I had a problem with the earpiece for my right ear not working. It was taken care of very quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the service and staff.

I called for appointment to get hearing aids clean and checked. told to come in within half hour. Went to the Westlake store and was done in 10 minutes. all O K.

In 30 minutes the doctor determined that my mothers ears were too fully clogged to do a hearing test and then did the hearing test anyway. We were given only one option, and walked out with $4000 worth of a product. We will be going to a different doctor to get the impacted wax removed. Then we can move forward with a hearing test, and if necessary, hearing aids.

Not sure what to think...took my mother here for a hearing test. She has 2.5 year old hearing aids that the front office lady tested and said that the right side hearing aid was only working intermittently. Since the hearing aids came from Costco we went there the next day, to have them check the aid. After Costco tested it in some kind of machine they have, they told us that it was working perfectly. I could hardly believe this, but after the Costco audiologist finished turning up the volume in mom’s hearing aids with his computer program, she was hearing much better. I don’t know how two different hearing aid places could find such different results. I was very happy with the hearing test my mom got at HearUSA, but am not at all happy that there was such an effort to sell us different hearing aids and make us think the existing hearing aid was not working properly.

Love this office and the Team here at the Westlake office! This where everyone needs to go for their hearing needs!!!
