Steve and Jessie are both Rockstars! I had called ahead the day before to order my heater core to get it replaced this weekend, I have been driving around the last week with a generator in the back of my truck bed and a little electric heater plugged into my cab to get through the week until I could replace the heater core on the weekend. I went to the store at 7301 Sheridan Boulevard to pick up my heater core that was already ordered and found out it wasnt there. Immediately Steve and Jessi got on the phone to find out why it hadnt been shipped and why they hadnt been contacted of a cancellation. Jesse found the heater core at a nearby store and got in his vehicle and picked up the part and called me back a half hour later to say he had it on site. Things happen when your shipping parts and pieces from store to store and I understand that, however instead of telling me (hey, go to that store and go pick it up theyve got it) they took Ownership of the problem that was not my fault nor Theirs and solved the problem in 30 minutes!!!!😊😊😊 I only had one day scheduled to make this repair, they just made that possible so next week going to work Ill be warm while its snowing outside!! Thanks guys, I really appreciate you! To Advance Auto Parts Corporate....I hope you recognize these two young men for their Service and commitment to Customer Satisfaction! They earned a customer for you and them!! Reason #126 while I still wont shop at OReillys keep up the good work!

Advanced Auto Parts will not honor warranties on batteries. I have an 11 month old gold battery with a 3 year warranty which continually dies and has to be jumped. Ive had my car checked at the mechanic no electrical issues. I took my battery to the store & was told they have to try to charge it before they replace it so I left it for them to charge & they said the battery is fine and will not replace because something is wrong with my car which has already been checked. This will be my last purchase at Advanced Auto Parts they do not stand behind their products.

I had a horrible experience at Advance Auto today. As I pulled up one of the employees(Hayden) was smoking while standing in the doorway talking to someone in the store. Fortunately he moved so I could go into the store. I walked up to the counter, as I walked up one of the district reps walked into the back of the store. I waited for about 2 minutes when Hayden walked back in the store. He walked up to a computer and started working on the computer while no one was helping me. He worked on the computer for about 2 minutes before a delivery guy showed up. Hayden greeted the delivery guy and walked into the back of the store with him to get a cart. He then came back and continue to work on the computer for a couple minutes. Still no help. Finally after 7 or 8 minutes the district rep return to the front counter and was able to help me. Im not sure what was so important that he had to be on the computer and ignore a customer but this customer felt like he received horrible customer service.

I needed some stuff for an oil change on my car, and a full tune up on my girlfriends car. The guy at the register was friendly and helpful and got me lined out on everything I needed. They didnt have the canister type filter I needed, but they ordered it in and alerted me when it was ready to pick up.

This was several weeks ago now but I went there because I lost my valve stem caps at an air pump. I was having to go to an air machine a couple times a week because all 4 of my brand new tires were losing pressure. When I went there to buy new caps, I simply inquired as to why brand new tires would be losing pressure so quick and the gentleman behind the counter (I dont remember his name) came out to my car and made some adjustment on the valve stems and I havent had a loss of tire pressure since! They were super friendly and knowledgeable. A $3 part and awesome customer service gets you a 5 star review, thank you!

Made several trips today. Service is usually great, however I was disappointed that both Stephen and Joe were not wearing masks during checkout. Furthermore, its seems I interrupted Joe whilst playing a game on his phone, to the point that he continued playing during checkout...#priorities

Went to return some wiper blades tonight, and Joe was determined to find some that fit. He spent a long time with us, searching for the correct tiny adapter for the wipers. I love rainex wipers he found. I really appreciated his extra mile service!

Rude, lazy, incompetent. Not even wearing their masks in the store. I went in to ask for a jump, and they basically just said no, because theres only two of us. The two losers who were working on easter sunday should be deported.

Great staff. They came out and checked my battery that I was pretty sure was on its last leg- once verified I bought a battery and they installed it right there. Even though the install causes a few problems, it was no worry. They have all the tools needed to make it stress free for me.

Came in with car trouble, had no idea what was going on. Ten minutes later I was out the door with a new battery installed. The person who helped me, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price for a new battery was reasonable as well. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need auto parts.

Interesting to see so many good reviews. Went in here and not a single person asked if i needed help, their computers were down so I get that is a bit of an unexpected stress but all I needed was some fuel treatment, wiper blades and air filters. Of the 6 employees that were standing around the computers I assume one of them could have helped me out. Gave two start because I have had good experiences with the company buying products.

Found what I was looking for and waited to ring out. Pointed to a register told over there. He rang my order with no unnecessary pleasantries. On my way out I found another item. When I returned to the counter to purchase it, was told in the future, please take a moment to think about what youre going to buy before you get to the counter. Employees shouldnt feel the need to give advise on how to shop to its customers.

Went in after messing up a stupid little $0.20 gasket for my idler arm that holds the grease in. wasnt able to find one without buying the entire kit again for $100.. the kid there wasnt able to help me out with anything off the shelf but was definitely able to send me in the correct direction of where to go look for one..... Thanks for the gasket

I stopped in at 7pm for windshield wipers. It was dark, the storm was starting to blow in and the wipers were being stubborn. It took two different employees but they persisted and got them on for me! There is an Advanced Auto a lot closer to my home, but they always make you feel like youre inconveniencing them. So I drive 5 miles out of my way for decent service. Worth the drive every time!

Always have helpful associates. Not the largest store, but had all the common things you need and can order parts relatively quickly. Prices are pretty good. They install small things as part of the purchase (windshield wipers, batteries). You can recycle oil and batteries here.

I bought USED oil here. They must have accepted a return on a jug of oil and put it back on the shelf without checking it. It leaked in my car, thank good it was on my rubber floor mat. But that could have been bad.Thanks to the dirt bag that did that in the first place, too.And the day before when I bought the oil I was standing at the check out while an employee helped another person with items. When that employee came back to the register they checked out the other person first. Wait wuhh? I was waiting to be checked out...

I came in close to closing with a dead car battery. The manager checked the battery, even checking where I got it from to see if I would have a warranty on it. They suggested a good replacement and even installed it for me. The guys working here are great and very helpful.

Not sure how much the staff gets paid, but its probably not enough. They know a ton and have helped me feel comfortable with the stuff I have purchased. They help everyone and yet I never feel like I have to wait very long to make simple purchases. Note: I am not a mechanic.

Im having the same problems a friend of mine is having where I try to enter my vehicle to get the right part hit the add vehicle icon to complete the process and get sent to start for add a vehicle. The same problem happens when I try to shop out of the store by me and it tries to get me to shop in another state. The store is great. I love the service its the website I have problems with.

Had a dead battery and they showed one in inventory but not there when I went to get it. Manager Michael Bectel(?) jumped in his personal truck and ran to another store location that had one and brought it back pronto! Dave was extremely helpful as well and I appreciate both of their efforts. They tested for other electrical issues as well as installing the battery. Not easy to find customer service like that anymore! Thanks!!

My husband called your store looking for a specific part. He paid for the part and was told it would arrive within 3-5 days. After a week, he called the store and was told it was coming from Texas and it would be another 3 days or so. This whole time he was being lied too. After two weeks of waiting he went back to the store and got his money back.

Im a contractor with a Gold account this advance auto never has time for its customers is happy too argue with its customers has left a bad taste in my mouth! I reccomend going too any other advanced autos and skip this location! Ill drive too Boulder for currect parts and good customer service. U piss off sheridan and theyll send u home with wrong part bad advice etc. Im really sad and its unfortunate because I believe in the brand just not this locations customers service .. not too minchin some of the guys have terrible language . And they act like its ok and its not! I want my parts and a sile and have a good day. I dont pay for ur bad attitude and thed older lady there in management tries her hardest too obstruct, Deny etc. Shes a real winner never has a smile and is always rude!!Advanced auto u are better than this..Go boulder local!!!

I went into this store and was greeted several times by friendly faces, not the kind that are bugging you to buy stuff but just to see if they can help find something.
