I woke up one morning before work and heard my car making sounds. I googled the nearest repair shop and rays auto popped up so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed! Very nice and genuine guy who I didn’t feel was screwing me over. I didn’t even feel pressured to call my dad or boyfriend for advice! He’s truly the best. My new go to mechanic!

I went to Neighborhood Auto Care about 3 times between 2016- early 2017 and vowed to never go back. Firstly, my bf had a pleasant experience and you could tell they do work hard and do good work. He had his exhaust fixed for around $300 in the summertime. So in November, i ended up getting a compressor first and we payed $431. He came back in and asked if i wanted all 4 tires done for $450, i just payed over $400 as a part-time college student i cant afford $1k in repairs so i politely declined. Crazy because i drove 5 minutes home and the very next day I WOKE UP with a flat-tire. I walked out and was like weird my car is lopsided and noticed a flat-tire. How one day after i go to your shop do i have a flat-tire? Unless it developed at your shop? Are you creating problems to bring in business, scamming? Why didnt you tell me about it at that time? So once again being broke i struggled and ended up paying $80 for towing and $70 for a new tire all in the week before finals and literally crying at a gas-station air pump bc i cant make it to school on these crucial days where tons of assignments are due before getting it fixed. Then in January we decided to try it again but we first asked him to look at the car only and give an estimate. When we came in he was like oh you are the guys with the tires, i remember you, are you getting them done today?. i said no something else, He said, Have you gotten any of them fixed?, i told him just one and he looked strange. So we asked him to let us know before fixing it and he went ahead and fixed it anyway. My bf had talked to him that itd be somewhere around $280 and then he charged us $360, and we had only wanted an estimate. Once again drove 5 minutes home and then the next day 10am, i drove to my moms 18 minutes away, car is smoking and a hose has a slit in it, a perfect slit. I couldnt even believe it. The next morning after going to this shop twice i have had another issue with my car. It was then that we decided to never go back to this shop. I got it fixed at a location closer to my moms house for $75. So i am pretty sure they done some amount of good work and i am not sure if others have experienced more problems from this shop but of coarse go at your own risk.

Ive been going to Erics for several years now and he is the only mechanic I trust. Beyond reasonable and his work has never failed me.Ill never forget when I had gotten into an accident and couldnt get my hood to open. I was waiting on the insurance to come out and take a look at it but was in serious need of an oil change for my Durango.I asked his mechanic Junior to cut an access panel in the hood to get to the cap to fill the oil after the oil was drained and a new filter was installed. We laugh about it today because Erics face was priceless.I highly recommended Eric because him and his team in my humble opinion are the best.
