Tony was great in explaining the mattress I bought. Things that I would never thought about, he brought up. His suggestions will help to greatly enjoy this purchase. The store only had one person there. He managed to care for us while juggling another customer. It seemed like the store could have used an additional salesperson, but I realize people are opting to not work due to Covid concerns. Tony was carefully following safety protocols for that.Tony was very personable and we felt no pressure at all to buy. It was a great experience.

Mattress Firm in Wheaton has been very disappointing. I needed a mattress for my son who is leaving for college this Friday. We came in on July 21st to pick out a mattress and a bed frame. We had a very nice man assist us in the process. He said that the mattress would be in July 30th and the frame would be in Aug 20th. He assured us that it would not be a problem and told us we can pick them both up at the same time. I was worried about the frame cutting to close to when we were leaving and he assured us that it would not be a problem. I paid for both in full. I called today just to make sure to make sure everything was on track and the guy (same guy as sold as the mattress) said that he wasnt sure the frame was going to be in and that he would make some calls and call me back in a couple of hours. I called him back close to three hours later and he said that the frame would be in but I could no longer get the mattress. What?!!!! I paid in full for the mattress that I wanted. He said he was getting in a couple more mattresses tomorrow and we could choose one of those. No thanks. I requested my money back and purchased a mattress from American Mattress without any games. We tried to be organized and yet we still had to run around at the end.

Corey is the BEST. We came into his store two months ago casually shopping for a bed. We were in the process of moving during that time and needed a new bed before we moved in. We (rather my wife) selected a firm spring bed. My wife loves to bargain and Corey was able to accommodate all our request. He even threw in a couple of awesome pillows. Fast forward one month. Ive had two shoulder surgeries on my right should in the past and its never been the same. The bed my wife selected was too firm and it placed too much pressure on my shoulder causing pain and discomfort when I slept on the bed. So, we went back and told Corey about it and we were able to replace the bed with a completely different bed. This time we selected a firm foam bed, which was not available when we first purchase the spring bed. Weve had the new king size foam bed and its amazing. No more pain. And Corey helped make the switch easy.

Previously, I’ve had a very positive experience at this location. Today, I was very frustrated when my new mattress was delivered but not installed as I didn’t have the correct Alan key to remove the existing slats. I would have appreciated knowing at the point of sale that I had to make sure that all current slats were removed in order to install the adjustable base purchased.

I just moved into a new condo over the weekend and Kevin Hogan at the Bedding Experts in Danada Square was so helpful when I went in to pick out a mattress. Choose a mattress here instead of sleepys due to the much better financing options and the fact that i found a better mattress for me. Its going to be different for everyone of course, and they have everything but with the financing options i was able to add the adjustable frame (head and feet go up and down!) which i really like when i tried it out in the store.. Very professional as well. Delivery took 30 min from start to finish and remember they had to setup the adjustable frame as well which takes time. Very happy with my mattress choice, financing isnt hurting the wallet either. Highly recommend

Best experience shopping for a new mattress at Back to Bed in Wheaton. Cory, the salesman did a great job at getting me want I want, but not what he can make more money on. Cory was definitely knowledgeable on the mattress, explained me really well on different brands, different materials, different prices, didnt make me feel like I needed to buy something right then and there either. And he even set up a next day delivery for me at the time of late evening to accommodate my work schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend everyone in the neighborhood going in there when looking for your next mattress.

I needed a new bed and had no idea where to start. After checking out online reviews I decided to start my search at the Bedding Experts in Wheaton. Turns out it was the only place I needed to go. The store had a huge selection which was intimidating at first. But the manager Kevin greeted me warmly and chatted with me for a few minutes to try and narrow down the search. He was very knowledgable and explained to me quite a few things about mattresses I hadnt even thought of as important. We tried a few and I fell in love with one. Kevin wasnt pushy and let me take my time trying different types while he explained all the different features to me. I got my new bed delivered the next day and it was the best purchase I have made in a long time. If youre looking for a new mattress definitely go see Kevin. I couldnt be happier with my decision.

I have never bought my own mattress before and was not really looking forward to the process of selecting and trying to decide what to get while knowing nothing about being fitted for the right bed. Well, I went into the Wheaton Danada store after looking at their selections online and I was extremely pleased to find Craig LaPorta working that day. Streamlined and eased my tensions on buying what I wanted but yet what was best for me as a sleeper. I appreciated not being pigeon holed into something that maybe the store wanted to move out of inventory or overstock such as at other big boxes. After my selections, he made it smooth and easy for delivery and was excellent on the details of proper care and maintenance on such an investment.
