A nice store for really skinny people

Super nice employees and they all helped out really well!

Went here and it was nice it smelled interesting (didn’t smell like anything bad but it smelled interesting). the clothing selection was pretty nice and the staff were really chill. the staff members gave me a dressing room to try on shirt and sweats (looked great and felt great btw). it’s a little bit on the pricy side, but it’s worth it. kinda crowded but will come back again!

I love Brandy’s clothes because I’m tiny and everything fits me. However, it’s “one size fits most” but “most” is just skinny girls. Also, the customer service is not good. The girls are always on their phone and not attentive.

Went to this location with my daughter this week. Both employees were young girls who just stood at the register talking to each other and on their cell phones while my daughter and I shopped for about 15 minutes. What a shame that this type of behavior appears to be allowed. They never said a word to us as we looked around. When we went to the register to pay, the only think the cashier said when we finished paying was Here you go. What a joke! Shame on you Brandy Melville!!!

Personally I love this store and there clothes. Some people don’t because they say there sizing is on size fits all but it actually just says one size and some of there pants/jeans come in size medium and small and they also have a lot of over size t-shirts. Some people complain about the employees and say that they are rude but I think that it is there local Brandy Melville because the employees here are very well behaved and very nice. I have never had a bad experience at this store. I would definitely recommend it and I would shop here again

Love this store so much! Super affordable, great clothes!! They always have something for everyone :) By far my favorite store. Their clothes are super high quality, and sooo cute!! The employees are super nice, always make me feel good about myself. Super comfortable environment, always a joy to shop here! The jewelry is also really nice, especially for the amazing price. MUST SHOP HERE!!!!

I never review anything - but the return policy is so sad for this store _ I only wanted to exchange and was not able to get back to store within 14 days because of my extended schedule at work. They have a strict policy - no exceptions. This makes me not want to shop there again.

Horrible service and the worse policy

Every time I go in I promise myself its the last time. Not once has a sales girl offered help or greeted me, they consistently sit on their phones behind the register and gossip. I dont need to hear about who you hooked up with last weekend. Today was definitely my last time, unfortunately you lost a customer today.

My daughter loved it!

As a parent of an active teenager, I find it strange that it is so hard to find clothes that fit her at this store. The sizing seems to be more in line with Little Folks Shop. One small fits her, another doesnt. One medium fits her, another doesnt. And as far as the one size fits all shirts, most of them are bare midriff on her.

This store has very cute clothes, but the one size fits all is so pointless...

I bought two items for my granddaughter. The sales CLERKS were as uninvolved as any I’ve ever seen. They were far more interested in gossiping about some girl. They never greeted us, didn’t stop dishing the dirt and were generally rude. Surely, you can do better than that?

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. There clothing are very expensive and there earings and jewelry are bad quality and easily break i wasted 6 dollars on breakable earings. I am warning you DO NOT GO THERE unless you wanna spend your money on ussless breaking junk.

For some reason my girls are just obsessed with this place so i decided to come down here with them to see what its all about and wow the employees are so rude there the age of my own daughters and if i saw them acting like that i would kick there butt. SO OVER PRICED for the simplest clothing that i can buy anywhere else for half the price

Brandy needs to place chairs in the stores for the fathers who are in there 3 hours with their daughters.

Horrible customer service, you can not return with full refund to Brandy Melville stores when you bought online Brandy Melville shop!!! I have to spend a money for shipping back to next door of their Santa Monica store. I wont buy from them anymore.
