Nice spot. The staff was very nice to meet you and the other person I was with. We were trying to bend the rules a little and buy some items, and we wanted to get the deal on the item, even though it exceeded the limitations set by the store. The staff was very helpful.

I visited the Westland store today and was very disappointed. The two gentlemen working were very unhelpful. The one was going to look something up at the front computer and I waited but he never showed up and then I noticed he was helping another customer. The one at the register acted like I was a bother when I tried to make a purchase. I will think twice about going there again

Wanted to have a business stamp made in black and they were not any in the size I wanted. But the young lady working the business area was top notch. Very professional and outstanding. I give her 5 stars.

When buying a charger a few months ago I was told if I buy the protection plan for it I could bring it back if it stopped working and get a new one. So today I went back with the receipt showing I brought the protection plan, and the old charger. I ordered a Lyft to get here . When I go to the counter a different employee tells me I can only do it online and I can’t leave with my charger today. This wouldn’t of been a problem if I was told that to begin with and didn’t pay Lyft fees to get there and back. Very disappointed and wish the staff communicated how it works efficiently before selling it to me .

Ordered online and easy in store pick up loved it. Great way to incorporate online shopping with local in store experience. Customer service was great as well. Help get product into my car. Store was clean and no overselling.

It was Great! A nice man named Zack helped me find the things I needed and he was very patient and attentive. He even managed to help a man who had a question in Another isle on the way to the isle he needed to get me to.

I shop at this store all the time for my work at Smoler Smiles dental office. Always have a great experience at every visit! Friendly staff and Jason, store manager, is super helpful!

I just called this store during holiday season and got excellent customer service from Stephanie. She was able to locate a product I needed and put it on hold for me at the cashier stand, she was very charismatic and helpful! I even had to call back and change the product and without any hesitation she said my favorite words no problem!, you could hear the smile I swear! I will definitely be doing more shopping at this store. They have excellent customer service! Thank you Stephanie!

Nicole gave me a hard time about getting my insurance documents scanned and emailed. I asked for a manager who just flat out refused citing company policy, even though every other Office Max Ive been to have done this and rang me up for it or said it was free.I gave up trying to get it emailed so I could forward it to my agent from my phone and coughed up a flash drive. Upon supplying this Nicole said,I dont appreciate your rudeness. I asked her how I was rude and she wouldnt say except that I was just being rude.She plugged in my drive and said it was corrupted. I said to just format it, I dont use it for anything important normally. She said she did and said it still wouldnt work. I went out to my car, saw it wasnt formatted, and reformatted it and brought it back in and suddenly it worked.Only reason this is two stars and not one is that I called corporate and the next morning I was told they are giving me a $10 gift card. So they are trying to make it right. I would prefer good service and convenience the first time to a gift card, even if I have to pay.

From the moment I arrived at OfficeMax the ambiance and service went hand in hand. Both were exceptional. .

This Office Max is conveniently located for me.  It is a little out of the way, however.  It’s easy to get to – it is ‘behind’ the Westland Mall, which is to say, it is on the north side opposite of Warren Road on Central City Parkway.They are usually well stocked.  Their computer prices are a little high and the display area is a little confused.  I was not able to quickly see what advantages and options each of the displayed computers have.  None of the salespersons on hand approached me to help.They have a good selection of paper but the prices are a little high.  Their copying and finishing services are well priced and well done.  I recommend them for that.  I also recommend their printer ink selection.  It is easy to find what you need and the prices are reasonable.  Their recycling option is also easy to work through.I like this location most of all because they made it easy to understand their corporate ‘back-to-school’ specials.  They have great bargains and they have everything you need on hand.

So glad these stores are going out of business. They never have what youre looking for and this location has really incompetent employees and management.

Less than 1 star..I stopped in and got a McAffe anti virus program. Went home to install and the McAfee website said program was not activated at the store when I bought it and return to store. Well since im not by the store that much I returned when I could and explained what happened. The tech for the store said that there was nothing that they could do unless I wanted to PAY $40.00 dollars for them to install it. I only paid 29.99 for it so to end up paying 69.99 was a Joke. I have shopped with office max and office for over 20 yrs but they just lost a customer. I run a office so we will no longer need your services.. plenty of other places to shop...……..AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY THE BRICK AND MORTOR STORES ARE CLOSING see you when you close down

Great service and OK product selection. Had an issue with an office chair, the manager helped out and I found some more stuff to buy while wondering around.

Slow service @ the print center: 2 employees, who were each helping customers, but no one even acknowledged me standing at the counter - for almost 15 minutes! I wouldve left if I hadnt been getting the printout for someone else.

The best service that Ive ever had in an office supply store. The manager and both workers that were with her really hand carried Me Through the store, loaded all of my packages, made sure I got every discount I could get and loaded my stuff up in my car. It was Mary kay, Kinneth and JC and they were great. Cant say enough good about my trip thanks.

The supervisor has a bad attitude. Not sure if it was bc she had to work the center or if its the best customer service that she knew

One of the managers named Nicole is just awful. She does NOT believe in customer service and each time I patronize this store, I leave wanting to write a letter to the store manager or owner of OfficeMax. Shes rude and has an attitude that the customer is lucky she even allowed them to walk into the store. She micro-manages all employees and just makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I will not purchase or order anything else from this location. I dont care how far I have to drive. She needs an attitude adjustment and a customer service course. She needs to learn to treat paying customers with a little respect.

Clean store, well stocked and fast service. Restrooms in the rear of store.

Had to ask for assistance and person just pointed to the aisle. Cashier was helpful.

The employees appear to prefer to sit around instead of working on the printing jobs.

Today i was in a pinch and decided to go into officemax in westland to get some cards made for my heating and cooling co, i was told that i had to wait for 24 hours to recieve my cards back, well luckly i talked with lynn at the service center and she had my cards done with in a hour. I usually do them through staples but will definitely go back to get them done again... thankyou so much lynn

Their Shredding policy is horrible. If they want to shred in front of the customer then pay more, or else leave your papers to be shredded with them and trust them that everything will be shredded.

Technology manager was being dumb. I called in and asked them to put something on hold. I come in the afternoon says no one called. He then tells me the wrong information on the thing I want to buy.
