I went to the Wheaton Danada location last week to migrate over from Sprint to T-Mobile. Fabian at this location went above and beyond to help me find the best deal to do the migration. He was very helpful and made sure he answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Fabian and the entire staff at this location.

I came in last night to upgrade to a new phone. I am not very good with technology but their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! I have never been to this location before, but in the past I have spent over an hour every time I went in to upgrade my phone, so I was expecting to spend a good amount of my night there. This time I was in and out with all my questions answered and a new phone within 30 minutes! I highly recommend this location!

Not a very good experience. I came here simply to return my iPhone 11 Jump on Demand phone since I received my new iPhone 12 shipped to me. The agent, Ken, while friendly, did not know how to process the return for my leased device. The reason for the low rating is not that he did not know how, but he did not even try to ask the manager or phone T-Mobile for instructions. He told me to take it to another store. Disappointing customer service here.
The employees here were amazingly knowledgeable about the deals and promotions and at helping me maximize use of work reimbursement monies and setting up the new phone as well. Thank you!!
My colleague and I stopped by on our lunch to get a quote on the Essentials 3 lines/3 new phones. We had researched online and saw T-Mobile had the best deals. My coworker had a Samsung phone and T-Mobile had a special promotion that you can get an awesome deal on two Samsung phones. Our third line was going to be for someone who did not need any bells and whistles. We had stated when we walked in to Evan, we needed the Essentials plan (~30 dollar per line deals with Essentials). I filled out the credit application, and we had selected two Samsungs (special promotion) and a Revvl. I wanted a case and screen protector, too. Heres what happened next. To get all this, we were quoted around $800 dollars to pay out the door ($594 + plus first payment $190.50 per month). There was a number I had in my mind to pay to get things rolling, and this quoted number was well over double. We had to get back to work, and we left saying that we would think about it. We had zero intention of returning. We laughed when we left because we were not going to drop $800. So, we went to a different T Mobile and got the plan/phones we wanted for the right price as stated online. I was able to get two of the lines working. The third line I had to wait to get activated, and this was the problem because Evan cancelled it in the meantime. At the new T-Mobile, the manager called Evan and he had spun a story that we wanted two lines, the Magenta plan (more expensive than Essentials), and that we never reached out to him to confirm. He said he called us but he did not. He took advantage of the situation and clearly lied. Its disheartening. The T-Mobile on Roosevelt which is about 5 minutes away is 1000 times better. They fixed the application, activated my third line, and solved the problems Evan caused. Thank to the T-Mobile off Roosevelt and Lambert. Please use caution and do not be pressured for things you do not want or need or deals presented by Evan. Also, look at the picture I attached. Evan said we only wanted two lines to the other manager. If you take $190 and divide by 2 you get $95 dollars per line. For someone who waned the cheaper plan, why would I want that? Thats clearly a higher tier plan. What a sad experience.*EDIT* Deonte, the district manager, and I had a nice chat and he helped fix things and smoothen everything over. Thank YOU, Deonte!

Do they always close 20 minutes before theyre supposed to? Especially with limited customers allowed in, itd be great if they honored their hours. Although I did get a kick how all the employees scattered when we pulled up. Just not humored not to switch to Xfinity mobile.

Evan and his associate La Don (I hope I spelled that correctly) were super helpful, friendly, and respectful. I got set up with a new plan in no time. I had some issues with cell service and returned today and Evan managed to get everything fixed and set up. I have always gone to this T-Mobile store and these last 2 visits have made me really happy.
I have been with t mobile for a long time. Their service is awesome. Always so very helpful.. Josh and Even, along with the rest of the staff are all knowledgeable. We will be customers for a long time.
I stopped by the Wheaton T-Mobile location today to adjust my plan after seeing a tv commercial and wondering if I could get different plan for my needs.I was greeted right as I walked in by one of the employees and was ultimately helped by Amber H. I really cant say enough good things about Amber. She was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. She listened to my thoughts and immediately knew the perfect plan for me and began working on it. She took the time to go above and beyond for me in store, even called customer service herself and stayed on hold just to save me from having to go home, call myself, and possibly submit documents.Very happy with the way everything went today, Ill stay with t-mobile forever as long as they have people like Amber H at the Wheaton store who make you feel good about changing plans. I left the store feeling like I needed to buy her dinner as repayment for making that switch so quick and easy for me. I dreaded going in based off of previous experiences with different cell phone carriers but man was I wrong. Top notch service and friendly staff.Thanks again!

I called this place the night before and asked if they will be open saturday morning. They said yes at 10am. I sat in the parking lot until 10:30a and STILL not open. Called another store and ended up driving 30 min out just to sit in my vehicle because max customers is 10 inside. So now we wait even more.
Staff is nice and polite, but the waiting time is horrible.90% of the time I arrive there is a line, and long wait time. The worst experience is that after waiting about 20-30 minutes in line, to buy a tablet, they ask you to wait another 9 minutes just because their safe is set to open in 9 minutes. To ring me out takes 2 minutes in other stores, but it takes 30 minutes at this T-mobile location.

For me they were very helpful. Went 4:30-5:00ish no wait, no line in and out in 20 minutes with my questions answered.

Not good customer service. They charge restocking fee even you just bought the phone and has not been used at all. Looks like they are only interested in profits and do not care about customers.
Been to 5 different TMo stores, trying to get a new phone. THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! EVAN & OTHER EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE TRAINED THAT ITS NOT APPROPRIATE TO LAUGH AT AN UNSEEN DISABILITY.edit: BYE TMOBILE!!

Just OK customer service. They charged me for a new SIM card a while back. OK, $16 bucks to access the network Im paying monthly for. :) I understand even though Im complaining about it!Went to the location in Norridge, needed new SIM card for new Moto X, absolutely no charge!!!

Employees are not trained to handle peoples phone. They damaged my brand new Nexus 5 attempting to remove my sim card with a PAPER CLIP!!! When I pointed out what they did to the phone they stated that its normal wear and tear and they wouldnt do anything for it.

Beyond belief. I visited the t-mobile store in Wheaton and got rid of my very old revvl smartphone and got it for free, for free !!! A beautiful copy of the new generation samsung galaxy smartphone. Its all because I was lucky to meet our fellow countryman Marvin who works here. It is very convenient for me to arrange everything in Polish. I greet everyone.
