited a rather annoying amount of time outside the store just to get the Tuesday freebie. Covid restrictions are a pain.Watched the salespeople stumble through the actual process of setting up accounts. Surely there is a better way. Tmobile just cant seem to do that quickly. Or this franchisee does not bother to train the Salesfolks.
I wasnt able to do my Dr. visit on video today because some app problem that I couldnt fix on my phone. I went to the Westford T-Mobile store. First I picked up my T- Mobile Mask for my T-Mobile Tuesdays offer.Since I know nothing technical thats why I didnt do a 611 call. I needed a real person I was lucky I got 2 of them. Vivian worked on it for awhile with me. Then Sharife helped us.SUCCESS!!Now I can do video Dr. visit next week with my other Dr.The staff are so nice here and will help you solve your problems. Ive been going there since they opened to buy phones and accessories. Im so glad that they are still here in the middle of this Pandemic. Thought they might have closed this location. My husband and I are VERY displeased with the customer service we just received at this Westford, MA location - they close at 8pm and we were there at 7:20 pm. We went to go to have them swap the SIM cards from one phone to another to make sure the phone was going to work and when the guy swapped the SIM cards the phone was not reading the SIM card and the guy who helped us just kept saying “I don’t know what’s going on and why it’s not working.” He did not care to look up our account information and did not care to try to reach out to someone else for help on the issue, we walked out at 7:30 with the issue unresolved and when we walked out the door the guy closed the store behind us as we walked out, mind you they close at 8 pm, all the guy cared about was sitting on his phone and closing the store as early as possible to get out early and not helping his customers like he is supposed to.
Thank you so much for your service, thet are professional service team.. they are answered all my questions. Fresh air, clean, I feel safe and clean here., also they have hand sanitizer, and wipe service customer in the store too.

VERY knowledgable, friendly, and helpful staff! My fiance and I were coming from 2 different carriers and we were expecting a complicated process to get both of our numbers over to T-Mobile and Sharife made it incredibly easy. Not only did T-Mobile have great offers that far surpass that of ATT and Verizon, but I was blown away at how great the staff was at this store and so thankful for them turning a stressful expectation into a great experience. Just left Westford. I had excellent service from Alexis, Thad, and Sharife.They got me into my new Samsung phone in no time. Got all my stuff switched over really fast. They also helped me to set it up with my home screen the way Im used too.Made sure my photos, apps and other things transferred to my Samsung phone. Turns out this phone has 5g and lots of storage. My last phone had no space available.And to top it of while we were waiting for apps to transfer we talked about cats. I have been in there several times in the last 4 months they always treat me with respect. Also very knowledgeable. I you want to be treated good swing by. Walking in the first thing I noticed was that the store was clean and the staff was extremely friendly towards me, greeting me and the wait time was nonexistent which was a plus.I was switching over to T-Mobile and Sharife helped me out through the whole process and was very patient as well, especially with all the questions that was asked.Biggest thing was that I was offered hand sanitizer before I left, which is a good sign that they care about their customers health. All in all, this is a good location to go to.
A my old Samsung NOte 4 was dying, I went to the T-Mobile store in Westford to buy a new Samsung Note 20. I was initially helped by Patrick who was very patient with the file/info transfer process, showing me the new features and helping me know which preloaded apps I could safely uninstall or disable. Later I called with a couple more questions and Thaddeus answered them very clearly and saved me $30 telling me I could use my old charger if I got a new cord! Excellent service!
Great experience! My T-mobile phone suddenly cant make calls or receive mobile data. So I went to this store yesterday evening. The sales person was so nice and helpful. She spent a lot time trying all possible fixes and settings until she solved my problem. Couldnt be more happier. I came to this store before, and also received warm greeting and good answers to my inquiries. One of the best around here.

The guy that was helping me was quite rude and very negative overall. The kids name was Sean. I will not be coming back to this t mobile as long as this kid is working here, and I will be telling all of my friends not to come here to purchase any technology products or seek any help they may need. The kid was so rude and seemed to borderline harass me.

I experienced the worst customer service in the store when I went in to trade in my phones at the direction of Tmobile customer service. A young woman named Alicia was rude, disrespectful, and outright unprofessional to me in front of other customers. Instead of handling my issue with patience and understanding, she refused to help me, insulted me, and walked out because she could not handle the interaction. I would love to get the phone number of the regional manager to place a formal complaint. This woman should not be in customer service.
Went into the T-Mobile location in Westford MA, this morning to look at a device I was interested in purchasing. Even though the phone wasnt working (at the time I went in) Sharife and Alicia were very helpful. Would recommend anyone to this location.

You almost lost me as a customer TMobile after a recent visit to your Billerica, MA store where the phone I wanted to purchase was not charged and no one seemed to care. Drove another 1/2 hour back to the Westford, MA store. The level of professionalism and knowledge shown by Alicia and Vincent here was phenomenal and restored my faith in TMobile. They were friendly and efficient with placing my order and getting my new phone up and running quickly. I work in retail sales and can honestly say this is exactly what a customer experience should be!

I was blown away by the wonderful experience I had at this location.I was given a step by step tutorial by Ashley on different Android devices available. I settled on an outstanding device called REVVL.Nataly was outstanding in helping me understand the different options available for service plans. Ended up going with unlimited talk/text, 4GB data for $45/month.Westford has been starving for a T Mobile store for some time, dont know what took so long, but Im glad theyre here.And the service was terrific. The girls were friendly and energetic, made me feel my business was desired & appreciated. Aint that the way it should be?
Bait and Switch - just stay awayI bought a phone and signed up for a $30/month plan. Unlimited text and calls, 2G of data. Phone was blocked after 21 days. 1-800-Tmobile said it was a 21 day prepaid plan and I had to go back to the store and get a new Sim card. I went. They said I wouldnt have to pay for a new Sim card, they would give me that, but T-Mobile discontinued the $30/month plan and the same service would now cost $45/month. Im sure they are smart about it and with no contract it probably doesnt cross the line into criminal activity but is sure gets close to it. So now I have a $300 paperweight and a complaint to file with the Attorney Generals office. Maybe we need contracts, if this is what the carriers are going to do if we dont have them. I didnt even get the 30 days I paid for.
