My husband and I got the hearing aids at the Miracle Ear in Westlake Village at the end of last year and have had several check up appointments since then. I was nervous prior to our first visit, but the whole process turned out to be easy and comfortable. Alina did a great job explaining everything and making adjustments; she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Jenni does a very good job communicating and following up. It is a very competent and welcoming office.

I have tried hearing aids three times and could not wear them. The background noise and discomfort drove me crazy!I came to Miracle Ear and had the most thorough hearing test by Alina.She put on the hearing aids on me and I didnt even feel them in my ears.I could not be more pleased. With Miracle Ears new technology, I dont hear any background noise, the hearing aids are very comfortable, and easy to put in. These hearing aids are so small that no one even knows I wear them.This company, the hearing aids, and Alina and Jenni made this one of the most important decisions I ever made.Priscilla

I went in for a hearing aid check up and cleaning plus a complete hearing test. I was treated with a friendly greeting from Katie the receptionist and offered a treat while I waited. It was less than two minutes before Jamey the Specialist came out to greet me and asked that I follow her to her office. I had my aids cleaned and checked as well as a complete hearing test. I have been using hearing aids for over 25 years and I have never been treated with as much kindness. Everyone in the Villages office are better trained and more knowledgeable than any where I have been in the past. I would recommend Miracle-Ear and this office to anyone.

Cheryl has taken care of me for about 3 years after the last owner did not think he had the patience to work with me. I had my left ear taken our from surgery and had not been able to hear from my right ear since birth. She took the time to make a mold for my ear and had seen me many times to tune it so I could hear thru my ear bone. My ENT Doc thinks she did a wonderful job and she should be recognized for her talents and research as there are not a lot of people with nothing for her to work with.. She has given me my life back.
