When I made the appointment the estimated time I was given for this service was one hour. When I dropped the car off they said two and a half. I had to wait for it which caused me to be late for another engagement. It would have been nice if I was given a more accurate time so I couldve made different ⁰arrangements.

I did not have an appointment, but was worried about a tire replacement from a road trip. They took me right away and performed a routine check and 50,000 mile maintenance. Even though they were busy, Kelly welcomed me immediately and took care of everything. I was in and out within an hour. I had great service and the car is performing smoothly! 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my vehicle in for a simple spare tire carrier bracket recall. The mechanic didnt even put my spare tire in the bracket after replacing the carrier. I had the pleasure of doing that step in the rain when I got home. My repair ticket listed work that wasnt actually completed too (e.g. brake pad / rotor check).Not impressed.

The company is a joy to work with. Pam is always courteous and very professional. The work is on time and very well done. I dont mind taking some time out of my daily routine to have my car serviced there.Congrats Koons Westminster Toyota.

Pam and the service tech were great, fast, and engaging. Had a regular PM scheduled, but had some other issues to discuss. I never felt like the un planned issues were a problem and they were thorough in taking details. Pam the customer service professional was knowledgable, but the tech also helped willingly with the explanations. Great team and experience, will be back.

Scheduled appointment for 1245. It took over two hours for service check and then wanted me to do $700 worth of service. Luckily my uncle is a master mechanic and said I shouldn’t need that work done. On too, waited another 29 or so minutes while the service rep gave life advice to another customer.

Koons Toyota in Westminster has done a great job servicing my Toyota over the last three years. They do their best to make sure you get the best care for your car. They are well organized and efficient.

Very disappointed with how tried to upscale and didn’t complete the full inspection. I knew I had a tires needing inflated and we’re not improved. Maybe if I approved the upsale work would have been satisfactory. By the way,familiar with this technique cuz I previously was employed at a Toyota dealership. Will not return.

Purchased a pere-owed Caravan less than 3 weeks from the dealership. I took the vehicle back with braking concerns and clicking noises in the front wheel areas.Kelly was unfriendly explained to me that they were not going to do anything to see what the problems were and that the vehicle had been state inspected already. Vehicle was returned the next day with a clearance that nothing was wrong.I took the vehicle to another dealership for a state inspection, were the vehicle failed due to brake problems and other corrosion issues.I will never recommend a person to this center or dealership.

I dont buy cars all that often and now is a weird time to be doing so. That said, I arranged a purchase online for the car I wanted with Brooks Hoffman. Brooks emails were prompt and courteous. I told him what I wanted, and didnt want to be a jerk negotiator about it. He was able to give me a fair price for my trade-in and for the car I wanted. On arrival to the dealership, Joanne Virgilio was easy to work with, had all papers ready to go, and got me in and out of there relatively quickly. The car was ready and clean and the transaction was easy. Thank you guys.

I walked into Koons Westminster looking to test drive a Highlander. Little did I know that by the next day I would be driving it home. Joanne Virgilio and Steve the Finance guy worked with me to get me the best deal I could get. Even worked with Capitol One finance to get me a better rate. I know all about Toyotas reputation for excellence and decided I would get one this time after owning other makes of vehicles. My wife is on her 4th Toyota over a period of over 30 years, so switching was easy. We tend to keep our cars over 10 years anyway, so having a car you can trust is important.

Went in for a tire rotation and it took 1 hour 20 minutes to move the vehicle into the shop on a prepaid repair contract. Total time at dealer was 1 hour 45 minutes. Unreasonable time waiting for a service when I had an appointment.

Good service on a recall fuel pump!

Avoid the service center at all costs. Follow-up service appointments with other shops disputed all of Koons recommendations and findings. Service advisors will sell hard on specific items. If you change advisors enough you’ll see patterns in your service recommendations. Like brakes needing replaced at 45,000 miles, perfectly fine at 50,000 and then needing replaced at 55,000. The service manager couldn’t explain why that is, but also didn’t leave me with any confidence to keep using Koons. I recently had my tires rotated by an independent shop and he reminded me to rotate at least every 10,000 miles. It turns out Koons wasn’t doing that for my last 15,000 miles of prepaid service.

Of course they did the typical negotiating but after I stated what I wanted and at what price, it it was a good experience. The hourly service charges are are extremely high. They also significantly increase the price on Parts that come from their own Parts Department. Throw in their shop and hazardous fees and the cost is absurd. Sadly, they give financial incentives to the Service Advisors for up-selling the customer. Avoid this Service Center!!!

Always great service and people

Received an email with a quote from from the salesman. Then received second email stating he spoke to his manager and they changed their mind. I then got another email from the manager stating the salesman didn’t know what he was doing. He offered a pennies off the car. Typical bait and switch. RUN FROM THIS DEALER!

I sent my daughter there to buy a car. They wanted money, which she had, but they wouldnt let her take the car without a cashiers check. We wont do business with people who dont want to do business with us. I cant wait to see these people go out of business.
