I was on a trip across the country from California to Philadelphia when I noticed my car was having some issues that needed to be addressed. My partner found All Around Auto Care via Google with great reviews, so we called to make an appointment for when we arrived in Colorado. All Around Auto Care addressed our issues and were sensitive to our need for having our car fixed in time to depart the same day for Nebraska. They even let our dog sit in the waiting room with us. It felt great to find a mechanic who we trusted with the repairs, and also took the time to show me what was exactly going on. Thanks again for helping us!

Very up front and communicative about their process and the costs involved. Respected my plan to avoid putting a lot of money into an older and declining car, but offered me ways to maximize the life of the vehicle and keep things as budget friendly as possible. They also recommended other shops that could save me money on other services, which I really respected. Ill use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I both have 20 year old vehicles and have been taking them to All Around Auto Care for years. We have both had transmission work in the past, but this time only oil changes, with minor added services, like windshield wipers. The company has always treated us well, and done the work needed, at a reasonable price. I trust them. They have identified problems to watch, but do not advise doing work that is not yet necessary. They inspect the car each visit, and keep a detailed record of maintenance history, so we know when it is time to replace the timing belt, etc. As I said, I trust these folks. They are great to work with.

I went to All Around Auto Care to get an oil change...offered what I thought was a good price, along with their inspection. But right before I was going get my car out....the sales pitch began. Suddenly they found 3 things desperately wrong with my car. Brakes needed to be replaced...totally worn, Leak in my valve cover gasket. And third, the rear seal was seeping They gave me an estimate of over $8200 of what was urgent...on a car that is not even worth $500 more than that. But here is where it gets crazy. When the, (i assume) owner, John Douglas comes out to talk to me after I said I would look into it, and get other estimates for the work, he became irate. Was telling me how everyone needs to make a living, and his prices are fair. As I walked out to my car, he must have seen the sticker on my back window from a church I go to...he said you Christians are all alike, thinking you should get something for free. I just got in my car and left. Judge for yourself, but it seems he is desperate for money and freaked out when I said I would get an estimate.

My husband and I were hard pressed to find a certified dodge mechanic close to us for his 14 Ram 1500. All around is down the street from us and a certified dodge mechanic; so we figured give them a shot. Im glad we did. While the issue isnt one covered by our warranty company (notorious problem of having to bore stripped bolts from the manifold), Perry our service advisor let us know what the price would entail. Honestly, its more cost effective than most of quotes for this particular job. All around was transparent and upfront with us. We will certainly continue to do business with them in the future.

This is the best Auto shop Ive ever been to. I am a single woman and I never feel like they are taking advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge about any car related. Not only are they great service, work quickly, and give you personal one-on-on communication; they helped fix a mistake another car company made (large retail company) and helped me get my money back from the other place. This is the only car shop Ill go to from now on.

I came in just for a oil change for my 2020 Honda HR-V. The price was not cheap but reasonable. Oil change was performed on schedule and in minimal amount of time. No waiting. They have an air conditioned/heated waiting room although no amenities, it was comfortable if bring something to read/do. I would come back.

They always treat the customer right. It seems to me their main goal is to make sure your car is taken care of, and you can leave feeling informed about the state of your vehicle. I appreciate their insights, and their great customer service.

They were never able to reproduce the noise (you know the drill) but Daniel continued to investigate and look through the car history to finally find the issue and fix it (before I had to replace my transmission!). These guys are very professional. I like that there is a representative and a technician that work together for each vehicle. Perry informed me every step of the way and went through my inspection step by step to make sure I understood what needed to be done and the best way to get things done. They created they own personal plan to get the vehicle up to date on services and when I should do them. The price was less then I thought it was going to be which made me even happier.

I have been going to All Around Auto Care for the past few years. These guys always take care of my car, and do a wonderful job. Last summer I brought my car in because the brakes were squeaky and I figured I needed new ones, well they called and said that my brakes still had a lot of life left in them and that they just had to clear out some rock debris. They could have easily changed my brakes and just charged me, I could not appreciate the upkeep that these fellas do anymore.

I scheduled an oil change and brought my car in 10 minuets before the appointment. It took more than an hour and a half to get an oil change. The customer service was not friendly and all they want to do is sell you additional services.I paid upfront for oil change coupons and the seller was dishonest about the extra fees I have to pay every time I use the coupons. I specifically asked about additional fees and he said I would not have to pay anything extra.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I highly recommend AAAC. Staff is very helpful, kind and detail oriented. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here.

Great place for all vehicle needs. Friendly straight forward staff. I get a sense of honesty here. They tell you what you need, what is beneficial or preventative, and what is not necessary. They have also been very timely every time I have taken my truck there. Having to do vehicle maintenance is easy with these guys!

This place made me feel very uncomfortable. Young ladies especially shouldnt drop there cars off here. They kept my car for days...I personally dont feel like Perry is professional.. Ill be using breaks plus from now on!

What can you do to improve? Dont steal money from hard working people. You kept my car with no communication for a week. Once I got it back the only thing you guys actually did was fix my hood. I Have my receipt too. I wouldnt recommend this shop at all. They also broke off my rotor bolts, said screw it, and just didnt finish the job, nor fix their mistake.

Very much appreciated their integrity.....after spending over $600.00 at another repair shop and not getting the issue fixed...I was very wary......they found the issue quickly and it was a simple repair.....very grateful for the work....I will definitely go back.

To begin, this business and the bathroom were very clean! While the oil was being changed in my car, I was asked by the manager what my car intentions were. I told him I want to keep it for years. So, he printed out recommendations for immediate and future needs for my 2016 Ford Focus. It was very clear. I really appreciate the good communication, both in person and in written details. I absolutely will be back!!! I returned for scheduled appointment #2 for general maintenance/ 60K maintenance. Everyone was very nice when I was waiting the waiting room wasn’t as clean as I would want it to be and I don’t use powder for coffee so it would’ve been nice to have half-and-half and also either honey or brown sugar for the coffee also some pens and paper back there would’ve been nice I really did love all the old pictures on the wall of Denver. It’s been a couple of days since my oil change and my car still is wanting to turn left so I’m not sure what that’s about should I bring it back in?

Outstanding customer service. Excellent communication prior to repairs, while repairs were in process and when work was completed. It is a relief to find auto service that is fair and reliable. Unusually long warranty. I rarely give a 5 star review. In this case 5 stars is hardly enough!

Highly professional and trustworthy experience. I had a diagnostic done on my vehicle and instead of trying to get me to spend money and fix something that was a major issue, I was advised to not do the repair and instead look at getting a new vehicle! So far, theyre honest and wont take on unnecessary expenses. They show pictures on problematic parts and will stay after shop closes to complete their work.Updated review: same excellent service as before. They triple check things and even give you their observation about Auto Dealers that they hav dealt with in the area. Hubby and I acquired a second car. Perry gave me his thoughts and experience on cars bought from a certain dealer close by. I trust Perrys judgment as he had given me a recommendation in the past about the Lowes Auto Body shop literally across the street. (I need to go leave a review over there too.) That auto body shop salvaged my bent up drivers door and got it to close like it was never hit. I was given a FREE carfax for my new vehicle as well as a strong recommendation to bring this new one in.I very much intend to as I will trust no one else with my vehicles in the area. Fingers crossed on this second one that nothing in the red zone pops up.

Left the belt they changed under my hood, got caught in the throttle cables.have more problems than when I went in, whoever moved my vehicle didnt release parking brake. Water pump, not even a high flow like the one that came off, part not returned, he knows I rebuild. guessing this 92 was just too much trouble for their senior mechanic, who was younger than me. All in all not sure about this $200 antifreeze flush. Pretty sure I had a heavier concentration of the good stuff as temp never raised above line. But if that wasnt enough, my battery and starter cable was loose on top, ground pulled all the way out. I wanted to contact better business bureau as the positive cable was tight against my muffler melted after my test drive and not starting, loose on starter to cause the clicks of death.... no undoubtedly the worst Ive ever been treated as a cash paying customer. Not to mention all my tools were stolen out of my vehicle the day after I got my truck back. Case peoples belongings and steal them later.Dont bring a car with professional stereo.They only do engine work, not very well i might add, so dont think their interested in staying open. My mechanic is looking into their sabotage that causes my checkengine light to intermittently turn on. Save yourself a thousand dollar and a headache. Ive watched him serve his loyal customers, and thats why hes in business. They dont second guess them and keep paying through the nose cause they have hundreds of thousands. My first thousand here saved went straight into their pockets.Will update as to antifreeze constitution.

I thought I was in good hands with All Around Auto Care. Then I went there for a check engine light after being refered to greasemonkey by All Around Auto Care. I was treated with contempt when I had an issue after the service I recieved. I was charged $1,700 to install a new water pump, then another $200 for a Speed Sensor code that didnt even get fixed. When I called Johnathan the owner, he blamed it on me, saying I declined the Diagnostics and I am to blame for the lack of work done or not done to my vehicle after I paid in full. I simply told Johnathan that I will no longer be going to All Around Auto Care. I dont see how these people are still in business. I am a Decorated Combat Veteran Marine, and I advise against anyone going to this shop for work.

Had a friendly conversation with Perry who set me up with an appointment.Came in a week later, dropped it off and was sent a text message with a diagnostic status of what was wrong with my car on their webpage. They finished the job in a day after I decided what I wanted to do and that was it, no hassles.10/10 best mechanic experience I’ve had so far!

I think the mechanic business is hard. You are working with a big demand, on something that can involve lots of money, and is something that people really rely on. I also think the mechanic industry has to struggle against people’s perceptions that their cars should run well forever with little input and investment.I super appreciate All Around because they do emphasize preventative care of your vehicle. We haven’t always been the best on that...but then we totally recognize our bad when work gets expensive due to that. Heh... I do really like the report they send on your vehicle-which fully lays out what your vehicle needs. When we have been bad car owners and gotten ourselves into a predicament with our Van, they take the time to really differentiate what needs to happen, what should happen and what would be good, but can wait. They have worked to make a game plan with us to break up repairs when we couldn’t afford everything at once. I also really like that I can drop off the car in the evening/early morning to get worked on during the day.We were just looking at a car to purchase and took it here because we trust that if they thought the car was good, that it was good. We knew that if there was an issue, that they would find it. We for sure gain a lot of comfort from their expertise. We for sure plan to bring the same car back soon (that we bought on their good report) to begin our journey as responsible car owners and get the recommended minor preventative repairs and maintenance.So, to wrap up. From my experience, minor repairs now avoid major ones later... Lack of prevention is not a mechanic’s fault. Timing/waiting is just how it goes sometimes. They have never been grumpy when I have called to check in. Ever. They are clear, consistent and on the level. In the end, you get what you pay for.

What an experience for an auto-repair shop! Hailing from the Washington, DC area I recently moved to Denver a few months ago and in the travel cross-country put a lot of stress, mileage, and strain on my car. With any car you purchase every now and then you run into issues, sometimes not necessarily knowing WHAT the issue actually is.I was having some confusing issues with my passenger side low-beam headlight and decided to bring it into All Around Auto after seeing some great reviews online through Google.I was matched up with Perry as my service technician and was not only told in a very detailed manner what was wrong with my car and the strategy for attack was, but also sent some very useful updates via text as the repairs were taking place.After the repairs were done and paid for, Perry shared with me some other information, recommendations, and best practices for taking care of my car moving forward.I will be coming back no questions asked. Had some work done on my truck breaks I ask that I didn’t wanna hear grinding noise when I brake and as soon as o got out I can hear it they told me my engine was leaking oil it has never leak I check every day I wanted a quote for my passenger window it wasnt going down they fix & unfix it cuz I only wanted a quote but they forgot to pull the window up and I had to leave for one more day and I that point I had to fix they seem good but sometimes they do shady stuff and when fixing a car thats the last thing you need

We were supposed to get our car back by Thursday at the latest. Instead, we got it back the next Monday. At no point were we ever called to let us know that there would be a delay; instead, we had to call every evening shortly before they closed to find out that there was another delay.

My daughter had her oil changed there her car never leake oil when she got it home the next day there was a big puddle of oil under it they told her she needed some othere stuff done that would cost her $$2500 she took it to colorado land had them look at it the only thing wrong was the oil filter was the wrong kind and it was loose if i didnt have to give them one star i wouldnt they owe me stars we will never go back and tell any boddy to go therethe machanic at colorado service center it wasnt the oil filter that came loose some one took the front under guard off and loosend the transmition filter stay the hell away from this joke of a place

I have never had such a great experience! I walked in their door an hour before they closed with a flat tire. Christian jumped right up to help me out. He checked my tire, got a tech to put the spare on, ordered me new tires and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. My budget is SUPER tight so when I talked with Christian and Daniel about paying for my tires they helped me get set up with a great company that loaned me the money at a low interest rate. I was not charged to put on the spare and EVERYONE was friendly and so willing and happy to help. I had my car in back in June for work and had the same great service. The prices are fair. The staff is top notch. They have my business for life!

Communication was not good. If it wasn’t for me calling everyday I doubt I would have ever heard from them. If you’re looking for a place that needs a month to figure out what’s wrong with your car, and suggest VERY expensive options that DON’T fix the issue, then this is the place for you. My car was never a priority and now I’m broke with misdiagnosed repairs.

Super simple experience which is what you want. They worked on my wife’s van. Place is super clean. No pressure or BS to buy anything in addition and a recall check. Can’t really ask for more than that.I’ll be bringing my truck in for maintenance now.If you have a little bit of a wait there’s a diner about half a mile a way, McDonald’s, and a Starbucks on federal. Which is a 10 min walk. Dog park is a 3 minute walk too.Edit: Bob (door knocker) is a real nice guy. We chatted for a while. Me and my wife though he was getting an unfair shake on here. Genuinely nice dude.. don’t be a hater.
