I was greeted in a friendly manner by Eric R. He answered all of me questions and then proceeded to solve my issue in less than 3 minutes.What a great experience. Its alway great to speak to someone with so much knowledge about the all the products and plans that AT&T offer.Thanks Again for the great experience.

Customer service at this location is the worst. I was told on the phone by the manager that I couldnt be helped because he was too busy.

Very positive experience - David, the manager was very helpful and efficient. He helped us quickly and we had a new working phone in less than 10 mins. Also there was 3 or 4 other staff, so customers coming in didn’t have to wait. This is definitely going to be my AT&T go to store.

Excellent go to place when switching carriers. Good representatives. Helpful, knowledgeable, and above all else honest representatives, which is hard to come by in phone stores.They have reasonably priced unlimited data plans there but sooo much more included for what I was paying in T-Mobile. Better service too! Definitely recommend the switch!!

The girl that works there is rude and has an attitude problem. Don’t get helped by her unless you want to get service with an attitude.

I didnt know walking into a retail store for an upgrade would be such an inconvenience to the female employee working. Sorry we interrupted your lunch an hour before closing. Yes, well order online, thank you for nothing. Also locking customers inside is incredibly illegal as there is no egress with the doors locked.

David and staff are amazing! Always professional and efficient.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst service with incompetent staff and I mean the “manager” David. He disconnected my sons phone so I could return another phone? Why? (was there 2 hours while David tried to figure out how to do a return?) and then he didn’t reactivate the my son’s phone. Went back the next morning and Store hours posted opens at 10am at 10:55 am no one there lights out. My son was left with out phone service and the Real AT&T customer service suggested I make a formal complaint. Went to the AT&T in Hartsdale and they quickly gave me a replacement sim for my sons phone done in 10 minutes.

I appreciate the store signage and discipline regarding their following of CDC guidelines. Clean, social distanced environment, Lovely customer service and politeness.The iphone 12 is an amazing professional camera phone! I am over my old iphone 8. The gentleman here was very knowledgeable, explained the value of having phone insurance and answered all my questions. Could not be more satisfied. This store doesn’t make sure you leave with knowledge on what you’ve purchased not one employee there provided proper customer service I’m paying for a phone that I wasn’t supposed to get the manger promised he’d fix the situation he dodged my calls after I have messaged to show this situation too and “magically” he doesn’t work there anymore... the goal is to get the sale and when it’s done they could careless this location specifically needs to be reported to consumer! And will be reported

3 hour to upgrade from verizon iPhone 7 to iPhone mini - do you have 3 hrs to spend in their store - add a parking ticket for overtime parking Plus one hour on the phone to get the billing right. Now I have to chase the return credit to verify it has been processed. How would you rate this experience

Stay away from this company period. Worst internet coverage Ive ever experienced. If you plan on doing Uber or working on any of the delivery platforms, look elsewhere. Their internet is totally unreliable.

Went in for a simple check on a possibly malfunctioning charger and representative went extra mile and ran diagnostics on my phone just in case. Turned out charger was the only problem and ended up saving me close to $100.
