I ordered two shirts from SF in my regular size large. Before receiving, I was notified that they were aware of one of the shirts running small, so would be proactively Sending me one size larger than ordered. Great customer service!Unfortunately, both shirts were still too small when they arrived. I emailed SF regarding this, asking for a refund. Their response was another excellent example of customer service. They arrange for return shipping at their cost, and a Free replacement shirt.I can’t give five stars, because they obviously have sizing issues with their product, however the customer response regarding this problem is extraordinary. Sail on!
