They sold me a lemon. Oil was all over my garage but not just once but twice and I guess Im the responsible party to clean that up too in my brand new finished garage I took it back for service to get fixed and it just got worse I only parked it in my garage after I received it. I never drove it after that turn it on this morning and noticed dark oil all over my garage again this time it was even worse . Not going to recommend a dealership for anyone
My boyfriend and I decided to buy our very first car today. After doing a ton of research we chose a car here at autonation. We’ve never bought a new car from a dealership before so we were excited but nervous and had no idea what to expect or how to go about this. And I left here without a car and without any help. We sat in the lobby for what seemed like eternity and not one person helped us. I totally get that we looked like two young kids that probably needed an adult with us but not even a hello? May I help you with anything? Would you like a juice box? Nothing. So needles to say we didn’t get a car because we couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge our existence! We even had an appointment with apparently an imaginary person. I guess a new car today wasn’t meant to be, so thanks for the help with making that decision for us today!!
Very friendly and helpful check in with customer service however, when I came to pick up my vehicle after work was completed, there was no one in the customer service area. I had to look around for someone to assist me. Also, the information I received from the multi-point inspection was not completely accurate. It stated I needed to replace the battery immediately. However, my battery is only 5 months old so I took it elsewhere to have it tested and it was fine. Im not convinced the multi-point inspection was actually completed properly which was disappointing and gave me cause to question their professional recommendations. However, the mechanic did a great job changing the brake pads and smoothing out the rotors. Im thankful for that. They also completed the job on schedule and contacted me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick-up.
I took my car in because I had a howling noise coming from the back. It was over a month before I could get my car in. The day I brought it in, I waited 4 hours before I asked what was going on with my car. They kept me waiting another 4 hours before they told me they needed to keep it. After telling me they didnt have a loaner car, I got one because I was persistent. They kept my car for over 2 weeks because they were too busy to work on it. When I called to get a status, I had to call multiple times until someone told me they would call back and never did. They replaced my front wheel bearings but didnt fix the original issue. I still have a howling noise. Taking my CR-V to a different dealer to get a second opinion and hopefully better customer service.
We went there to buy 2021 Honda Crv Hybrid. Steve O. was our sales guy who greeted us and showed us the car explaining all its features before we moved onto the numbers. We went to other Honda dealers and they were so unprofessional that they won’t show us the car until we allow them to run our credit. In short i highly recommend this dealership if you’re planning to buy a new car. Moreover, we missed something in the paperwork and when we went there on the next day to get it fixed the finance manager Brad P. without any hesitation helped us and updated our paperwork. I am more than happy with my purchase. Thank you for showing such professionalism and hassle free buying process.
4.5 hours in Waiting Rm., watching others come and go. Came at 8:30 with appt. At noon I asked male check in person what was going on. Assured taking so long bec. having a lot done: tires rotated and aligned. Oil & filter changed. New cab air filters, new engine area filter. At 1 oclock, Kelly came into almost empty waiting room. Exclaimed Youre still here!? I thought they had pulled your car up. She then found my car, worked up the papers for me to sign and pay. Most kindly gave me some discount because of the long unnecessary wait Id had. Work on car appears to be fine; for that I am grateful.
Alex, Kimber and the entire team were absolutely excellent. 10/10 would recommend for new/used and leasing options. They are clear, direct and provide the best customer service in the business.
Kelly, the Service Advisor, provided an excellent service on my car, Honda Fit, on time. AutoNation Honda 104 is a great place for car service and purchase. I have been its customer for more than 15 years.
Honda installed an engine for my Bf which included the removal of the clutch and transmission, inspection, and reinstallation. Within a month, the clutch failed. To spare details, it was an improper reinstall that caused damage, but Honda refuses to take any accountability. Manager James was extremely rude and disrespectful to him and family members. He has to pay them 2k for the inspection (which was quoted as no more than an 8 hr inspection and actually left him without a car for two and a half weeks) and “holding fees” while he was trying to come to a middle ground. We are lucky it failed in a residential area and not on the highway. He left with a dangerous car and they know they can’t take accountability without someone losing a job. Not trustworthy and they won’t help you after they put you in a tight spot. Seriously bring someone who knows cars well. Can’t imagine what they would have done if it were me walking into the dealership and not him.

Absolutely awful. I bought a car from here in May because I needed something for work. The salesman we worked with was fantastic and when we found out the radio did not work in the car he assured us they would fix it so we bought the car and got in contact with the manager. One month later I still hadnt heard anything so I called and turns out there was nothing put into my file that stated they would fix the radio. Brett fixed that and passed the information to the mechanic. I got a call from the mechanic telling me to just bring my car in the next week so I did that but he did not actually schedule me for an appointment and I guess intended to just squeeze me in? They had my car for 2 days before I got a call saying they would need to order a new radio or figure something else out. He said he would speak with the manager and figure it out. Again I heard nothing so I just picked my car up and left. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my radio and am incredibly frustrated. Will not being going back here for anything and am very grateful we didnt let the pushy finance lady talk us into their maintenance subscription add on. I am now at least $500 out as now I have to fix the radio myself. Only giving 2 stars because Brett was incredibly helpful and has done all in his power to help us out.
I could not of asked for a better experience with buying my first used car by myself as a 27 yr old female. Leo was seriously so kind, not pushy at all, listened to everything that I wanted, and got the used car detailed for me and filled up the tank with gas before I left! We’re a couple adopting too sick babies we were working with a sales man named Tom Deherrea. Yes we were supposed to be there at 9am but we called him to tell him one of the babies had issues all night he knew our situation. My husband called him and let him know I was driving over there he said he was putting the vehicle in detail all we had left to do was finance paperwork he called us when I was pulling in the lot to say they sold it . While working with Tom all he did was push us and lied to us even co workers were surprised how we put him on blast in front of them they apologized for him cuz they knew he was lying one night we had a conversation while he was at the bar yes his personal life but that’s all he was pushing for while dealing with us was to hurry up n leave he looked at his watch several times and made comments like I could be watching the nuggets game and having drinks he even said he wanted to buy us drinks this man’s mind is all wrapped around alcohol and lies to make a sale I wouldn’t even put a 1 star it would 0.. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor even to my worst enemy. We have so much more bad to say about this place but that being said PEOPLE BEWARE THIS CAR LOT IS HORRIBLE THEY LIE AND PUT THERE HABITS FIRST BEFORE THE CUSTOMER..
The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is for the salesman, Steve. Steve was VERY wonderful and very helpful. Was patient and not pushy. I never felt pressured at all. However, the sales manager Christi L. was the rudest person I have ever encountered. The price on the sticker was higher than the advertised price and she would NOT budge or try to help. I almost walked out due to her attitude. I will be glad to never have to deal with her again.

I had an appointment at 9:30 am and I was there early, and got help right away. They accessed my car and recommended repairs. Which I did. I was in and out pretty fast. The service was great as usual.
I bought a 2019 Ridgline in July. Was told they would fix the scratch down the passenger side of the vehicle and wrote it into the contract.I didnt hear from them until they lost some paperwork and need my signature.I took the paperwork in and asked about getting the scratch fixed and was told they would call me.I took the truck in last week thinking they would fix the scratch. They tried to fill it but only in one spot and made it look worse than it did before taking it in.The salesman tried telling me that he went to bat for me but thats the best they can do.I guess making it look worse than when i took it in is the best they can do.....They also told me their paint guy was very meticulous. I think what he did was a joke.Wont buy another car from them and definitely would not recommend.
I came here in 2013 when I first moved to Colorado to lease my vehicle and eventually used AutoNation again when I started the purchasing process. Ive exclusively used them year-over-year for my routine maintenance, which says a lot considering I now live in downtown Denver. The service department team is so kind, and treats me with respect (as a woman, these environments can be often hostile). I never feel like Im being talked down to, bullied into purchasing services, and any recommendations for maintenance are clearly explained. The women in the service department are the best and truly make my experience positive every time. Plus, they tend to finish my appointment earlier than Im quoted, which is always appreciated.
My 2018 Honda Accord experienced a dead battery last week (Thursday). I had to jump it in a King Soopers parking lot. Was able to get it jump started and get it home. Put it on a charger on it over a couple of days it would not hold a charge. My 3 year/36k mile warranty had expired only 25 days earlier. Only have 22k on the car so I called Auto Nation Honda 104 as thats where I take it for oil changes etc. I spoke with service manager Bob Greer. I explained the situation to him and he said to let him contact Honda about it and he would call me back. A couple of hours later I received a call back from Mr. Greer and he let me know that Honda would replace the battery at no charge as a courtesy because it was so close to the WTY expiring. I made an appt for today (Monday) and brought the car in at 8am. Mr. Greer handled the contact himself and wrote up the work order. Within 90 minutes I was out the door with a new Honda battery in my Accord. I appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Greer and Honda for taking care of the replacement. I will continue to patronize Auto Nation Honda 104 and will recommend them to others whenever I can. Thank You!!!
I would like to give my big thanks to Mariam, Luis, and their manager Chi Luong. They made my recent car purchase as a pleasant journey without hassle, though it is a challenging time to buy a new car due to the microchip shortage. I got an internet quote from Mariam and followed up by Chi. In addition, they also honor Costco membership car discount. When I offered the test driving, Luis explained all the new and advanced features of the car to us very well and encouraged us to try them. I WOULD NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. If you do, I would immediately take it and get it fully inspected by REAL mechanics the day you buy it so you have the option to return it within the 5 days. See why below...Honda 104th sold me a car with a major oil leak that dripped on my driveway within 3 days of driving it off the lot. Which cost me $800 and an insane amount of stress and issues within a week of buying it. They have a 90 day warranty, but I had to pay out of pocket for a couple reasons:1) Because I had zero trust in their techs and didnt want them anywhere near my car again. I took the car back to them right away, but according to Tim (their used car manager), FIVE people at their dealership couldnt find or didnt see an issue with my car. Including the guy they claimed as being the #1 mechanic in the US. I took my car to another place and the issue was found quickly (they didnt even charge the full time to diagnose it because it apparently was so obvious).2) The 90 day warranty they do give is a lie with a lot of misleading information. It was the main reason I was willing to take the car after the 5 day grace period. Then I found out a lot of things that were not even in the fine print by calling the warranty company (who were prob the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with). I was literally told You dont need to know that information, thats not for you or the customer to know. That information would have made me return the car right away, no question!Their 150 point inspection is BS and they clearly dont actually do them. If so, ANY real mechanic or tech would notice a pretty large oil leak right away.They forgot an emissions voucher which cost me an extra $25.After I signed saying I would take the car, I had to sit there for 1.5 hours before talking to finance. It total, I was there for almost 5 hours.I was working with Tim (used car manager) who was going to talk his boss about options and get right back to me. That was over 2 weeks ago I still have not heard from him at all. When I was talking to him, he used the excuse those are the rules, they wont budge yea, there is just nothing we can do for almost everything. Acting like he and their dealership was being held at gun point and told to never make any exceptions or judgment calls for this situation.After all of that, all of this back is forth being known by the salesman who sold me the car (Tom), he still has the nerve to email me asking me to refer friends and family to him/them. I responded, reiterating all the information and frustration above. His response was to offer a $25 emission voucher sent via the mail. Even though I literally had just told him in the previous email that I had already paid for it. What good is one going to do me now? They clearly arent actually paying attention to their customers or trying to actually help.They make the sale and move on.
By far the worst customer service experience i’ve had. I called twice a day for 4 days before and after 12pm to ask about a warranty. Not once have they answered or have they returned my calls.I understand they are busy but not to return the call or answer once calling at different times throughout the day is just plain jacked…
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Vincent Byrne at AutoNation Honda 104. We are expecting our first child in the summer and were shopping for a family-sized SUV. We also looked at vehicles from Volkswagen, Kia, and Hyundai. Our experience with Vincent was HANDS DOWN the best out of them all. We did not feel any pressure to make quick decisions. Nor did we feel like anyone was trying to metaphorically block the exit. Vincent, was more than happy to bring a handful of different vehicles in varying trims for us to look at and test drive. We were torn between the Pilot and Passport, and Vincent provided all the information that we needed to make a confident decision. We are so happy to have found a dealership with trustworthy people. I began working with a salesman through their website. He was very patient and willing to work with my schedule. As soon as I arrived, he was there and after speaking to him, he found the car that truly fit my wants, needs and safety features! I was able to truly understand the contract I was entering into. Multiple times during my stay, several other employees would stop to ensure I had been helped. The Finance Manager, Daniel, was also extremely professional and ensured I understood all of the details. I never felt pressured and will continue to work with them!

Purchased a new vehicle while traveling unexpectedly. The staff were wonderful to work with. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and helped us to get on our way quickly to continue our road trip. They have a very large inventory of vehicles. We looked for a Honda dealership near us with good reviews, took a gamble, and are glad we gave this dealership our business!
On 09-07-21 I brought my Honda Civic to AutoNation Honda 104 because the Skid Pan was hanging down on one side. The service advisor was very courteous and detailed. Approximately thirty minutes after entering the service area my car was repaired. The Skid Pan was reattached. There was no charge. The service department at this particular dealership is excellent.
Great customer service, salesmen Aminulah was very helpful, and communicative throughout the process.
We love our new 2021 Honda Pilot and we had such a positive buying experience at AutoNation Honda. Jon was responsive and listened. Even though car inventory is low, we felt like we were valued customers and there was no pressure. We felt like we were treated fair - no one was trying to take advantage of us. The experience was so positive that we are considering buying another vehicle from AutoNation Honda.

Unfortunately I must say we had a poor experience with this dealership. Steven Oswald, our sales guy, was awesome and is the reason I gave this place an extra star. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was the only bright spot in this otherwise negative ordeal.THE problem we had was with Christi Lyman. She is the entire reason for our bad experience and why I will not recommend this place to others due to her condescending attitude and unwillingness to make things right.We found a 2015 CR-V for what was supposed to be 21,999. (See posted screenshots) We were told by Christi that the price shown there is somehow not linked to their store even though all the contact information etc clearly shows their location. The price was $289 more than shown for whatever reason and she said there was zero way for that price to be adjusted which just sounds ridiculous. She said we were free to leave and shop elsewhere if we didnt like it. Steven noticed how rude she was and apologized greatly after she left the table. I know $289 isnt a large amount but it only seems right that we should pay the advertised price shown.In the end we did the deal ONLY because of Steven. It wouldnt be fair to him to lose out because of company problems. Kimber was very nice too if not a little pushy with the warranty stuff but that is to be expected.So my advice, specially if you are driving a long distance like we did is to call and ask the actual price before heading in so there are no hidden surprises.
The dealership itself has been okay to work with. Phil Clain was great, but I still ended up with a car that was deemed unsafe and although Jeff Sawyer realizes my dilemma there seems to be nothing he can do to help me get into a care I can feel safe in at this point.I was very impressed that I was given a loaner car during these last 2 months.So AutoNation Honda itself was quite helpful and nice my car is pretty junky as it turns out and I am stuck with it!

Service Director, Phil Clain, was tremendous. He understood I was concerned about the need for service on my 2016 Pilot. I should add that I bought the vehicle at Auto Nation 104 and it has greatly exceeded my expectations. As did my service experience. Instead of having to wait for a month, Phil worked my Pilot into the schedule and I was done in less than 45 minutes. I got all the necessary service and a sound advisory on future maintenance requirements.Overall, an excellent experience! This auto dealer is so much more than the usual sales pitches you get at most dealers. The sales people, the finance people are all looking from the customers point of view. They are warm, insightful and helpful. Ive never experienced such a great experience with an auto dealer before. They are the best of the best!

The rep accepting the vehicle and releasing the vehicle we’re friendly, and professional. They fully explained the plan of action, left their name and number and, e planned all the work completed👍🏻Suggestion:A greeter or signage at the entrance would be helpful.👀 They were exceptionally busy; when I dropped off the car and again when I picked it up - and as customers arrived there was no signage as to who or where to wait to b called or to form a line or take a number to request help on the left or right of the large service entrance. Customers were a little anxious and fidgety
My experience with Kevin and the rest of the AutoNation Honda staff was exemplary every step of the way. From walking around the lot to the final signing, they were friendly and gave me all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. After an awful experience at Emich Automotive, it was a breath of fresh air. They were transparent in the pricing and did not try to pressure the sale of any added on costs. All the cars on their lot were in great condition and this is by far my best car experience in both Arizona and Colorado. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone in a heartbeat. Kevin was extremely friendly and walked me through every step of the way. If I’m ever in need of another car, I will gladly be visiting this dealer again.

This place did not live up to expectations. Sold me a used car that would not pass emissions. Would not help on any mechanical needs (yes - the car had problems immediately). Would not respond to emails. I certainly felt like they were trying to move a car and did not care about me as a customer. Feel like I got ripped off. I would give 0 stars but not possible. I dont need to feel poorly after such an expensive transaction. I would never go there again.
The check-in and check-out process was about 30 minutes each. You used to me able to due the Express Service in less time, without having to wait a month for an appointment. Also, I was not offered a free car wash.
I was sent to Honda service since I have an Alpha Romero. They werent sure they had the right filter (that took 25 minutes to fine) and then they didnt have the right oil. A mechanic was sent out to buy some. Totally unprepared for the Alpha. Next year I will make sure they have the correct stuff before I show up.
I’ve never purchased a car from a dealership before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Steven Miley was such a helpful and kind salesman. Dave was very polite and answered any questions I had very honestly and from many perspectives. The breaks on the used car do seem a little bit squeaky and the vanity mirror was broken, but I have hot glue so……. as long as I can get to work I will be fine without checking myself in the mirror til it’s fixed!

I love this place! We brought the car in and were told it wouldnt be worked on until the following day which was a surprise for us. Not a problem however and we received a call first thing the next morning that it was ready to be picked up. I just had the right mirror replaced. It was a beautiful replacement and everything worked perfectly.Get your car needs done here!

2 hours for a scheduled oil change. After seeing that my car was clearly done, moved, and parked, I waited over 30 minutes for “paperwork”. I think the actual service on the car is good but the customer service is poor. Will not go back.

From the time I inquired about a new vehicle through their website, until weeks after the deal was done, Steven Oswald made sure everything was handled correctly, went smoothly, and most importantly, that I was happy.Where other Honda dealers in the area failed on the promise of inventory for a specific color of a new model, Autonation Honda 104 succeeded.Best of all there was NEVER any pressure whatsoever to try and get me anything I didn’t need. If there was something I felt I didn’t want, there was absolutely no push back whatsoever. That was extremely refreshing, as this is almost a certainty at dealerships; and I can personally say this kind of uncomfortable haggling and unnecessary pressure to buy more than what I wanted happened to me personally at another big Honda dealer in Denver. So, this kind of no pressure sales was a huge ease.Steven was genuinely kind and supportive every step of the way. Additionally, financing was completely a breeze; and even though I walked in with a fantastic rate from my bank already, the guys tried to beat it. Talk about a team going to bat for you. If you’re in the market for a Honda in the Denver area, it’s a no brainer, 104 is the ONLY choice.
Auto Nation definitely has some of the best prices for used cars. They also have what seems to be a good bumper to bumper warranty option you can purchase too. What I didnt like was the ridicules traditional 4+ hour hurry up and wait game they played with me. I started the sales process many days before I come up to Denver to complete the deal. My sales agent refused to let me process my credit application for purchase any my trade info before I came up to the location. I asked multiple times and he assured me that he would get it all taken care of quickly when we arrived on location. This old school way of selling cars does not work for me. They also came back with a lower value on my car then I was quoted for trade at another Auto Nation location. Overall, If I do business with this company again, I will demand more work to be done before I take the family up to buy a vehicle I will only Sign and Drive from this point forward.
Kelly, she is amazing. I drove to the location for my appointment time without realizing the date was not that day. She filled me in and followed with great customer service. Increase her pay, shes an asset 😊
I have not purchased a car or had anything serviced from here but I did look at a car. It wasnt a Honda, but a Mustang that was traded in. Didnt feel any pressure from the sales team which was a huge relief. I usually tend to avoid dealerships when Im car shopping for that exact reason. Test drove and liked the car, but told the salesman that I wanted to look at a couple other cars. No problem, offered to go over numbers and I said I was pre-approved and good to go on all that. No pressure to try and finance through them.
I had my CRV serviced over the weekend and it was a great experience. They were quite busy but we arrived early and were in an out in about an hour. Jason was great! He engaged with us and addressed all our concerns.I typically would schedule service but the calendar is booked over a month out so I took a chance and got to the shop early Saturday morning.Thank you for great service!
We were very happy with our car purchase at AutoNation Honda 104. We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey and worked with Jay. The process was easy and straightforward and Jay was wonderful to work with. Even after we realized a small piece was missing, they were able to order it for us right away! The service visit went great. From check in to when I got my van back. My only concern is the length of time it took to get a date so I could get scheduled for an oil change. But other than that it was perfect. Thanks 104 Honda.

After years of trying to get my low tire pressure light to work correctly I again was assured it would be fixed. Wrong, one day lights back on. Also I paid for an oil change however my read out still said I’m at 60% did I get the oil change I paid for? Who knows I’d call the dealership if they would ever answer the phone or return calls.

I would not buy from this dealership again, Had issues with the price of the car after I double checked with the salesman and got a cashiers check from my bank, They couldnt get the fact that is was a cash sale through there head (keep insisting I needed full coverage insurance), Took them over 4 hours to do the paperwork and they broke an agreement-- I told them before I bought it that I couldnt pick the vehicle up for 5 days. They said they would keep it behind a locked fence until I could come back with a trailer--turns out they put it in a open parking lot.Price of the vehicle was average, they advertise it as a 4 wheel drive and it was not (all wheel drive), there is a difference. They owe me a refund and they said it would take 6 weeks to get me a check.

I bought a car at this location. My salesman and finance manager were great however I witnessed other members including the sales manager on duty come across very dismissive when another customer was upset. I came back a few days later to the service department and was not acknowledge and saw the same with other customers. There was no direction as what to do and all customers seemed confused. I own my owe business and understand how employee can be distracted and I am very patient but this will make me think twice before coming back. I was sent down the street to the Nissan dealer due to my vehicle and service required. They were much more attentive and friendly. I by one to two cars every year and will most likely not be back.

Garrett ran around the lot making sure I got exactly what I wanted and stuck with me through the entire process, including the waiting periods. Christi and Kimber helped me with the numbers and paperwork, making sure I got my dream car and a great protection plan. They were all checking in with me often, making sure I understood everything and leading me step by step. And I’ve already received updates on my first maintenance appointments that are months out. Truly great individuals and phenomenal team!
Service was terrible. Not trustworthy. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for a recalled part, part was not there when dropping car off. Called to discuss and reschedule, no call back. I would give zero stars if able. Would not recommend.10/27/21 update.Honda 104 continues to offer the WORST customer service EVER!! My less than 3 year old car will not start! My husband jumped the car this morning, I go to work and once again it is not starting over the lunch hour. Called Honda to get my car in for the above recall and now this problem also, was told I could not get in until 11/15 and someone will call me back. Absolutely NO RETURN CALL, called again and left a message, what a surprise, no one there to answer or take my call! ZERO STARS, the absolute WORST, would NEVER recommend EVER!!! Go somewhere else to purchase your car!!
SUPER SHADY!!!We found a used vehicle at AutoNation Honda that we were interested in, so we called to ask if it was still available. We were informed it was available and we told them well be there in about an hour to look at it.It wasnt until we get there that we find out we cant test drive it because it hasnt been inspected – mind you, the vehicle had been listed For Sale on their website for more than two weeks. The salesman pulls the car around so we can *look* at it and start it, but we cant test drive it due to the inspection (not even around the parking lot).We then ask when we can get it inspected so we can test drive it. The salesman explains, were so far backed up on inspections, and we dont want to overwork our technicians, so theres no way to say when we can inspect it. THERE ARE BARELY ANY VEHICLES ON THE LOT. Where are the vehicles they are are inspecting???Then he goes on to say, the only way we can bump up the inspection is if you were to place the vehicle under contract. So the only way they can inspect it is if we buy it – without a test drive and without an inspection... So theyre not comfortable allowing us to test drive a vehicle they havent inspected, but theyre comfortable selling it to us? Thats not someone I would ever be comfortable doing business with.Sure, maybe they are backed up. Its a crazy market and crazy times. But the fact that they would even try to push selling a vehicle without ensuring the customer is fully comfortable with the purchase speaks volumes to the culture of the AutoNation auto-group and the types of business practices they partake in.Be very careful purchasing a used car from here. Dont give in to the high-pressure sales tactics.Ill stay away and take my business elsewhere.(The sad thing is – with the market right now, someone will probably buy that vehicle without the test drive. It sure felt like they knew that and were taking advantage of it.)
Horrible experience. Had an appointment, dropped off car. Later that day told they actually didnt have part and it would be a week or two. From there I was ghosted. No one ever called me after two weeks. I started calling daily and no one answered and no one returned my messages. I had to go back to service center to speak with someone. Horrendous customer service.
Great experience. Easygoing sales team (Jay was our sales guy). The process went smoothly. The wait time for finance was a little long but it was a Saturday. One of the best car buying experiences.
Quick and efficient service for oil change. Instead of trying to upsell me, Brendan asked me if I had any concerns about the car. No one at Honda has ever asked that before and I appreciated it. He also outlined the maintenance service to consider the next time I bring the car in and he gave me the cost so I could plan ahead. Excellent and considerate customer service strategy by Brendan.
After having spent nine hours at two other car dealerships, I called ahead to inquire about the vehicle I was seeking. Fab answered the call and checked inventory for me to ensure he had what I was looking for. Upon arrival, he met me with the two cars parked out front for me to view. He was polite, informative and educated me on the differences between the two in a respectful and fun manner. After my test drive, he helped us through the purchase process and made what is a painful experience, as good as it could be. I never once felt talked down to, as many male auto salesmen do to women, nor did he try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend him!!!

Went in to service my car. Started a little slow, a few minutes to check-in no one at the front to greet or direct where to park for service. Other Honda centers usually someone walks to your car to check you in. After talking to the first person that was able to tell me where to go I was promptly helped & soon after my car was in the shop. A mechanic there was friendly & really nice, he showed me a few things he was working on, explained in detail and even provided some screws my car was missing. Overall I was very pleased with service and phone call to let me know my car was ready. Thank you!

I own a Honda Accord and had gone in a little bit ago for recall work that needed to be done to my air bags, well everything was all fine and dandy and then my air bag light came on. I called them to ask about it and was told that it’s not they’re fault and it wouldn’t have anything to do with the repairs they had done and to have it looked at would be 150$ Mind you this was over the phone . I had it scanned and guess what popped up ? My drivers side airbag the one they JUST fixed and then come to find out I’m not the only one that has come to face this exact problem. Called service street down the road they looked at it and have it scheduled to be repaired correctly and saved money.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Just take your car somewhere else. Seriously. I don’t trust them with my car here. They don’t answer the phones all day and even when I left 4 voicemails over a long period of time telling them how important it was for someone to call me about my car, no one called. I had to call a different department to get ahold of someone. The lady that I talked to was absolutely clueless and didn’t want to try to help me at all until I had to ask her to do it myself. It was either pay or pick up your car.
