We went into the AT& T store on Sat 9/4/21. The representative at AT&T was professional & asked us several questions & we spent 20-25 minutes there. Unfortunately, she said we have to contact Apple Support via the phone. We pay AT&T $153/month for phone service and bought insurance for the I-phone when we purchased the phone at AT&T. My son has not had use of his phone since Thursday. Today is Monday - 5 days without his phone & it’s been very difficult coordinating pickups from school & practices. His phone is locked & ‘disabled’. He has the I-phone SE from 2020. He has sent in proof of his receipt to show proof of payment as the original purchaser from the AT&T store. He has talked with I-phone support online and submitted a ‘work-ticket’ on Saturday. We are being told this process could take 2-3 weeks! Paying AT&T for phone service during days (multi weeks?) his phone is ‘disabled’ doesn’t seem right to me. We’ve received no further information since submitting the work ticket on Saturday. Could a representative from AT&T contact me? Sincerely, Kathleen Ruggio.

Come here if you have any issues with phone or service - DO NOT go to the AT&T store on Roosevelt Road!! The Roosevelt Rd store has an incredibly rude manager that tried so sell me a $1500 new phone.The manager at this Denada location was friendly, helpful and patient.Turns out it was just a setting on my phone that was an issue and that I did need a new smartphone like the Roosevelt location manager told me!!Fantastic service here!

Cici called me in response to a call I had made to the technician who had installed the AT&T internet. After hours, and I do mean hours on the phone with several support people with no results attempting to connect my new Direct TV, she called me and was able to resolve the complicated matter. Her understanding of my frustration, her competence in dealing with situation and her manner throughout were professional in every aspect. She really understands the AT&T systems from all perspectives. The service was extraordinary. I would use the Wheaton location without hesitation.

Alexsis De La Torre is an amazing AT&T Representative.I recently got a new iPhone. I had a technical issue and wasted 2 trips to the Bloomingdale store. They brushed me off and simply told me to call AT&T tech. support. So I called. After 6 hours on the phone and three different levels of tech support people the problem was still not solved. I was then sent to Apple since AT&T was claiming it was an Apple product warranty issue. After Apple moved my sim card into a new phone the problem transferred to the new and proven to be working phone.I finally found Alexsis in the Danda Square Store in Wheaton. It took him about 5 minutes of reviewing my account setting to see that what all the high level technical support people seemed to be unable to find. He clicked that one button on my AT&T account and the problem was solved. It was a very simple issue, but undetected by tech. support and a lot of passing the buck just to get me off the phone.Save yourself a stressful couple of days and go see Alexsis in Wheaton!THANK YOU1

My wife and I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Wheaton. The sales agent that helped us was Citlali Sanchez. She was just fantastic to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones and the ways to save money on what we wanted. She even got us a better deal on our home internet service! Great experience at the Danada shop. Purchased a new phone and upgraded my plan with the expert help of Albert. He was so patient and helpful. I didn’t feel up sold or pressured. I ultimately decided to cancel my current internet to switch to AT&T’s faster, cheaper, and more reliable service. Go to this store and ask for Albert!

Great Store to go to if your working with Adriana. However there is a short gentleman there that is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Ive worked with him before and always felt he was abrasive. The last time I worked with him he kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the cops on me. He definitely got under my skin. He should be fired. Otherwise, I have always been happy going to this store.

I went in to up grade my IPHONE 7 to a IPHONE 11.They said my service need to be up graded to unlimited talk & text. In the process they cut off cell service to my wife’s phone. It took more than a day and countless hours on the phone to get it restored.Their representatives Citiclles clearly did not know what she was doing. The manager who ever that is did nothing to help. I am a long time AT&T customer who will be moving on to a reputable cell provider

I needed assistance setting up two new I-phones that the delivery person did not complete for myself and my wife. I stopped at the ATT Danada store and was extremely pleased with the help I received from Adriana and Salem. They took at least 2 hours out to help me transfer the information from old phone to new and and assist in showing me some other remedies to problems with usage. These two people went out of there way to help which I have not seen that kind of customer service in years. Thank you both

Literally don’t bother going. The store was boarded up 50 mins til closing, the 2 employees’ cars were already running and they were in their coats and the guy said “at&t is sending us home because of the weather.” Which was a blatant lie as all of the other att stores in the area were still open, and the weather was mild compared to other days we’ve had recently.We went to downers grove and had a way better experience. I’ve also had good experiences at the glen Ellyn location. So do yourself a favor and go to those locations if you can, because this one is obviously not run by hard-working employees, or people who would be honest about simply not wanting to work.

Citlali was very helpful reviewing the phones I was interested in, then moving to the accessories (which I changed my mind twice and she was OK with that). The only downside was the AT&T promotion & it was not her fault. AT&T doesn’t recognize dental professionals as a healthcare provider. Therefore I didn’t qualify for the deepest discount. She did find a discount though and I appreciate her hard work.

We have been with AT&T for well over ten years and always feel like we get adequate service. My husband’s phone was passed the point of saving and we needed to get him a new phone ASAP. We walked in and instantly felt welcomed. The staff as a whole did a great job socially distancing themselves which is extremely important to me during this pandemic. We got the opportunity to work with Zach he was professional, intelligent, and extremely personable. We spent close to an hour with him picking out our new phone and looking at all the options we had available to us. It’s important to me that I don’t feel rushed into decisions, as I like to take my time to really think about all my choices. I’d recommend this store and the whole team to anyone looking for any type of help with their phone. 10/10 would recommend it again!

Tom and arturo helped me. They were phenomenal. While I was there I witnessed how people treat them, and its terrible. These people work in customer service... Which means they are literally there to help you, so instead of yelling at them like they own the place, take a step back and remember, they are here to help you. Went in yesterday after a long day at work. Wanted to switch carriers and was hoping for a smooth and fast transition. Encountered one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I switched over my family and was able to surprise my little one with a new phone for Christmas all thanks to the exceptional help from the rep Alexsis. He not only helped me switch phone carriers but helped me get information on internet and cable as well. Which I will soon be getting when my contract is up. Alexsis provided unsurpassable service and went above and beyond. I am excited to say I am a new loyal customer and will highly recommend to my peers and family members to switch over. Huge shoutout to Cici! This girl was a complete life saver! Ive had some issues getting a line restored on a phone I don’t physically have. My husband was traveling from overseas,(with no service, communication only happened when there was a hot spot) and I had been working with customer service for about a week with no luck! Finally I decided to go into a store and Cici to the rescue! With some quick thinking she saw the phone I was trying to activate had an electronic SIM card feature. (Something I had no ideas existed) She was patient and explained what my husband would have to do in order to get service. During my interaction with her I got to chat with her about how stressful this week has been. Needless to say I had a little mental breakdown yet she went above and beyond to listen to me and showed me how she cared! Thank you again Cici for taking off some stress off my plate and saving the day!!

Walked in, was greeted right away. Told the sales lady what I wanted and she helped me out. I was there for a long time but only because I had a TON of stuff on my old phone that we had to transfer to the iCloud. I was only client in at first but some did come in, each were greeted and helped right away. Good store. I used to go to the one on Geneva Rd cuz they were always so nice. Now that it’s gone, it’s nice to know I have another location I can trust, to go to for phones!

Today my wife and I visited this store to upgrade her three-year-old plus iPhone. The young lady (Adia?) who helped us was very knowledgable, helpful, and calm. We really appreciate the way that the store emphasizes social distancing, with plexiglass barriers, and frequent wiping down of surfaces now too, and of course face masks for everyone. While they didnt have the phone we wanted in stock, she was able to order it for us, and it will be delivered to our home in just a couple days. Moreover, we received trade in money for a couple old, unused phones we had laying around, and she was able to apply a new teacher discount to our account. While we likely could have ordered our new phone on-line, its great to be able to visit a store to see the various options, and have a helpful salesperson explain them to us. Well be back!

AT&T customer service online, chat, phone, and unfortunately even in the store are incapable of solving problems. We ordered 2 phones which sounds like a very easy transaction but were told a glitch with system was not allowing us to pick up the phones. Okay fine, now what did the store do, nothing no ownership, just told us to cancel. What does customer care do, take 1+ hours to just get on the phone, only to get bounced around because no one knows how to cancel an order and no option to cancel ourselves online....way to go AT&T your customer experience is awful

(My cell phone)I would like to understand why you send out incorrect data consistantly.My problem is the CSS that was E-Mailed to me.This document is bad...This document is wrong...These (according to the store personnel) are always wrong...Mine reflected more than 2 times what I had expected.I even called the 800 number, they said that the CSS is always wtong...Why would a company that portrays itself as a great organization send bogus information to every customer?This makes no sense.If I call a local plumber, discuss changes that I need made. Then she/he sends me a quotation (not a bill) to review that is twice as pricey as what he initially told me, I would never accept the work.AT&T did exactly that. Only worse, they already executed the work.Now I was expecting the monthly cist to go up by a few dollars, I was not expecting a meteoric rise to more that two times my preseny bill.What makes it even worse is the cavalier attitude that (not my sales person as she was not in today) the sales people in the store took.Thats is normalThis happens all the timeThose never come out right.We cannot fix it, we are floor salespeople.Yet, there were at least three people who made changes while I was there in the store.How many transactions occur per store, per hour? Each with incorrect information going out to the customers.Any who ask about it being told what I call is a Normal ERROR message.This does not reflect favorably on your organization.PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL BACK!

Signed up for free home internet with unlimited wireless. The store totally botched the paperwork and I had to call at least 3 times for them to sort out the billing and to figure out why the store didnt link the accounts and apply the promotion.At least the last lady I talked to at there call center was knowledgeable and very helpful. Left with a new phone tied to the wrong number On our account even though I was assured it was correct when I posed the question in the store. I was told “oh that’s just a contact number”. The manager of the store—Syed—helped me out so much during my time at AT&T. He and Tom (another sale’s associate) both helped explain the family plan and calculated all the expenses with me on paper. Everyone in the store when they were not working were focused on other work, and when customers would walk into the store immediately help them, or snag another worker to help them. The chemistry between all of them definitely showed—they were a team. This store is definitely well run; much thanks to Syed and his properly trained team.

I signed up with them to get home internet service and the manager promised me that they would waive the installation fee and I would get $100 visa card as well . It seemed to be a good deal so went ahead and signed up .well let me tell you, The manager is the biggest liar I have ever met in my life . Recently returned a phone past the trial grace period and manager allowed me to get a new phone. I was shocked, it seems like customer service in this country is dead, but not here. Ive been an att customer for 10 yrs and will be happy to stay. Yes, they could be a little quicker, but this place is always busy. Also, this is a corporate store, which makes doing business here that much easier. The staff here are very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. Top notch, keep up the great work!

We are unbelievably frustrated and irritated at the service provided by this store. Weve visited the store in person at least ten times and talked to so many store representatives who confidently assured the issue will be resolved in a week. However, the issue with overcharged bills have been repeatedly ignored to the point that bills have accumulated too much (FOR TWO YEARS) that it is out of control in the store now. We understand incorrect billing issues are inconvenient and annoying to handle for the store. But this couldve been avoided way earlier (also much more simply) if ANYONE tried to solve this when we constantly reached out starting from last year. Now we are planning on opening a case for this and submitting a complaint through the federal trade commission. Such deceptive and unfair business practice should end.

My grandmother just went over because her phone was getting really hot. They took her name, she waited an hour and there were 3 people working and only one was helping anyone. It is a waiting game and terrible customer service. I am bringing her over to Verizon. You lost a customer that is very loyal, now she will be a Verizon customer.

Purchased an iPad here as part of a promotion deal. Didn’t use the iPad for a long time and finally had a need for so I tried to use it. The iPad kept telling me that the SIM card was incompatible. I called first to ask if it just needed a new SIM card and was told yes. Made an appointment to bring it in and I had to repeatedly explain the problem, multiple times. (The iPad would not work with the current SIM card. ) I stated that I was not interested in adding a data package and that’s when they quit listening. As soon as they knew I would NOT be opening my wallet they could careless about helping to resolve my issue. First they acted like I wasn’t really the owner of the iPad. Then I was told that the SIM card in it never worked. I was called a liar to my face. I have in the past purchased 3 new iPhones, the iPad - which is my 3rd-and an Apple Watch there. Their failure to listen and curt customer service will cause me to shop elsewhere for the next ianything. All they had to say was that the iPad would work on WiFi if the SIM card was removed but that was too difficult for these employees. “They are just there to sell the service” Was what I was told in a very condescending voice.

Horrible experience. My objective in going to the store was to remove my daughter from my wireless account. I was given a hard sell in bundling my internet, cable and phone and move from Comcast.I wasn’t interested but was given a quote on a form as a hold for a week for me to decide. Overnight an install has been set up!!!!!!!!!! I made it clear I didn’t want to do anything with cable!Service was terrible with two managers in and out of the conversation. Took 90 min plus.I’m a long long time wireless customer and am considering moving to another wireless provider I am so angry with my experience!

Bait and switch! I visited this location a few weeks ago to inquire about switching from Sprint to AT&T. The sales representative and the manager working that night helped figure out what plan was best for me and found me additional services (tv and home internet). I was hesitant to switch because of the early termination fees I would be hit with if I left Sprint, they told me about a promotion AT&T called Help You Switch 650 that would help cover some of the costs of switching. I brought up my plan information and bill from Sprint, and was assured by the manager that as long as I turned in my devices and purchased new ones, I would get those fees taken care of (up to $650 per line). I followed all the instructions, submitted all the paperwork, and was told that I do not qualify for the promotion. I have now spoken to 3 different representatives over the phone who have told me “sorry I’m not sure why you are not eligible, but the store should have not told you you’d be fine!” Amongst a few other promises that I never got, this is the one that bothers me the most. Now I was stuck paying about $800 to cancel sprint and I can’t cancel my services with AT&T because I’m past the 14 day period. I would not recommend going to this location. I would avoid this location.

I came here to fix a problem that was caused by another at&t store. The other at&t store sold me two iPads with a promotional price when we got our iPhone X without telling me 1. I have to sign up for monthly cellular data 2. They didn’t even give me the SIM cards for the iPads. I called at&t customer service twice and they sent me wrong SIM cards twice.Luckily Ryane was there to help me correct the issue that has been going on for a couple months. She’s super helpful and professional. Her manager Kate also came out to say hello to me and let me know that they would fix the problem for me. So after a couple months, I finally have a iPad that’s working properly. Very grateful to Ryane’s customer service.
