It was my first time visiting this hair salon and I will most definitely come back.The experience was great. From the moment I entered the salon, everybody was warm and welcoming. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not go here to cut and/or get highlights in your hair! This is a place with a fancy decor and products on display but the hairdressers have no actual skills in cutting and colouring hair. I have never seen such incompetence..they have completely ruined my hair.l! I spent 6h at this salon during which they made multiple attempts to correct the disaster white-blonde zebra highlights they placed in my hair, but were not able to fix the damage they had done. I am devastated. My hair colour is an absolute disaster. As for the cut. The woman who cut my hair doesn’t even know how to cut simple soft layers into long hair. She just cut my hair straight across and then cut a second layer into my hair. So now have two very clearly defined layers and very chunky - with no flow/movement or shape. Really unbeleievable. I could have cut my hair better myself.The owner (I think?) is the only person there who has some sense of customer service and tried to make it better by offering a travel size product and hair mask for free. However this does not compensate in any way for my ruined hair. I am completely horrified and will now need to go to another hairdresser to try to fix everything. Going to this salon was the worst decision I have ever made!!!! I really do not recommend anyone to go here!

I was surprised with the attitude of one of the hairdressers at Michels - Natalia. It was my first time at Michels and I did not expect rudeness and agression. The customer service is not customers oriented. I did not want to gamble and let this unfriendly person to cut my hair, had to leave the salon. Will need to find another hairdresser

It was the worst experience in a beauty saloon. Terrible service!

They totally missed my color. The colourist doesnt know how to advise and gave me a barcode on my head rather than a natural color that looks good on me, as I requested. Lack of care, lack of communication and a price MUCH too high for the quality of service. When I said I was not happy with the result, they tried to catch up my color as best they could, blowing behind my head because I was asking them to start over or at least get me back so I could get out in the street without being ashamed of my hair. They asked me to stand up with my head tilted over the sink to wash my new locks. And most importantly, made me PAY 177 € for an UNFINISHED job. Charged me for a € 24 blow-dry and a € 20 treatment that I had not requested. INADMISSIBLE, theft. I had to go back to the show to show the boss the result, he replied miss here we are in Uccle not in Anderlecht, long live the audacity of this prestigious show. Their prestige serves them to rip off students like me and to advocate their quality over the heads of other clients. I obviously had to pay € 80 back to another hairdresser to get my hair back. I totally advise against !!

A hairdressing salon with a very friendly welcome, real professionals who listen to you and give you conscientious advice. A scissor cut that is becoming scarce because many hairdressers have used a razor blade (this is a technique that I am less fond of rendering). Very neat styling and a pretty pretty finish. My only downside is the laundry area, which is meant to be zen but which is quite noisy. You might consider offering scalp massage in your service, I will be willing to pay for this service.

I came to the hair salon for a color and to do 2/3 strands.Although the service is successful, the prices are much higher than those displayed on the site. I asked for a curly brushing but was refused, supposedly for lack of time. For the price I paid, I could have had a great blow-dry. I paid for services that I didnt ask for, a brushing doesnt normally cost 24 € and I didnt ask for a treatment.And as a bonus I came out with a stain of color on my pants.

Following what I can call a hair disaster at my usual hairdresser, I contacted Mitchells hair salon to help me find a color and texture worthy of the name. So I did more than 100km to give them my hair and I was not disappointed! The trip was more than worth it. It has been 15 days since they worked miracles and the result is still so satisfying. The team is very friendly, competent and attentive and I will return there despite the distance.

I went the first time and it was very good because the hairdresser who took care of me was very attentive, kind and took care of me. However, cutting your hair quickly goes, no thanks.she was cutting my hair and presto she left suddenly leaving me there in the middle and this 3 times. She made me wait 3 times, not 2 minutes.I understand that she is in the rush but cut me in a hurry, then brush me super fast and wildly. I do not endorse at all. I was even amazed because in my life I had never been brushed like this. She really didnt seem to want to cut my hair or take care of me. I would never come back because much too disappointed. Pay 55 euros for cutting and brushing and have that? No thanks.If you go to this hairdresser ask it to be the woman I described above or a very blond, very nice and professional gentleman.

I looked for a long time for a living room meeting my requirements as a man, I finally found it, the mans corner and barber and vmt top not to mention the place in itself a work of art. a real pleasure

Missed color !!!! I went for the first time for a cut and a color quote. Colorist Soraya immediately surrounded me (understood me and noticed that my hair is turning orange, it will need some ash) and gave me an appointment with her colleague. He, on the other hand, didnt notice anything or didnt want to take it into account. So Im orange with yellow highlights and not blonde and thats not what I asked for at all. With the living room lighting it couldnt be seen well, but at home the result was clear and its ugly. In addition, I was given a spa for 20 € without asking if I wanted one. I got it for 200 € and Im just waiting for one thing for my hair to grow to catch up with my color elsewhere. I will not be returning and would advise against it.

Appointment by phone 1 week before. The person I have online gives me an appointment at 5.15pm on a Friday evening (for wicks) I ask her if its not too late (since the show closes at 7pm), she confirms to me. that no. Once arrived at the meeting, the gentleman simply tells me that I came for nothing, because the wicks will take too long and that we will have to come back. I came from La Hulpe on a Friday evening in traffic jams, all for nothing. They dont even apologize and find it very normal to send me home asking if I want to resume a date. Of course not with such a service !! Shameful for a salon of this name !!
