If I could give it a -0 I would. I am just able to write this review because of my honeymoon. I ordered a mini wedding cake for my wedding. My wedding was a month ago, and I ordered it maybe a month or so before. I spent almost 60 bucks for the most dry, overly dyed, ugly cake. I gave this woman a picture, I spoke to her about the description and color and it still came out horrid. When we picked it up I immediately said thats not what I wanted. My wedding was the NEXT day so....it was not the ugliest but I said its fine, I will take it. My mother even wanted to buy some baked goods from her anyway. Even after the dissatisfaction. She gave us the two items for free, which she did not have to (no one asked). No one was upset, until she opened her mouth! She told me if I did not like it, she could sell it to someone else! A cake I ALREADY paid for! No offer to REFUND, just sell my cake because she got in her feelings! She stated that she did not know what I wanted, we dont do fake cakes...I asked her could she do a design (that she did all over the cake) at the bottom like a skirt, and have the rest of the tall cake white. Not rocket science. My mothers presence is the ONLY reason I did not flip after that comment. Back to the dryness....she said she can do dairy free. I was happy and asked her if she used almond milk or something she said yes. I believed she used water only. Worst ever will never ever be back and I told EVERYONE. I know of four weddings that were happing after mine. They were huge wedding orders, I told them nope, go to this bakery I know in Chicago. I should have just made my own cake. The restaurant had better cake anyway......You need to be exposed...I have all the TEXT MESSAGES and EMAIL to prove our discussion.....Once again you did what you wanted to do.....Not once did I become irrate with you!.....I let it go and you were SEVERELY RUDE.....I have more professionality than you.....You even had the audacity to text my phone after this review!....You know what you did....Now I am taking action......By the way if your goods were so delicious Why do you have so many reviews of dry, tasteless, reviews??? PEOPLE PLEASE READ REVIEWS FIRST AND BELIEVE THEM! DO NOT BYPASS THAT!

We drove 30mins to buy a friend a Vegan Cake and we were not disappointed. The Cake was great, and the friend thrilled to finally be able to cut a cake in a long time. Thank you for making it possible! A special shout out for the owner who is as sweet as the Cakes. All in all a great experience.

Amazing!! Fresh ingredients, super delicious, moist cupcakes. I ordered lemon, strawberry and vanilla cupcakes and they were perfect. Everyone at our party agreed, these were awesome. Thank you so much for working with me and making my grand daughters 1st birthday special. We will return.

I absolutely love this place, especially the cupcakes. Great customer service. They have plenty of gluten free and vegan options and everything is absolutely delicious even better than “traditional cupcakes” I even ordered their cupcakes for my engagement party and they were a big hit!!!! 1000% recommend to everyone

Really really wanted to like it but the cakes don’t taste good at all (no flavor other than sugar and cream) and also they got the instructions wrong even after confirming! Kinda ruined the mood for the get together. Not sure if we will give it another chance. Really disappointed 😞

It would have 5 Stars, if they had a public restroom. Cute, clean, super friendly. Gluten free options, vegan options, dairy free options. The Paleo Queso dip was AMAZING!!

We had a small handful of allergy sensitive guests attending our wedding. Since one such guest was my best friend, I put a lot of thought into picking the BEST treats. I went to all of the storefronts I could find in the area that had GF/DF options, and this one was definitely the top choice. The chocolate peanut butter brownie is UNREAL— it just tastes like really, really good fudge. Not overly sweet but still incredibly rich. I have to say I was happy to have an extra one of those after the night was over! The funfetti blondie, cookie dough brownie, and red velvet cookie were all excellent as well.Beyond the taste, the owner (I think) was super engaging and fun to chat with. She obviously cared a lot about what she does, and that showed through all three times I turned up to sample and plan for our allergy sensitive selection.Even though my wife and I don’t /need/ our desserts to be GF or Vegan, I know we’ll be back here to try more options (or maybe just another peanut butter brownie!)

My absolutely favorite bakery. We have frequented them from Geneva and now to Wheaton. I have Celiac disease and I love to stop by and see what they have new to try. Excited that they have also begun making savory gluten free options. Worth the 30 minute drive!

My girlfriend really enjoyed the chocolate cake and funfetti cake slice. She said they were the best gluten free, dairy free cakes she has had to date. The brownies were also real good. I even tried them and I do not even have a gluten and dairy allegery and they taste pretty close to regular ones. Staff was very nice. Will definitely be back.

I bought Christmas sugar cookies to take to a party where there would be a person who needs GF products. They were a big hit! Everyone enjoyed them and couldnt believe they were GF. Nicole is fantastic and will create whatever youre looking for.

I love this place. Staff is super nice, food is really good, and Im vegan so I really appreciate that they have a lot of options. Not sure what any of these 1 star reviews are talking about. If I could give 6 stars i would, this place is the best :)

Having a gluten intolerance I will say Im thankful to have a gluten free bakery close to home. The food is over priced, but that is to be expected. The service is always wonderful! Only down side was that most items are refrigerated and they only have plastic forks - we struggled to enjoy our treats in the store.

The treats are worth the price! As someone who requires gluten-free for good health, I know my options are limited in a bakery. It was great to walk in and not have any concerns over what choose. The taste also did not disappoint! Highly recommend the chocolate cupcakes. I cant wait to try the brioche bread I purchased. Thanks Sweet Natalies for what you do!

👍👍👍I stopped in the store yesterday because my friend and coworker has a 🚫gluten and dairy allergy and it was his 🎈birthday🎉. Very friendly staff that explained which foods he would be able to enjoy. Its very rare that he gets something that is gluten and dairy free that tastes just as good as the regular stuff. I purchased a red velvet cupcake🧁, 2 cookie dough brownies, and a bag of chocolate chip cookie dough mix🍪. Everything was SO delicious🥰! I am not GF or dairy free and the brownie - I could not taste the difference!! Will definitely be coming back. ❤❤❤

On my first visit it was great, I had the chance to eat everything Ive missed since my Celiacs diagnosis! Also suggested we check out a Gluten free Italian place not too far from here as well which is where they got their pizzas and whatnot from. Ill be returning regularly!

We were extremely satisfied with this bakery. We were looking for cupcakes for our upcoming event and Sweet Natalies was not only helpful but also went above and beyond. I have no doubt that if you need services for baking for event planning, Sweet Natalies would take steps to make it work. As an individual born with a dairy allergy serious enough to warrant an EpiPen, I give my stamp of approval that this bakery is aware and respectful of allergen issues.

WOW! I am currently in a GF, DF and Egg-less diet due to health reasons and so happy I found this shop! Tried the Churro Donuts and Carrot Cupcakes and they were AMAZING. Definitely going back soon! Ordered thru their website for curbside pick up. Fast and easy!

The chocolate cake was delectable.

My husband and I were walking around on a nice day and stumbled across this gem. We are both gluten free so it was nice to be able to enjoy dessert out for once. We shared the tuxedo brownie and it was delicious. It was $5 for the brownie but it was a special treat so YOLO! We will come back another time when we would like a special treat. I will say there wasnt a whole lot of choices to choose from.

The vegan donuts and cupcakes made for our daughter’s Baby Sprinkle were OUTSTANDING! They looked beautiful and tasted so delicious and were so moist! Simply the best.

Dont Waste Money Here.This is the 2nd chance, weve given this place and it has failed again. First time, the vegan coconut cream pie was disgusting. So this time, we purchased a vegan pecan pie which the crust tasted like it was from a batch of CHICKEN pot pies, which you could not only smell when you opened the container but TASTE in the pie. Probably used from the chicken pot pie batch in the freezer near the vegan pies on display. Not cool. We are VEGANS. We drove very long distance just to be let down. Youre better off going to Chicago and going to Native Foods where they HAND MAKE the pies and CRUSTS. Dont call yourself a bakery if the simplest part of a pie is too much of a challenge for you. For $8.49 per piece, we were ripped off.

What can I say. If you want a amazing gluten free bakery with a huge selection of stuff you need to check this place out! The owner is such a nice lady who loves what she does and you can tell by the way the food tastes. Geneva is a amazing city, if you ever are in Geneva you defiantly need to visit this place!!!!

Blown away by how many options there were for being completely gluten free! The staff was exceptionally kind. I would definitely recommend this bakery for anyone with dietary restrictions.

It is a drive for me but I dont mind. Its a little expensive but specialty items usually are so its too be expected. They do have a variety of vegan items and Ive enjoyed what I bought, so I have no complaints . Its nice to go somewhere and have a lot of delicious options.
