Location is nice and has clean restrooms. My go-to order for years has been a java chip frappuccino and I think this was the best one I’ve ever had!

I’d give zero stars if it let me. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Service was ridiculously slow. Baristas were cat fighting behind the counter. Drinks were trash. When I questioned my drink they said the cold foam wasn’t foaming so they just dumped it on the bottom instead of the top but it’s still what I ordered. What?!?!! No! Stay away from this one!!!

I ordered a pumpkin cold foam twice today, once in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Both lacked pumpkin and cold foam. I am very disappointed because I was quite sure the second order would redeem the first but it was just as bland and tasteless. This happens too frequently!!

Good service, however if you come during rush hour the line will extend into the road, so keep that in mind.

Olive was absolutely lovely and helpful and kind and funny. They deserve a raise and a promotion. Great coffee, speedy service. Will go back.

Horrible staff. I am no longer coming here after being a long time customer. I’m positive one of the young girls is drinking on the job, she could not form sentences or stop slurring. She and girl another were dancing provocatively and completely inappropriately for any public establishment. On top of it all my drink was made incorrectly. I did not want to wait for another. Management here is poor - and there was no one at the register when I went to place my order either. Best worst part was choosing to not wait in the incredibly long line that wrapped into the main street!

Very nice staff, coffee is always excellent. I always get a short cup of cream on the side and they remember at the window even if I dont ask for it. Best Starbucks around. Love you guys!

Starbucks offers good quality products for reasonable prices. Its as good as megacorp culture gets. Employees in this store are generally cheerful and efficient. I always tip them well, and they are grateful in these hard times. There is currently no indoor seating, but the bathroom is clean and operational. Best flavoflav bargain might be a quad espresso with bacon- guyere egg bites: a big wide palate from sour/bitter espresso to sweet n savory bites. Just enough caffeine and protein.

Got my order wrong and when I suggested I should get the replacement free looked at me like I have 2 heads

Love this location and the employees are always super nice! Honestly, I dont know how they remain so friendly serving Westport. Im sure their patence is tested some days for sure. (I grew up in Westport so I am familiar with the certain type of rude customer that can exist there.) Needless to say, they are always super amiable and a pleasure to do business with!

AMAZING! Fresh, healthy, yummy. Enough said. Picking what not to order on this menu was a challenge. They are also super considerate of food allergies and sensitivities.

What a great experience! This was my first time to this busy location and it was great! I used the Drive-thru but it moved quickly. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and had personality, which is lacking in many places these days. She told me about the Cold Brew and that it had more caffeine than other choices. I still went with my usual Americano but she was so nice. THEN, when I got to the window, the cashier gave me a cup with a taster of the Cold Brew, (which was good, btw!) She must have communicated to him that I wasnt sure about it and thought it would be nice to let me try it. Now THAT is customer service. I actually felt special. The staff on this Saturday at this location were fabulous and acted like real humans who cared about customers having a great experience! Thank you!!! I left smiling.

This one is so popular with people using it as a library that we often cant get a seat here. Behind the counter they are often under staffed, and while the basic drinks are fine, garnishes are never the same twice.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in North America. Im not sure if theyre understaffed or what but even at off-peak times the concept of a quick cup of coffee doesnt exist here.

Cozy place, lots of seating space. The seating area wraps around back so you can work farther away from the entrance if you’re looking for a place to focus

Incredibly slow service at the drive thru. By the time I was handed my latte it was already cold and there were only 2 cars in front of me.

Honestly a good location to work in for a bit and to grab a quick coffee, the staff is generally quite happy to help and sometimes will recognize you if you are a frequent comer.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks. The restroom was clean, parking lot is a pretty good size. Staff was friendly.

Starbucks – Westport, CTEvery once in a while I make my way to Westport, CT and when I do I usually stop at this Starbucks. The people are always friendly and the service is generally fast…There are comfortable places to sit and curl up with a book or laptop and there are usually lots of people to converse with.Easy on and off exit 18 on I95 makes this an ideal place to stop for an Espresso, Cappuccino, Laté or snack...Highly recommended...
