Been coming to this store for years. Good people here and always helpful! I didnt know you could bring your own phone to Boost now. Check it out and support them if you can.

At the advice of the owner I purchased a $200 phone (new). I was told if I didnt like it I could bring it back in (within 14 days) and exchange it for a more expensive phone and simply pay the difference. The newer phone was marked at $650 so I took the opportunity to see if I could save myself $450. The phone was a disaster and I quickly decided I wanted to exchange it for the better model. I was then informed that I would lose 25% of my original purchase, $50. The owner quickly rectified that situation but then could not obtain the newer version for over 2 weeks despite having promised it would be available in 2 days! Ive never been to a business where the owner themselves were completely unaware of their own policies and product. Will never purchase from this store again.

A great decision I made when undecided to switch to boost. Theresa at this location helped me transfer and she took care of me and my 3 lines. Amazing service.

I came here today to join Boost Mobile from Credo Mobile (which credo is a scam carrier and very expensive) I decided to switch my iPhone 6s to Boost Mobile. The phone was unlocked and ready to be used with Boost since Boost and Credo runs on sprint network ( Credo is a lot expensive and more of a scam) . I was greeted nicely by a lady named Isabel. She was very helpful and she helped me keep my number while transferring everything and she told me the best plans available and all that good stuff. I choose the $50 plan which has unlimited talk text and even data. All I did was buy a SIM card for $15, chose a plan and Isabel worked her hardest to hook my phone up. I now know that there wont be any hidden fees like Credo Mobile did ( I made a review about Credo Mobile and Credo sucks! Do not be with them) If I were you, choose Boost Mobile I am very happy about my service here and its a lot cheaper and its $50 flat with no hidden fees (unlike Credo Mobile) and I dont have to worry about running over my data anymore ( like I used to with Credo Mobile) I recommend this store and Boost Mobile in general. Come in to this store when Isabel is in because she is very helpful and she takes her time and explains everything.

Great place,i got there for a troubleshooting i had in my phone,i was treated in a very Professional attitude,no doubt if i need a new phone is the right place to go.

Very knowledgeable when fixing phone problems. Good offers. Cheaper to pay Bill in person than online too.

Got a free phone and a free case but I swee talked my way into the case. Good luck lol
