From start to finish, Conejo Hearing Center was the Best! They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and tuned into the challenges that getting first time Hearing Aids can bring. From the initial test to selecting the right Hearing Aids, they explained everything clearly and made sure everything was understood. Even when my Insurance was problematic, they spent the extra time to work through all the picky points Insurance kept pretending not to receive and got everything approved! The best part is receiving the Hearing Aids, again, explained so clearly, and set up with you in office so you can practice putting them on and off and even play with the App to see how everything works! If you find yourself needing Hearing Health, Conejo Hearing is the place to go! And dont worry, after you have them, they are just a phone call away to help with any questions or problems and even call to check on your well being afterwards! I contacted Peter this morning regarding an appointment I made to have my hearing aids worked on. I explained I couldn’t make my 11 am appointment but could drop them off early and pick them up later. I went in at 9:30 and Peter offered to work on them while I waited. 10 minutes later I was all set. Great service and friendly too. You’ll not find a better place for your hearing needs.

I needed to get my 91-year-old mother new and improved hearing aids. My insurance company highly recommended Conejo Hearing in Westlake Village. In fact, they spoke so well of them that I made an appointment for myself as well.I arrived to find plenty of free parking just a few yards from the office. The outside of the facility was cool and calming with a babbling brook just outside, occupied with a few relaxing ducks and beautiful Koi. Inside was clean and air conditioned. The receptionist, Mary Noble, was welcoming and very pleasant to me and Mom. She attended to us without delay and offered us cold bottled water & chocolate. The examination was conducted efficiently and professionally by Audiologist Linda with the results we expected...No surprises. The recommended devices were the most up-to-date models and were covered by insurance.A few days later, Lab Tech Peter notified us on the arrival of the hearing aids. Audiologist (and business owner) Christine Wilson presented the aids to my Mother and spent a substantial amount of time making sure she, the elderly recipient, understood the proper operation. Furthermore, she scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was working as it should be. This was the most comfortable office visit Ive had in years. The staff was excellent, the products were top-of-the line and the final costs, after insurance, were zero out-of-pocket. Top scores from me in every category.

One of my hearing aids was inoperable soI called Christine at Canejo Hearing. She told me to come right over to her office and call when I’m outside and someone would come out to get my hearing aid.I drove over, called and Peter (who was wearing a mask and adhered to the social distancing rule) placed my hearing aid in a small box and brought it into the office for repair. About 15 minutes later, Peter returned to my car to inform me that they could not repair the hearing aid and he’d have to send It to the manufacturer.I’ve been dealing with Canejo Hearing for over 12 years and their customer service level is exemplary.In these troubled times, Canejo Hearing still puts their customers FIRST.Kudos to Christine and her team.Erwin Gilbert

I bought my hearing aids through my regular doctors off but after disappointing service, lack of knowledge of devices and several frustrating experiences trying to get the sound adjusted, I made an appointment with Christine Wilson. She listen to me and was able to adjust the sound so that the high tone weren’t skirtchy and up the bass tones and was able to give me clear, sharp clarity. She also took the time to help me pair my hearing aids to my iPhone and show me how to use the app.I highly recommend Conejo Hearing and will continue to see Dr. Wilson for all my hearing needs.

Conejo Hearing provided a very comprehensive hearing test, both with & without aids, and I was allowed to tryout 3 different manufacturers devices before deciding on the Oticon OPN model which have been very good. My audiologist is Raye Anne, and Ive been assisted by Christine as well, very thorough & professional company2-10-2021 Post: just visited again today for a hearing device performance checkup. Everything was great, they cleaned the aids, replaced the domes, re-programmed and re-downloaded software to have my I-phone respond much better than before....Very Happy,!
