Customer service wouldnt give the last name of my account representative. They have raised the prices three times over the last year because we wont sign an agreement. Price increases have totaled over 12% for this year. Ive also spoken to former employees in the past and they arent fond of the management practices at Cintas. I would not recommend them as a uniform service provider.
