Friendly staff no doubt about that. Took awhile to get a Oil change and Alignment came in at 9: 49Am it is now 11:53am they just finished. Not to bad I suppose.

They refused a WV state inspection, which they CANNOT do. They told me on the phone temp tags from Ohio will do. Once there They told me they couldnt cayse it was from Ohio..Went to toyota Robinson and they gladly inspected my vehicle and informed me that you cannot refuse a WV state inspection, so long as your info is current and up to date! Will not be back to NTB in wheeling

Everyone is also so friendly when I bring my car in for my oil change! It’s not a fun task but at least I know that everyone will be friendly and I’ll be treated well when I do go!

Being new in town and being somebody that has been in the order business for over 20 years I was very impressed with my entire experience here. They were helpful there was no high pressure sales involved and I got exactly what I asked for and they did a terrific job.I highly recommend them

Fast friendly service. They explain everything to you. I had to buy 2 different size tires so I couldn’t get the buy 3 get one free deal but Morgan worked his magic and got me the deal. Great guy, great customer service! Also while I was waiting a guy came in that needed a stud bolt fixed ASAP so his sister could use the vehicle to go to the doctor in Morgantown. They were booked solid and had a few call offs but Morgan was compassionate and yet again worked his magic and got him in. Highly recommend this place for exceptional service!

Very unorganized and terrible customer service. Made an appointment for an oil change that takes a max amount of time of 20 minutes and was here for an hour and half. They push other customers needs away because they are “full” couldn’t help a lady plug her tire that would take a couple minutes. Not very happy and will never return here again.

One week my tires are good... The next week I do a car inspection and all of a sudden I need 4 tires. Also need to change my rear windshield wiper as if that is sooo important to pass an inspection when normal cars dont even come with it. Dont come here. There are other better places to get your car services. They mirage themselves professional but to the normal costumers they will gather costs that you dont need. I had a credit card here and no longer will be using it nor do business here. Hope this helps.

Stopped in to get some prices on tires both the lady and gentleman at the counter were wonderful and so patient with all my questions. I’m wanting to get tires for my grandson when he comes in and they made it easy to decide with going to them. Keep up the great work.

Im changing my review here a bit. Im going with 4 stars for the tire plan and 2 stars for the inspection and service part for an average of 3.I failed inspection here recently because my window tint was too dark, but they had passed me two previous years. So if the tint it too dark, its too dark, but the inconsistency is my concern then. The tint was easy to remove with the help of a hair dryer and alcohol to remove the excess glue. However, I also got failed because they said I had a problem with my brake rotors, and when I took that to a brake place to get it repaired they said they have no idea what it failed for. That is enough for me to not bring my car back here again for inspection or anything other than tire and alignment type of stuff.For the tires, they have good prices and good tires and a nice insurance plan, but my tires are not kept in stock so the two times I have needed a new tire I have had to wait a few days for the replacement to come in usually, so thats the only downside, but that is life in a smaller city I guess. So if you are concerned about down time with tire issues, best to make sure you get something they have in stock if possible.

They deliver the best customer service no keep you informed as to what’s going on with your vehicle so you aren’t wondering. Also with everything going on in the world they are really taking care of keep themselves and customers safe.

Leanna and her staff were fantastic. Leanna went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, and more. she made sure my questions were answered and my car was safe and good to go so I felt at ease driving my car again. Even when they were busy, they still were very efficient/speedy and friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We were in the area for the Oglebay Light Festival when a bolt came out of one of our calipers. It made the car unable to drive. They took it right in to determine exactly what was needed. Realized that the second bolt in the caliper was also loose. They didn’t have what they needed and the delivery person from the parts store had already left for the day. One of their guys went and got the needed bolts and they got us back on the road just in time for the festival. They did not overcharge us for the time and part. They were very fair. AWESOME!!!!

Took my car here for an annual state inspection. The car was rejected and I was told I needed a $600 repair job for a leaking shock. I took my car to Monro Muffler in Benwood where they quoted the same repair over the phone at less than $300. When they inspected the car they said no repair was needed at all and we passed the state inspection. Buyer beware.

Had my wife’s car here. She wasn’t excited about having to take it in herself. When I got home she made it a point to tell me how easy it was. She said the lady was very helpful and didn’t make her feel uncomfortable being at a mechanic shop. Thank your team for everything.

$69 for an oil change and $89 for an alignment, which was more than I expected. I should have checked online, but I assumed it would be less than the Subaru dealership (it wasnt). My appointment was at 11:30 am, I left at 1:50 pm. The employees were all nice and the place was really clean.

My daughter is a college student at West Liberty. Her friends and her had rode down to Wheeling to have lunch. On there way down the tire light came on and my daughter started to worry. They saw your store so pulled in she went in and spoke with the staff. They checked all the pressure for her and a couple were a little low. Nothing to worry too much about. The manager gave her a business card and said if it happens again or she needs anything to call or bring it in. My daughter was so thankful as am I to know someone is there in case something does happen, we live a couple hours away so thank you NTB staff for giving me a piece of mind.

Stopped to have them check the valve core on my trailer. Ended up being the stem they swapped the stem out for me and had me back on the road quickly. Saved me in a rough situation.

My friends and I were headed to Ogelbay when we noticed her tire light came in. Lucky for us we were just coming up to NTB. I got out when and asked if someone could put air in tires and let us know the problem. They had us pull in, checked all 4 tire, which were all low. Explained that it may be do to the change in temperature. Told us if it comes on again come on back. They made us feel like something so small was so important still. Thank you Wheeling NTB

On our annual cousins road trip the car was DOA. We had driven for 5 days with no problem. We called AAA to jump start us and we limped in here on a wing and a prayer. The nice people here took care of us and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Very much appreciated!!!

Since moving from Central OH to the Wheeling area I have been going to NTB. Each and every time the staff is extremely helpful and do their best to make sure they get me in and out as soon as they can. Also every time I am there the mechanic Bob is the one to help with the servicing and he explains what I need done in a way I can understand and helps keep it cost effective as well! Thanks to all of them for making it a great experience.

My daughter blew a tire on a very busy stretch of I-70 Westbound at 7:00 AM on Sunday morning . After getting AAA on scene to repair the tire, I call this store and spoke with Manager Morgan who was TERRIFIC! I shared the situation and alerted them that she would arrive soon and please call back with repair estimate and details. He promptly called back and got her repair work done quickly and professionally. They put a new tire on her Civic and had her on her way in less than 30 Mins. Best of all they opened at 8:00 am on a SUNDAY ! We were very appreciative and thankful that she was given such wonderful service and support and their prices were very reasonable. NTB You have a customer for life:)

Just stopped for a quote on tires and get air pressure checked. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Didn’t feel pressured to buy but they did explain if I got a price somewhere else they’d match the pricing and would get me in possible same day. I will be back.

I stopped for a state inspection and they told me that I needed rear brakes at a cost of $1021.00 I told them not to fix it and they put a rejected sticker on it. I went to the Monroe garage in StClairsville and told them I needed brakes.The mechanic there said my brakes were fine 4/32 and the other side was 3/32 and they were good for a WV Sticker. Monroe said the breaks were fine and they called the Wheeling store and they put my WV Sticker on total cost $13.?? DONT TRUST NTB FOR SERVICE !

We were told that with the purchase of the 4 new tires we bought we would receive a free alignment check AND the actual alignment was free, then we were told by another employee at the time of service we were told it was not going to be free. Its not the fact of price, but we chose the place to get the tires based entirely on the fact we were told it would be free and we even double checked and she assured us it was included. We could have gotten the tires much cheaper elsewhere, we only chose ntb for the free alignment.

Leanna suggested getting my truck aligned after they found uneven tire wear during my oil change. I was hesitant to spend the money, but the tech Andrew took me out and showed me on the computer it was off. I received great service and price wasnt as bad as I thought. Maybe it saved me buying tires. Thank you NTB.

Daughter, a West Liberty student, hit a large pothole which then caused vibration in the steering wheel. I live about 2.5 hours away so I needed to take care of the situation over a weekend when in town. Called NTB and told them the situation and they said just bring it in and well look at it in-between appointments even thou they were extremely busy. Looked at it and repaired it the same day and the cost of repair was very fair. Telling everyone on the hill to take their car needs here if ever in the same situation.

I have never felt so cared for and so accommodated at an auto repair shop than I did this morning at NTB in Wheeling. I had woken up to a near flat tire on a vehicle I have owned for only 2 months (with new tires) as I was headed off to work. The tire had been impaled with a screw. I crept to a nearby gas station to add some air, said my prayers, and headed off to NTB, calling and reaching Brandon Losby on my way there. I explained the circumstances and he quickly assured me that I did not have to worry, that they would take care of me. Though the appointment board was full and the shop was bustling, Brandon fit me in. They had me out of there within the hour. What could have been a very bad morning was turned around with vigor and care by Brandon Losby and the young gentleman who adeptly serviced my vehicle. Im very grateful! Thank you, gentlemen! You made my day.

I spent too much money (my opinion. Not a fact) to have my AC repaired, and when there were issues they had me come back worked their very best to save me money, time, and hassle. Very knowledgeable and kind.

We took both of our cars to NTB on National road to be inspected and Brandon Losby got us right in. This was our first time at NTB and our first WV inspection and Brandon was able to answer all of our questions and really took the time to help us out.

I go here for an oil change when I have a money saving coupon. Inevitably, they always find something wrong that they recommend I spend several hundred dollars on.

I went in for tires. They tried to tell me my transmission fluid was burnt. Took to my mechanic. Just as I thought a scam for unnecessary service. What is a tire store doing messing with your transmission. Be careful folks.
