I joined to get towing assistance the same day I joined. It was a$75 fee. I chose the $89.00 package that includes 100 miles towing option. After all of this, she proceeds to call me a tow truck for only 3 miles and said I would have to pay the rest of the miles. I told her that was not going to happen due to funds. I asked her to put the $75 back on my card, she puts me on hold, she came back on and said I think we can do that and I informed her that it better be done!!! I am giving them 3 days to make this happen, or I will have to court actions. Not using them anymore, I will by the package that comes with the insurance!!! Thank you.

With the DMV shutting down for Covid. It made perfect sense to join AAA for the title services. The staff is usually more friendly and helpful than the ones at the DMV. This has dramatically changed. The person doing title services in Wheeling is nasty, unfriendly, even hostile Unless you want to be given a bad time, as bad if not worse than WV DMV, avoid this place.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE!! They have lied to me from day 1 i had coverage for a month which was paid for upfront, a week into that AAA then sends me a letter saying they are cancelling my insurance because my drivers licence was got off of suspension in 2017 so because that was in the past three years they could not cover me mind you this letter was sent in july. On august 14th ( The same day my insurance was to cancel) The took out a whole other monthes payment and I have yet to see it back I have talked to multiple people in wheeling and niles ohio and nobody can seem to give me a straight answer as to when im getting my refund for the unarthorized payment taken out of my account. Even with the refund they say im not even getting the full refund because im suppossed to cover thier fees for a payment they werent suppossed to take out in the first place. I have had the worst experience with AAA I have tried to resolve this with multiple employees and have gotten nowhere so I will be disputing the charge with my bank and they can take care of it. Its ridiculous that a bussiness thinks its okay to take from people especially during a pandemic.

Very professional, family oriented insurance co. I went through ValleyWide in Martins Ferry, Ohio after they explained the AAA auto insurance co. + policy in great detail so I understood the coverage.Very happy with my decision, Ive referred AAA Ins. to friends + family!
