Dont even call them scam. They ask for my zip code than said the charge is 9.99 to come out to check my washing machine. But charge me 59.99 for 2 mins of their time. According to Google they are located two streets down from my house, (reason why i was told it would only be $9.99) the person that came to my house said it was more do to the fact he had to come from LA to Westminster. when the office is located in Westminster.
