Very nice Whole Foods! The store is clean and well- stocked. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Well stock goods and full of varieties. The workers were very helpful. I do like the shorter aisles which made it quicker to find things.

They have everything I need except frozen sweet potatoes and their ice cream freezer has been looking a little broken lately.

I live in Louisiana but shop at this Wheaton store periodically when visiting foamily who live in the area. Three months ago I was shown by an assistant how to use my Prime Membership. Today when it became my turn to check out I tried to ask the lady doing the check out how t present my Prime bar code but she was far too busy chatting to her colleague doing bagging. When all my puchases had been scanned I had moved to a position right in front of the card scanner and presented my iphone showing the Prime bar code. It was scanned but than the lady spoke to me for the first time telling me the store does not accept the Amason Prime bar code payment method and duly carried on chatting to her colleague. I paid by credit card and asked the check out lady if she had time to talk to customers ? . My comment was ignored as she continue to engage her colleague in conversationI was surprised that having been shown 3 months ago how to use the Amazon Prime check out it was no longer in use. Of far greater concern to me was the check person who ignored me throughout the check out process preferring to carry on a conversation with her colleagueI know this is not the way Amazon handles it customer contacts

Generally a very clean and happy store! Staff is super helpful but aren’t pushy at all which I appreciate. It can be overpriced so I usually go somewhere else first and then fill in the gaps with this Whole Foods.

While the nickname of Whole Paycheck can be somewhat fitting, whole foods has great food and nutrition options at a somewhat higher price than its competitors. With that higher price tag, for the most part comes higher quality ingredients which is justified. Sometimes though, its just overpriced. Again, I definitely shop here and do so to occasionally pickup the couple things I cant get in other grocers along with a few staples to save an extra trip. But I do so knowing that I limit my overall purchases so I dont spend an extra 30% on my grocery bill, and also dont give Amazon more money while hurting smaller quality grocers like Petes fresh market.

30 minutes, not one employee said hello. Tried finding plasticware for a fruit cup, nothing available there or by the gross self-serve buffet with maskless people touching the food.Saw the fresh calzones and figured Id grab one of those instead. The girl at the counter looked right at me twice in a couple minutes and said nothing so I just left.Imagine these prices with a walmart level of service.Update: look at their generic response where expect me to email them just to reiterate what Ive already said.

I have always had good experience with the Wheaton location of Whole Foods. Sometimes the find may not satisfy you. What they may miss sometimes on finished product, they make up in the treatment of their customers. The team cares about their customers, attitude is top notch and great atmosphere overall. Even with pandemic shelves are well stocked, has been since for past 12 months. This is my one stop store.

Profit now obviously comes ahead of quality. The staff is still very good. Unfortunately the hot bar food was made with lower quality ingredients and was not fresh. Its a shame Jeff bezos cant operate a business for any other reason than adding a few billion more to his overstuffed his pocket. Sad.

Same day home delivery of grocery orders is a smart option for Whole Foods customers and employees during this period when staying home protects us and our local communities.On the few occasions when I have shopped in person Ive found the store is less crowded and good safety protocols are in place. Although the Produce section can be a bit tricky to navigate at times when personal shoppers are busy filling online orders.So far, our experience with home delivery has been very positive. The quality of fresh produce selected by someone else was our greatest concern, but on the whole, weve been quite pleasantly surprised.Substitutions have been minimal, and you can indicate no substitutions on individual items. If there is a problem with an item they will give a refund.

This is a great Whole Foods location. The prepped for selection is amazing. The taproom has a crazy good selection of Craft beer. They have a good packaged beer selection too. Parking is ample and lines always move fast. Knock on the fake Parmesan wheels for fun. Theyre like tangy drums.

Cant keep their prepared food open, close early everyday. Completely inconsistent.

I love this Whole Foods. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean and it’s always busy but you never wait in line long. Not to mention a few local celebrity’s shop here and I’ve bumped into them a couple times!

Not what they used to be.This used to be my #1 grocery store (2004- 2018). Why do I Stop back in periodically? Its like a breakup, you hope to see things have gone (back) to good just to find out you have to accept your reality.

This place is awesome! Right inside the Whole Foods were you can easily pick up a great cup of espresso and chat with their kindhearted staff. Love this place! ❤️

Did an Amazon return and curbside grocery combo. Can’t complain at all.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean as a whistle. Not overly busy which is nice for the shopper. The only caveat i would mention is the prices are steep. So its a special occasion to hit up the whole foods.

Always a good experience but they have changed even their own brand foods and not for the better.

Great customer service in Produce, supplements, and at checkout

Competing for space in the aisles with all the countless and rude Amazon personal shoppers is beyond frustration. I’ll take my business to Pete’s. Amazon’s presence throughout WF dampens the experience immensely.

Ive been going to Whole Foods every week for years. The emloyees are friendly and helpful, even when very busy. Cant say enough enough about Dominique in Dairy and Maria and Trinny in Prepared Foods. I would suggest Whole Foods open more of the registers (along with people to bag the groceries). But, patience is important and its worth the wait.

I come here pretty regularly for small grocery runs since I live quite close. They have a solid selection of products that you would expect from any grocery store, just scaled down some. No complaints, staff seems friendly.

Old Whole foods wouldve trained employees better.

Busy store with only one open check out but they had everything I was looking for and the product is good.

I have been going to this store for years and was approached by a member of the staff who was VERY rude to me and made a wrong assumption about my pulling my mask down for an split second. I was completely taken aback. She even said she would have to ask me to leave the store. I think there should have beena more professional approach.

This is by far my favorite Whole Foods in the suburbs! It’s a large location with an amazing selection of foods! Everyone at this location is also very friendly and personable.

Although a bit overpriced, the produce here is fresh and good quality. Highly recommend trying their coconut granola. You can fill up the box with as much you like and weigh it and pay for it.If you bring your own bag, they take 10 cents off your bill.

Wonderful staff, not too crowded and good selection of produce and other products.

The store reeked way way too much from over cleaning. I know some is necessary in this paranoid times, but this was over kill yo the point I had to hold my breath. Otherwise, all was great and the employees awesome, especially Theresa.

Worst whole food Ive ever been to.

I go there once a year for copper river salmon. Fresh, high quality food. Pretty much what you expect. Smaller beer selection than the 75th street one.

I spent 56.12 there today and without warning the cashier told me I needed exact change. I proceeded to walk away I say I guess Im not buying anything today....another associate says we can break that a 50 and a 20 wow for you. My mother left after being declined a 100 dollar bill.It was already a terrible shopping experience with all the amazon pickers up my rear end so annoying avoid at all cost. No need for 150 pickers shopping bothering the local shoppers to death

Supplies are somewhat low but staff is helpful. Produce selection is an abundant array of fruits and veggies - local and more. Ample parking and sufficient checkout lanes speed the visit.

It is open until 10 pm. It is my store from now on.

I kept getting run into by the Amazon shoppers. They ate to busy looking at their phone and not where they are walking and pushing the cart.

Incredible selection of specialty foods. Now with a taproom so you can grab a beer while you shop, actually a really impressive tap list! Probably the only place to get certain items, like kombucha beer, or vegan pastry dough. Very expensive though. Definitely not for low income. Also, no diversity among shoppers. They offer discounts now if you have an Amazon Prime account

I didnt go in I just drove by there why in Gods name are they open on Easter?

Some foods are way overpriced but did find some good deals on healthier bread. Large selection of vegan options although not necessarily healthy. Dont be fooled into thinking everything here is healthy... Reading labels I passed on a lot of items but if you are careful you can find (some) REAL food. 😁

The Amazon shoppers are out of control here. They are everywhere and are very aggressive. It is now one of the worst shopping experiences.

I returned a Justin Hazelnut Spread and was surprised to see that on the receipt it said “changed mind/did not like it” - that was NOT the case. The product was out of date on the shelf when I bought it - I wanted a new one - but had to pick the small packets instead, as the store was out of the regular jars.

The cupcakes was surprised good, I thought it will be very sweet, but it is just right and fresh, I cant believe it is coming from a super market! For other items, most are fresh but some are not that fresh, I would recommend to my friends

Wow, this new location is vastly improved from the old location. This is a shoppers paradise, stocked wall-to-wall with all kinds of groceries from around the world. The butcher, deli, seafood, bakery, cheese, and beauty sections are all well staffed. Its great they also have places to sit, drink, eat, and enjoy yourself. Checkout staff was fast and friendly. Im looking forward to visiting again.

Great shopping experience and helpful personnel. Also great place for lunch...just wish all lunch items on hot food bar would be ready at 11am like 80% of them. Recently most items ready at 11am but items I wanted didn’t appear to 11:45am. Makes it very difficult to do lunch over a one hour time frame.

Its Whole Foods. High standards, great quality, new locations with added amenities like a small beer tap area (new things to try) and separate little wine area. The butchers can tell you ways to prepare what they sell you... I could go on, but the one setback for most is the prices. I have a friend who was in corporate, and from what Ive been told, Whole Foods tours the facilities of every product they plan to carry, so paying extra is for a reason and the quality shows.

This location is new, and therefore very nice and welcoming! It has the typical Whole Foods vibe that we all know and love but adds some subtle modern tweaks. The vegan cakes they sell are amazing over in the bakery! My only mark down would be the price. Even though Amazon has bought Whole Foods and started to lower their prices, it’s still a little high for more liking in regards to all of my shopping... I always come here for a treat!

Great place to shop as you get some things like organic, vegan, keto etc that all grocery stores don’t seem to all carry.

I love to go shopping to wholefoods! I can buy healthy food and have a meal or snack by the way. It has a dinning room with w5, where I can stay up to 2 hrs. Friendly environmental music from 60s to 00s. Kind people everywhere. I really feel it like a home extention.

Beyond amazing. The people that work at the well stocked huge store full of everything you need was AMAZING. I am from Santa Barbara, CA and was in town because of a sick family member. I walked in and got a bunch of peonies, the lady making arrangements offered to make it into something special and boy did she. I asked someone for help in every department, and was really struggling because of having to travel to help someone I love in critical condition. Helpful, delightful, no one was rude or running to hide. When I was checking out a gentleman actually took my packages to the car for me. I am so grateful for the helpfulness and kindness of the people who work at this store

Awful treatment by one of the store managers named JIM. His demeanor when requesting assistance with a matter was derogatory and very disrespectful. 10 minute conversation of rudeness. The type of unhelpfulness and negative attitude is NOT what I expect from Whole Foods, ESPECIALLY, with the thousands of dollars I spend monthly with Whole Foods.
