They don’t know how to greet people at this location

Very uneducated staff and thieves. They steal me two times. And it was something unimportant for them, just said OK and thats all.

Lisa was awesome! Everyone here goes above and beyond. I really appreciate that.

Ive had to come to FedEx a few times a week for over a month now to handle some paperwork since I do not have a fax or scanner at home. The staff is ALWAYS so caring, helpful, and nice! They truly go above and beyond. Ive had nothing but excellent experiences at this FedEx location.

Customer service was helpful. I just came to pick-up a package and I think they were really nice with helping the people being served before me. I didnt even realize they have computers at FedEx, but that was really cool. I think Id come here for printing-needs if that was something Id ever need.

I showed up to this location at 7:30 and waited 25 minutes and no one showed up. This locations hours are posted online, on the door, and also on their corporate website as 730 to 9, Monday through Friday. I called their corporate office, and they stated that they have no idea why no one was there at 7:30, and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life, I will never be using FedEx services again.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, a rare combination these days! I highly recommend!

If i could give this place a 0 i would. Customer service was ridiculous. I was there for about 45 mins trying to get help creating labels that were international and some of them were just as clueless as Iwas and they were employees. WIll never ever go back. I walked out after 45 mins of wasted time and went to Canada Post in Ontario instead . Not a helpful staff at all, and not the most friendly either!

Took my camera here to ship and needed supplies. They suggested they pack it for me and put it in a normal (not fed ex express) large box with three rolls of bubble wrap. Then proceeded to tell me it would be $177 to send 2 day to arrive on xmas eve. After I saw online it would only cost $57 they told me it was because of the packaging that it costs more. I paid for the box and packaging ($15ish) and left without shipping. After repackaging in a large envelope with bubble wrap, I went down the road to fed ex home by Potbelly and walmart and they offered to ship fed ex express in a complimentary box for $57. Yea. Avoid this fed ex.

I called and obviously spoke with an idiot because when I got to the location it was a totally different story. Ive never had a good experience at this location
