If I can give zero stars I would. Very rude on the phone. Called to see if a technician could help me transfer data from one phone to another. Just get it started. Told me any idiot could do it. When I to speak a supervisor I was told they werent in. They told me to buy a Geek Squad subscription and go to Best Buy. I had a Geek Squad subscription, I went to Best Buy Northbrook and they couldnt have been nicer. After being an AT&T customer and stockholder for over 40 years. Im over them. Switching as soon as I can.

I had a great experience at this location. They had very professional and helpful staff. Jeffry & Puneet helped my family & I switch over from Sprint to AT&T, they took the time and explained all the new billing info and all things I needed to know for our new service. It was honestly such an easy, smooth switch. I highly recommend to see them if you are looking for a fast, easy switch!! Thanks guys!

Gorge the assistant manager was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything very carefully, he was very patient and friendly. He really helped us get the best deal for my two upgrades. He showed great customer service skills, work ethics and made sure everything was done properly and to the point before we left the store. In another at&t store we got treated really bad. But as soon as we got to this store they greeted us the worker that helped us was Elijah from the beginning he was really friendly and he helped us to do the upgrades and get the products that we needed. Thank you Elijah

Great overall experience. I switched over from Tmobile and the at&t staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Very satisfied with the network, considerably faster than my previous carrier. Highly reccomend if you are looking for a new phone or better service!

This is my second visit to this store and have dealt with Pita she is a delight and never to busy to answer all your questions. I was in there today with a problem with my Samsung Cloud account and she helped me with signing in and fixing the problem to its conclusion. You have a customer for life.
