I had a terrible interaction with this Michael Kors today. I’ve been here many times and have had nothing but good experiences but this time not so much. I place an order online for pick up of a mans watch about 1:45pm. I was told it will take up to 3 hours so I came to the mall early to waste time shopping around. Never received any email stating it was ready, even at about 5:45pm. So I stopped in just to see what was going on. I’m greeted by a man who I tell I have made a online pick up purchase too who was NOT very friendly at all. Asked me if I even received my email stating the watch was ready. I told him I was in the mall already just popped in to see how it was going. He tells me he can’t find my order in which I showed him my email confirmation. Tells me to cancel my order and to purchase it in store since he didn’t receive my order. Comes back out 5 mins later telling me he “just” found it. I paid for not only the watch BUT for it to be gift wrapped as well as with a note. I received nothing but an attitude and a headache. I will NOT return to this location.

If you are a fan of Michael Kors this store has it all. The sales help are very knowledgeable and friendly.
