Pasta Vita bills itself as Gourmet to go and they do a delicious job! First, the quality and taste of food is fantastic. Most of the dishes they prepare are enough for two, with sides if youre big eater. From salad to stromboli, with chicken and pasta dishes in between and it is what you would expect from a restaurant at a fair price.Then, the staff are very friendly and service forward. Choose from their menu, if you cant get there for a couple days, call they will save it for you! I do because I go almost every week, love this place!

The food doesnt taste as good as it used to. The old saybrook one is still good though.

If you want quick and easy prepared meals this is the place to go... a lot to pick from and what i have eaten so far is pretty damn good.

By far some of the best-tasting prepared meals around. They also have frequent sales so there’s plenty of excuses to go out and sample some of their great food!

Stay safe!PS - As of a week leading up to January 20, 2021 until further notice, their website is going through updates. Thus, if one tries to order online, it may give the person the wrong hours of operation! They (Pasta Vita), when I alerted them to this, knew/know about it are just waiting on the updates to finish but they have no date on that yet.

The food is still very good however I do feel that their prices have gone up quite a bit since my last visit

My daughter and I were coming back from grocery shopping and we were hungry, I happened to see this place and I am so glad I did! I purchased the Eggplant Parmesan and it was delicious. I hate to say it it tasted fresher and better than Olive Garden and less expensive. I recommend this place, thank you so much.

Great food, great prices, friendly staff.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of fresh and frozen prepared entrees to choose from as well as desserts and fresh salads. In addition, they have dry goods, bread and oils for purchase. I purchased the Summer Pasta Verde with Chicken which I ate as a cold salad and it was very good.

I was emailed a free gift from the loyalty program but when I tried to use it I was told thay knew nothing about it. So how do I use it??

Waoooo this place is wonderful it have lots of varieties of healthy foods to choose, lots of seafood, pasta, lasagna, salads, cookies, you name it... and everything healthy... and the staff very friendly always buying healthy food here... favorite place..

I love Pasta Vita! This is a great price to get delicious ready made meals! So far I have tried: shepherds pie, meatball and sausage lasagna, chicken and artichoke lasagna, beef bourgignon, herb roasted chicken - all delicious! Staff are all very courteous and helpful! Good value for what you get! And psssst they have desserts too!

Best selection pf prepared food I have ever seen - they have something for everyone. Prices are on the higher side but portions are large and they make the food right on site so it is fresh - all prepared food is expensive wherever you go. I am going to be a regular. Please open one in West Hartford!

Went to get tiramasu dessert not available got soup instead very disappointed!

Very nice...but everything was $2 more expensive than the Old Saybrook location. Thats a big disappointment! I only bought 2 items because of this and spent $4 more than I normally would have. Heading back to Old Saybrook! I am a huge pasta vita fan! 4 stars only because of price change. The food is 5 stars!

Everything we got was delicious. Penne a la vodka, chicken piccata, and chicken cordon blue were all very tasty and affordable.

Had the chicken Alfredo and chicken picatta. It was good, nothing special. I assume that’s what else I’ll find here

Friends of mine told me about this place I was excited to take a look at it I went in one morning there was simply a young lady behind the counter and that store has many many selections when I asked if she knew which of the products would be gluten-free she said I would have to read the labels I looked around the store and left I dont have time for that much reading this is a specialty store for products should either be labeled or the staff should be knowledgeable enough to know for those types of prices what is and is not gluten-free or they should have a list of what is and is not allergen sensitive

We usually use the Pasta Vida in Old Saybrook and have enjoyed the food, but have started using the one in Wethersfield. I was very disappointed in the selection. Wethersfield has much less to choose from and besides that I think their prices are too high.
