If i can leave zero stars that would me my option. I was going to buy a bottle of wine and cashier refused to me because i did not have US government issued ID. Did some researches i law states that any ID acceptable as long as it was issued by government. So, my foreign passport should be accepted!!The law clearly only asks for Government Issued IDs, not for US-government issued IDs:

Impossible to a find a staff person sometimes, especially later at night. Just wish this Target across the street was open 24-7, then I would just go there. This walmart is often messy, and has stocking boxes and pallets right in the middle - between the isles.
