The best T-Mobile store I have been to. Great service and no headaches. Sales person was Frank, I deal with him a couple of times and is great. It was the best experience. He is very patient, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. All of the sales people are very nice even when I call them, they give me a lot of attention.

After being for more than two decades with AT&T, I moved to T-Mobile only because of the outstanding service/support provided by the store Manager Jasmine and one of her employees, Rafael.Jasmine has a great personality and the ability to resolve any issue quickly and professionally.

Had a very great experience at this T-Mobile. Ask forJasmine she is the manager and goesAbove and beyond ! I came in during Black Friday weekend and the store was swamped but I was greeted and helped out very quickly. Jasmine answered all my questions, explained what my bill would be in detail, and helped me find a good phone for a good price. Instead of trying to get me to buy an expensive phone like most she helped me stay in my budget. I wasn’t rushed or pressured at all and the entire store was just very happy and friendly even tho they were busy. Very nice store, great staff & management is awesome. The worst service in the world. I was sold a broken phone 3 times. I offered them to pay extra money and please change to a normal model, but they keep saying that they only have this defective model in stock, and they dont change it, I lost a whole week and was left with a faulty phone.here is some girl who really does not want to work and pushes clients away. how is this company still on its feet?

Rude and unprofessional. The list can go on. They have a big table set outside with employees outside taking customers. So unprofessional !!!!! What if customers want to look at phones ???? Be helped inside because it’s to hot outside. I asked the girl if I could be helped inside and she said no. I was going to look into buying a telephone but I am taking my business else where. My wife and I bought iPhone 12 Pro, Pro Max, iWatch Series 6 and SE during Black Friday at T-Mobile store, Wheeling.Since we traded in our old phones, and made financial arrangement, the monthly payment is rather complicated. Frank and Jasmine (store manager) patiently explain the details throghout the process. They also helped us understand the first bill.This is great customer service we experienced, and we highly recommend T Moble at this branch.

This store has a policy in place to require all phones on an account to be brought in when a new sim card is requested. I have an escalated complaint with Tmobile cooperate as this is NOT the policy, according to multiple managers with this company.

In my experience, at all phone stores helpfullness is hit or miss. Four times I have been to this store and 3 have been good experiences. Today Chris helped me and he understood what I was saying without me having to go into much detail. He efficiently tried to see if my time limit on a return was up. It was, because of my slacking. Lol. Very happy to walk out of this store today knowing good help is out there! Thanks again Chris!

A location of hustlers. Jenni told us our phone was not fixable and pushed us to buy a new phone of lower quality. Turns out the phone just needed a “Restore” through iTunes. When we came to return the phone they charged a $50 restocking fee. Their employees are called “Mobile Experts” but she was unable to tell that the phone just needed a reset. Not much of an expert, I’d say. We had to pay money for their inability to properly diagnose a phone. $50 is not the point, it’s the principal, terrible service. Store of crooks, will never be returning back here with our business even though we live 2 minutes down the street and frequented this store in the past. I will purposely go out of my way to avoid this location.

One of the worst customer service I have experienced. Went in to take a new wireless service. The agent offered a sweet deal on new connection. Then she runs the credit as we were discussing the pricing. When iShe then checks with the manager who refuses to honor the pricing. It felt like the agent didn’t know the details of the offers.The agent went back on pricing which she promised and this is after I confirmed multiple times that the pricing is possible and the offers are stackable.The connection we were planning didn’t even involve buying new phones and when asked why run a hard credit check if we are not taking new phones she said it was standard process.As they went back on the pricing and offer, we walked out of the store without taking a new wireless connection with TMobile. 2 weeks later they send me a bill for a connection / account I did not create. Now I have a dent on my credit score and I have a bill ( even bough it’s a small amount) to pay for a service which I never signed up for.Will be taking this up with the regulators.

I had worst experience at this store. There was one lady who doesnt even know how to pull up the account and find documents. She doesnt even know how to behave with customers. She was very rude. She was talking non sense. She was looking at me weirdly and showing stupid attitude.I did not even understand on what basis she was hired. On my way out also she was talking some non sense. She should have taken some training at least .These kind of ppl wont add any value to the organization. If I had an option I would have given 0 rating for her .Anyway I had gone to another tmobile store and just with my mobile number they were able to pull up details and were able to help me out. And I was able to get my work done.

David and Frank are super cool and put the team into T-Mobile. Palatine one sucks, come to this one instead. Super clean, super friendly, superstars.

They will sell a deal and later does not support you to get it. I had a horrible experience with them. Bought iPhone and Samsung S8. Transferred from att by paying off 300 bucks phone for this deal I got here and one more line. They said after 2 moths I will start getting my credits which never made to the account. Now paying full money . Visited them 10 times and got multiple excuses . Frank tried to help but the manager said he is new and can not help. Earlier manager did something and they can not fix this now. They said you cancelled one line in between so deal not work. Remember guys this is just authorized store and not t Mobile store. So they have limited capacity. The TMobile customer care couldn’t help after multiple calls as they said only store can help you to fix the deal if they offered . Which these guys never did.

VERY BAD! I walked into this location on 3/11 and the very first thing I hear was loud, inappropriate and racially derogatory music playing on the speakers. The employee who looked and spoke as if he was new did not even acknowledge that I walked in or even turn down the music. And when I approached him he could not even answer a simple inquiry I had on a phone I was interested in. Beyond that he had to go ask for a supervisor to help him. I did not wait for him to come back I just left afterwords and went to a different location. As long as they continue to play racially insensitive music I do not see myself returning.
