Not sure why they are 24 hours when it is always closed at night. I work overnight near by and on numerous occasions left on my break and they are closed. Unreliable, I would call first if you want to come after normal business hours. Drive down the street to the BP on Butterfield, they are always open by the hours listed and when you arrived to the closed shell its a quick short cut around the back of whole foods that leads you right to the BP.

Dont get a car wash here. The wash is low quality, missing many spots, and expensive. You can get cheaper and better washes elsewhere.I also paid more for an undercarriage wash, but I saw no mechanism at all for that to happen as I went through, so I dont know if thats legitimate or not.Im worried it scratched my car in a few spots.

Always come to station around 6:30pm usually a sign on door beach in 15 minutes not good

I have been using my temporary ID there since I got it. Haven’t been issued a new ID via mail yet. And I have been getting cigarettes there no problem until today. Some random kid who I’ve never seen there refused me service, EVEN THOUGH MY PAPER ID IS VALID. Someone tell this kid how to do his job.

I have never been very impressed. The gas prices are always pretty high compared to other places in town, and the staff are not up to par. The last time I was there, the one guy working was hanging out outside and clearly stoned when he came in to help me.

Very Rude. The girl Amanda appeared to be a mentor to the two nice gentleman behind the counter not a good choice she needs some customer service reviews/lessons have been in customer service/management for 25 years if I or any of my employees talked to a customer the way Amanda talked to me tonight we would have been fired. Yes Amanda you where first to the counter by maybe a second but you continued to talk to your associates rather than have them wait on the CUSTOMER first then the nice gentleman behind the counter started to ask me what I wanted but once again you started talking distracting him from the CUSTOMER then to say I was rude when I suggested I could go some where else(since I felt like a third wheel standing there) .So I will take my business elsewhere!! It is sad Amanda did not get my point and to have that attitude in front of 2 obviously new employees sets the tone for the business what was rude was letting a customer stand there listening to what training they need to complete ect....so you told me to go ahead and take my business elsewhere that I was rude! So I have done so and will continue to do so.....

Love this place. Great part of the wheaton community. Store manger Kristin is absolutely amazing anx works very hard to make sure all her guest have an amazing experience. Keep it up.

Only left side of car wash works.....

Last night I stopped at a Shell gas station by my work. I was wondering where the gas station clerk was. I noticed on the counter a piece of paper that said back in 20 minutes. I was shocked somebody would leave like that. Other people came in and I showed them the piece of paper. They were all baffled as to why an employee would just leave. Anybody could came in and help themselves to anything.

I will never return to this gas station. The employee was rude and disrespectful. I asked for a washroom to rinse my babys bottle. He replied no washroom. Then as I was looking around I asked to use the sink the the store and he once again he refused stating not a public sink. I explained I just wanted to rinse the bottle and purchase some Milk from his store for my baby. But he just flat out refused. I will never return to this gas station. I can understand how someone could turn their back a a little baby. Terrible people there.

Convenient location. Its surprisingly easy to get out of the exit on the north side of the property near the car wash.

Went for air for our deflating tire. Put money into machine and the nozzle for the air despensor was broken so it would not work. No big deal as it was $1.50 and there was a station around the corner with air. Problem was the knuckle head behind the counter; I suggested he put an out of order sign on it and informed him it was broken and he said that he wasnt allowed to and it would have to be approved by corporate... grow some balls dude, its a sign that is meant to avoid frustrated customers. Im never going to a circle k again if corporate has to approve such ridiculous things. Enjoy my $1.50.

Very clean and the staff is super friendly. Be careful pulling out onto the street because traffic moves really fast.
