Let me just say, Ive been to this home depot a good amount of times and I see a lot of the staff working so hard to help people, especially during these crazy covid times we live in. But one employee in particular, the super tall guy, I believe his name is Cameron, is so awesome! He was very helpful when I needed stuff loaded in my vehicle. You can tell a lot about a person by how hard they work. I have no idea if anyone even reads these reviews, but let it be known that youve got someone special at your store!

I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one will help you. We wanted to purchase a chainsaw and a chainsaw mill (not cheap!) and not one person would help. I had the front desk page someone to help and not one person came to help us. I saw employees walking around aimlessly and when I would flag them down they gave me the “be there in one moment please index finger” and no one came. GO TO ACE HARDWARE! They are better.

Home Depot representative was able to help us find everything we needed to make our ghost nerf range. So the kids at Halloween are able to earn there proton pack certification. Happy Halloween

Checked product availability through the phone & said they had my item. Called to confirm but no one answered the phone. Went to buy the item & 6 people behind the paint counter ignored me until I said excuse me to ask about the item that is OF COURSE not in stock! Please answer the phone next time so I don’t waste my time driving to your store where no one wants to help!!

I had to return some items and the staff at the service desk were very helpful.

I went shopping at this Home Depot close by my house on May 13, 2021. I had to buy an AC vent diffuser and two photo electric cell timers for the outside lights. When I walked in, I saw one of the clerks in a wheelchair and I asked her where these items were and she was very helpful telling me the other aisle locations…When I went to the electrical section I noticed there was only one box of timers and I needed two and obviously the overstock boxes were above in the rack and I needed a ladder to get to retrieve the part. I asked a female clerk if she could help me and she said she would get the person that works electrical and I told her I’d be waiting. I didn’t have to wait long maybe 15 seconds and a gentleman named Cary, came and whipped out his small cell phone inventory taker and scan two different boxes I was looking at. He said one part was located in Broomfield and the other above and there were seven parts here! Well I didn’t wanna go to Broomfield so he got the ladder out got the parts down and actually took the samples I was looking at and said he would take care of hanging them up.I proceeded to the checkout and to my amazement the woman that found Cary, the electrical clerk, was the actual cashier, Gayle. She asked if I found everything OK and I replied yes and told her that Cary came very promptly and help me out! She replied that’s why were here to help our customers as best we can… and with that, I exited the store.Also upon exiting, I noticed another gentleman employee and very helpful to customers trying to load up large bulky items customers purchased onto their vehicle.Both Cary and Gayle were very helpful and I will frequent this Westminster Home Depot in the future.

Love this place you can find almost anything you need for your home or yard.

So I was in here picking up a rug I purchased online. Went to grab some pain real quick. Unfortunately it was near close. Well literally they announced their closing 5x within 2 mins of close. I was all finished and leaving at exactly 10:02 and they were freaking out about me leaving. Seriously, I was hurrying as fast as I can to leave. Take a chill pill wow I cant believe how much pressure was being put on to leave the store. Very unwelcoming!!! ...... Yikes!! dont be in there even 30 secs after close they will lose it.

Personnel has always been helpful in finding merchandise needed or offered information for alternate ideas in completing projects. Has offered to help locate, on line, whatever else I might need. Love shopping there and getting ideas for home improvement. Thanks to those associated with Home Depot.

They are doing a pretty good job keeping supplies stocked in the in the post covid times. I will say though, creative thinking is not the strong point of the staff. If they have an item they can help you find it. If you need a creative way to solve a problem combining items they have to make up for one they dont, youre on your own.

Were seniors currently experiencing some health issues so we really appreciate being able to order supplies for our stopped-up sink. They were brought to the car contactless. Much appreciated.

Avoid this store. Rarely if ever help available. Were it not for the ability to look something up on your phone to get the aisle it would be impossible to find some items. Returns hit or miss - returned an item without a receipt and was told the associate could not look it up. Returned a second item and looking it up was no issue. Have been trying to get a service finalized from them and despite multiple promises from Tom I have not gotten a thing. Spoke to William, the assistant manager, and he was a condescending jerk. Thankfully Lowes and Ace are both less than a mile away.

The staff at this store are just amazing! The customer service really care to make your experience easy. You can tell that the leadership works so hard to make sure the customer enters and leaves with what they want and need for any home improvement. Beats the blue store just east of this location 10 of 10 times!Keep it up Home Depot!

They were very helpful on helping me locate the items I needed. They had the items I needed. It was great.

Im sure the store has knowledgeable employees but I did not encounter a single one. The three people I talked to had no idea what they were doing. I asked to talk to a manager and he was also less than helpful. A real shame! I will drive farther to go to a different home Depot next time.

The cashier was very polite and helped me find the where the door hinges were. Super satisfied people usually ignore me so that was a nice change.

Home depot delivered pavers to my home address and as they were unloading, the fortklif operater over ran my parked car parked on the street. Filled claim and ever since July 2021, I havent had any solid answer from them. Horrible experience. When I call, their online store transfers me to store whom fulfilled the order. I have 2 claims numbers with their insurance but no one is doing anything about it. I had to use my personal insurance to fix my car and pay deductible out of pocket. Hoke depot insurance is absolutely doing nothing. They promises to call me but never return any calls. I have all the poses, police report in hand. St this point I would say Lowes is your best option. Home depot over all and especially the one who fulfilled my order is completely useless.

Lots of products for DIY home improvement, if you can find what you need. But we went to purchase a freezer, after checking they had it in stock. We drove across town from SE Aurora, since the Westminster store was the closest one that had the model we wanted. When we finally got there they said they were out of stock on the one we wanted, and had checked on to make sure they had it. They also said they were out of all their smaller freezers, although we found a different, higher priced one on the way out of the store. I dont know if it was bait and switch, because the appliance guy didnt even seem to know (or even care) that they had others. The really annoying part was the IDGAF attitude displayed after they were told we checked availability and drove across town to buy at their store. It wont happen again.

I purchased the carpeting, blinds, and paint for my entire home at Home Depot. I purchased my grill, countless tools, and supplies at Home Depot. Today that loyalty was rewarded with the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered in any situation. I was in the store for approximately an hour and a half and not once was I asked if I needed help. Another customer and I waited for over 15 mins for an associate, whose ladder was blocking a bay with items we both needed, to move the ladder. Not once did she acknowledge us let alone ask if we needed help. In fact, she kept so quiet that the male customer didn’t even realize she was there and he moved the ladder with her on it. Had he not done so, we probably would still be waiting to get our items. I asked two young males joking around in the tool department where I might find the one item I hadn’t been able to locate on my own and rather than help me find the item, they told me it was somewhere on aisle 32. Twice, I stood in 2 different aisles for a significant amt of time with 2 different female sales associates near by. Neither asked me if I needed help but, seconds after male customers entered the aisles, both ladies addressed them and offered them help. I overheard a gentleman asking about an item. The sales associate told him the item was not in stock. The customer, looking at his phone, said that the website indicated it was in stock. It took me a minute to process that he had said he was looking online at the Arvada store while we were actually shopping at the Westminster store. By the time I realized this, he had already grumbled, ‘Great, I drove a long way for nothing.’ and had already stormed away. I couldn’t believe the sales associate hadn’t immediately told him that he just needed to drive a little further to get to the Arvada store. She never bothered to tell him he was actually shopping in the Westminster store. My friend keeps asking me why I shop at Home Depot. He raves about Ace and their customer svc. Well, Home Depot just handed me to Ace on a silver platter.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! Do not buy paint from Home Depot, they do NOT follow the “satisfaction guarantee” policy stated on their website. I’m 36w pregnant and I was mistreated by the store “manager” while trying to understand why they would not follow their own policy and exchange the unopened bucket of paint I had purchased the day before. Shame on you, Home Depot! You can definitely do better than this.

The weed eater we wanted was supposed to have 9 in stock. After looking for 20 minutes the associate helping us could not find it. He mentioned possibly getting a discount on a different package since no one could find it. After speaking to his manager, the manager said they were sold out and no discount, which was totally fine since we did not ask for a discount. We also wanted to purchase a shed. A different associate helped us saying that the sheds were an online thing that were not kept in stock and he could not even give us a price as there was no price listed on the floor model. We looked online for the shed and it said there were 4 in stock at this location. We decided to purchase it online to avoid speaking to anyone else. Upon purchase, it said if we got approved for the home depot card, it would save us $50-$100 on our purchase so we applied. We got approved, used it for the purchase as instructed, and you guessed it, no money saved. We went to the customer service desk for help, but they had no idea about the promotion. We showed it to them on our phone and it was posted in the store, but yet they were unable to help us. It was just a bad experience all the way around.

Home depot is a good department store to get anything to improve or repair your home or almost anything and the items are decent quality.

Still have to hunt stuff down -including staff. Couldnt believe we couldnt find a simple back porch screen door. Wasnt a total loss. Got a functioning stud finder.

Prices ring up different than shown. Extra large sign is incorrect. After paying $10 more than what the sign said, I alerted an employee who said sometimes the system just doesnt do it correctly. Seems as if they are content with false advertising.

Its a pretty good store. I like and the workers. Clean is a plus too. Parking can be difficult at times.

I ordered a expensive custom made blind, and a company Home Depot uses came out and installed it. However it doesnt work like regular cellular blinds. So i dont know how to raise the blind and it has a very short string, and I would have to use a ladder to get up to the string. I tried to get assistance with this problem, and spoke with Keri who ordered me a pole to reach it, but still doesnt work. Home depot never answers the phone and have terrible customer service, and when i went in they are short staffed and not very courteous. I have gone round and round and get nowhere. They are awful to deal with in the blinds and window covering dept.

Its my favorite home depot in this area. Usually has everything I need, and the customer service is outstanding. But I was looking for an African violet yesterday, and they didnt have any. 😒

Very friendly staff, selection is excellent. Hand sanitizer is available, and staff will provide a mask if you forget one. Prices are competitive.

Suprised that they sell Leatherman multi-tools. Didnt know they USA made tools.

Rented a truck here to move a few things and it was super fast and easy. Would have rated 5 stars but I had called ahead to verify the required age to rent a truck and was told 18+ but then in person I was told 21+. The discrepancy honestly wasnt too big of an issue (just had to get a friend to rent/drive for me) and I was able to figure it out.Keep in mind for truck rentals that regardless of how long you need it for, even if only for the 75mins, they do require a $150 authorization on your account just in case you steal the truck or something. Not at all a bad thing, just something to keep in mind!

Don’t go to Home Depot if you way to buy. Storm door and have it installed! I have wasted six months trying to get them to install one . After waiting for three months after measurements were taken I decided to go in to Home Depot to find what is the problem. The ONLY door guy said the Arvada store took the measurements so he would have to call and get them and call me back in two days. That was three weeks ago!!! I am done!! I wanted a storm door before Spring so I am now going to Lowe’s!

I have gone to the competition for years as it is simply closer to my home. I have recently found myself in Home Depot quite a bit. I have to say I am enjoying it more than the competition. I am still a bit lost in the store but it hasnt been hard to find someone to help.

Went to this store a specific item after not being able to find it I asked a associate for help locating item because the Thornton store said they had 6. The associate said they where in storage racks up top and would not be able to pull then until the store closed. I told him my second home is home depot and pulling an item has never been problem and asked for a manager he said he was a manager and the store was to busy. 20 from item was the ladder to pull item and 3 employees standing around he said they couldnt help i asked if I could do it myself and he threatened to call security so IDecided to leave he had 1 of those employees follow me until I left the store. Seth is a joke of a manager and I will never return to that store its a shame hes in a position to give a great franchise such poor service

Typical home depot not going to get help, empty shelves and rude employees. Go to Lowes. I worked both in high positions and philosophies are polar different. Lowes are customer centric, home depot is telling employees to get work required done first and customer second. Which is why you get pointed everywhere, and its usually wrong.

Always enjoy coming to this store. However, during this crisis why are they making us wait outside in order to get in to either drop off an exchange and or shopping? I understand social distancing at this point in time, however, why are other stores not doing this.?This is ridiculous. Lowes you got my business for now.

I spend way too much time and money here, but I almost always get what I need. Some of the other HDs are crammed and oddly arranged but this store is open and easy to find what you need. My two complaints about all Home Depots are the parking lots that arent big enough to fit a truck and the basic selection of plumbing, I go to Ace for the things HD doesnt stock.

Customer service is non-existent at this store. Nobody wants to take accountability for their error, nobody follows up when they say they are going to do so. Honest answers and ensuring you do what you say you will do goes a long way, even when its not what the purchaser wants to hear. Even the Managers just want you to go away. You need to better train your employees, teach them how to handle issues when they happen. My future projects will not go through Home Depot.

Clean, associates looked happy and worked well together...but although being 1/2 hour until close and they helped other customers around me (approx 4 associates in that Isle alone)...I was left ignored and without help while choosing some plumbing fittings..btw I dont do plumbing lol and I felt ignored....I was however helped at checkout and because the was no time to change anything I chose I am now on my way back for the last couple parts

Absolutely shocked by the lack of humanity shown by what I assume to be management shown tonight during my visit to the store. As I was walking in I see a small girl cornered behind the service desk being screamed at by a man dressed formally, much larger in size. I had to turn around. Thankfully theres a Lowes right down the street that was able to fulfill my shopping needs for the night, and will have all of my business from now on.

This home depot has been my most frequently visited even though i live near multiple!!! Theres a cashier, super nice incredibly helpful, her name was i think dana .. awesome service!!!

My water heater went out on Christmas Eve. Pro Services was able to connect me with a contractor who came same day and replaced the heater. The associate who helped me was patient and helpful. The cost was $400 less than the local plumbing company. Thanks!

I have never been in a home depot that was so friendly! While the store was like every other home depot, the employees actually went out of their way to drop their tasks to ask if I needed assistance just because I Looked lost. Usually you need to hunt people down but I have been there twice and you can sure see the difference.

This store is an absolute disaster all the time stuff everywhere piled in the isles no carts to be found long checkout lines dirty. Head to the I 70 and Wadsworth location much much better

Usually have what I need in stock. They had zero carts available inside or right outside the doors though. I think they need more people rounding up carts on busy days.

I came to the Customer Service desk this morning at 8:00 to pick up two Elkay drinking fountains with water bottle filler stations, plus a box of three filters. The person (sadly I didnt get her name) I dealt with was very friendly and efficient. It was a great experience, and I appreciate it.

I love this big box store. Usually the ol timers in there are very willing to answer questions and brainstorm over a project, offering hints and tips that I may not have thought about before.

If I could give a zero I would!! I just left this store. There was a lady 4 people a head of me. At of of all the self checkouts, the woman working the self checkouts walked up and pulled the receipt before this lady could even grab it, etc, and checked her items and receipt just because she was black and harassed her half way out the door. She didn’t notice or watch any person in there. It was disgusting how this employee treated your customer.. unreal..

Not giving veteran discounts anymore. The ID sign you have hanging at your store at check out stands is for active military. My husband has his star with veteran on his drivers license and the lady said nope we cant accept that. We can on holidays?! We will be taking our business to Lowes. Had a friend complain a couple weeks ago about Home Depot not accepting veterans discounts anymore. But Lowes does.

I love home depot they have cree light bulbs that last 22 years. Also they have literally everything for a home. They also have cool flash lights too. Really anything from wire to gardening equipment there is almost nothing they do not have. Also can do online orders as well.

Manager and customer service are a joke. 4 employees doing nothing at the returns counter and when I asked for a manger is was time to “be cool” to the employees instead of be professional. You get paid to work here. You should get to work. Dear corporate- please help. I’m sick of being talked down to by a manager that is not professional or appropriate.

I should only give 3, but its not the stores fault! It is the buyers fault. Every year outdoor Christmas lights sell out, EVERY YEAR! This year no exception. Gotta wonder what the oversion is to making money. Cant make money if there is no product. Obviously the buyer for Home Depot is a moron.

This is the worst home depot around. I have been here 10 times in the past 4 months. The service here is terrible. 8/10 times no one available to help, or when they direct you somewhere... they were wrong. Cashiers have messed up my transaction, locking up my project card. That was hour of my much needed Saturday Ill never get back. This store is the reason I order online for pickup, but at other locations. Do-ers get things done.... not at this store!

This is the best place for customer service in Westminster. When we remodeled our kitchen, got a new washer and dryer, installed railings on our concrete steps, and today, when we bought a portable air conditioner, every interaction around the store, at customer service, and at checkout has been great compared to our experience at the big box stores. Kelley and Courtney in Customer Service helped us solve an ordering problem, something many stores would not be able or willing to do. We also found items for a friend which were easily located and exactly what he wanted. Westminster H.D. rocks!
