I ordered flowers online at 9:45 AM to be delivered to the same zip code as this florist. I called and requested delivery by 1PM as it was important for arrival by this time. I spoke with Julia and she stated they cant make any promises on when the flowers would be delivered. She stated there would be an additional delivery charge for guaranteed delivery. This is absurd and she was also rude on the phone. I asked to cancel my order. My business will be much more appreciated elsewhere that will also be more accommodating.

Ordered $100 flowers for my wife for her birthday based on picture in the website. Picture showed numerous roses and was large. Arrangement delivered had no roses and was obviously smaller than what was pictured. Called shop that delivered and complained. Offer to replace which they did. Numerous roses but still small. Ad clearly says arrangement will be 15.5 inches in diameter. Mine was 11 inches. Very unsatisfied. Will never use them or the shop that delivered them again. Also, I am in Westport, I thought they would be delivering my flowers versus another florist.

They arent Westport Florist anymore. There is a barbershop here. Not sure who is getting orders.Update to reply: I hope they update their listing for IRL customers. Where in Fairfield are they? I couldnt find a westport florist in Fairfield.

I received flowers today from Westport Florist and they arrived beautifully wrapped. The white roses with the filler they used was stunning. I would certainly recommend them and hope I get flowers again soon.

Nice flowers but overall it was a total headache. First their external charging service had me read my credit credit information while driving and wouldnt let me do otherwise then they had the wrong address listed on Google, and when I finally get to the store they dont even have a record of my payment. They forgot to write the message I requested, and some of the flowers in the bouquet havent even bloomed. Theyre a fine store but they need to get better organized. I hope no one else has the same experience as me, as I would give them a second chance.

Very friendly on the phone, the sales girl even wished me a happy anniversary! I had a good feeling after placing the order. Then, tonight when I got home and saw the flowers,well, all I can say is WOW. Moved here from the city and this shop is as good as any premier florist in NYC, and better value. Will use them again.

When Ever I need the best flowers for an event I recommend Hansens. Whether it was the Fairfield County Horse Show or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer walk for a cure. Hansens makes it beautiful. I have used them personally for many years and I always am pleasantly surprised about how much you get for your money at Hansens!
