I love Neiman Marcus! Like who doesnt? It is super expensive and has all of the latest hot designer stuff which I love to Drool over in every department I wish I could buy the whole store! The cosmetics department is definitely my favorite as they have all of the exclusive perfumes that you dont find at regular department stores and the sales staff are always very helpful because they work on commission. The private invite only events are also fabulous.I have always loved their cafe for the pop up bread even when I go to their ball Harbor location its a must visit you must visit I saw Jerry hall there once eating, it was like a cool experience you never know who youre gonna see in Neimans just have your money ready to spend.

I’ve been shopping at Neiman Marcus white plains since I was in college (10+ years), I came in today around noon. with my kids to find jeans for my son. As I’m leaving the kids department a gentleman (I’m assuming from loss prevention with a red button down) comes running over to me as if I have taken something (I haven’t even left the store just moved from kids department to the men’s which is where my husband was speaking to an associate whom always helps us). At first I didn’t think he was trying to get my attention as he was speaking Spanish but when he then spoke to me in English he asked about an item my daughter touched, I said excuse me, she doesn’t have it we put it back. I’ve never felt targeted before especially in a store where I have built relationships with employees from shopping so frequently. Honestly I might not be back as it’s left a bad taste in my mouth; it’d be one thing if we were walking towards the exit and it was in her hand but there was nothing in any of our hands, & we were no where close to the door. Very disappointed.

Another amazing meal at Mariposa in Neiman Marcus in White Plains. This place is a hidden gem. The food, ambiance and service is unmatched in most restaurants and its an affordable upscale experience. They are famous for their mouth watering popovers but everything is delicious.

Fantastic and helpful customer service in the YSL boutique area, but felt incredibly unwelcome and judged instantly upon entering the Chanel boutique. Asked one question and was made to feel dumb which, as a first time buyer excited about this splurge purchase, turned me off from the brand entirely. Will never go back.

Such a fancy place! Made me feel Beverly Hills like! Oh boy was it exciting if it wasnt for my cousin who pointed out their complimentary water, I wouldnt have even taken it with its cute golden straw... I felt like only the people who can afford to buy xD are the ones allowed to take it but my cousin taught me a lot that day lol. We got so lucky too because that day, the company was giving free ice cream to their customers as a gratification! Isnt that so sweet! I dont know if I will ever be able to afford here xD lets pray for a yes! But what they do is adorable and made me feel welcome regardless of how bougie it looks ♡¡

Great merchandise. but pricey

The customer service experience here is horrible. I have made 3 purchases. The last 2 purchases I made during a promotion time in which depending the amount you spend, you’ll get a gift card for x amount of $ within 5-8 weeks. The first time I use a promotion code I didn’t get the gift card in the advertised time. I had to continuously call and 6 months later I got it. My last purchase I also made with a promotion code. That purchase was made 10/22/20 and today is 3/4/21 and I have yet to receive it. I called once to complaint and was notified I will receive the gift card with 4 weeks (after waiting already 3 months). What bothers me the most is the business model. I can’t exaggerate when I tell you I get DAILY or every other day reminders on my email of advertisement to incentive me to purchase during a “promotional” time to receive a gift card. But they don’t deliver with the gift card part. If I don’t call multiple times I will not get it. And to me, if a corporation doesn’t deliver on what it advertises, then is a scam. Is a shame because I do enjoy the items I purchased, but I don’t think I will continue purchasing luxury items through Neiman Marcus. I hope I do get contacted after this review because this is outrageous.

Very helpful staff and clean store

So I went there today and my friend was looking at cologne and I decided to go to the shoe section since it was right there and there were a group of 4 sales associates and I asked someone if they stretched the shoes there (I bought a pair of Loubatons a year ago) and haven’t worn them because they were snug and then they asked if I have them and I said not now and one lady laughed hysterically (elder woman, lol) and the whole experience made me feel awkward and like I shouldn’t be there (I was dressed down in adidas sweats) and found the atmosphere to be pretentious. I’ll have them know I went right to the Gucci store and LV store and made purchases at each and make a much better salary than them so I’m confused at why they think they’re better than me? I definitely won’t ever purchase from here but I will bring my shoes in to be stretched. I’m not going to be treated that way!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at this Neiman Marcus. About two weeks ago, I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift. Since the recipient wasnt with me, they werent the correct size. The associate who helped me, Martin, went way above and beyond to make sure that we got the right shoes. When we discovered that they didnt have the right size in stock, he spent the afternoon checking stores for a pair that fit properly.He eventually found a pair in a Neiman Marcus in Hawaii, and had them quickly shipped to my door. When we got the right size, Martin arranged for the other pair to be picked up from my door and processed the return for me. He stayed in contact with me all along the way and made sure to listen to my feedback. It was a fantastic shopping experience and made me feel respected and valued as a customer.I am thrilled at the level of service I received and the expertise that he used to make things as easy as possible for me. Really great stuff!

Because of COVID quarantine, stock in several items are low, so that means I cant try on stuff Ive been looking at online without just buying it first then returning if I dont like it. No ysl libre perfume, no red Manolo Blahniks in my size, no quirky Chanel sandals, and even the YSL tribute pumps arent available in my size. Le sigh...

This particular review is for Mr. Eli Fedotov in the mens section downstairs. We came in today in search for a cashmere sweater for a gift. The initial saleswoman in the Canali section was quite unhelpful. Very much of a take it or leave it attitude. Having come from Connecticut for this specific item, the quick interaction really felt like a shock. This is not the service that we are used to receiving here.Eli in contrast was helpful and efficient. He was well versed on the sweaters, verified prices via his scanner, patiently showed us several colors, and was never pushy. He brought us water, offered us a gift receipt and packaged everything up nicely. Thanks to him, well definitely come back!

Newman’s is a specialty store in adepartment store. Really fabulous.

They have a lot of designer stuff in here, and their staff is amazing. I went in for some louboutin heels though and I couldn’t find my size but I think it’s because the brand doesn’t release that many pairs. Loved it here and will definitely be back to buy other designer though. Very convenient to have it all in one place.

Neiman Marcus is great!! Most people cant afford to shop there. One jacket was $41,000 and yes before you ask thats $41,000! It makes the $4000 jackets look like a bargain!! Amazing quality and a very nice staff also

Incredibly disappointed with the staff in the womens shoe department. I had ordered a pair of Louboutins, not payless shoes please keep this in mind, and they came scuffed and dirty - things happen, thats ok. What is not ok, is when I pointed this out to the woman helping me to which she replied: Well theyre going to get scuffed the second you walk outside anyway. I find this shocking and unacceptable for $700 shoes. Call me crazy, but that is not a response I would expect in general, let alone at an upscale womens clothing department store with an upscale product like a pair of Louboutins. Then the womens shoe department manager joined us and reiterated the same message: they are going to get ruined. Whether they get ruined or not, I want to ruin them myself. No one wants to spend $700 on an already ruined pair of shoes, I would expect. I promptly returned this item since I was not offered another pair within a respectable time frame, nor any suitable solution. I took my business to Nordstroms where the item came in in less that 24 hours and not destroyed.

This is now the second bag I have ordered from Neiman Marcus that has come completely damaged. The first time was a Saint Laurent bag- that was sent to me with a giant scratch across the leather, no tags... and was clearly a damaged return.Today, my Saint Laurent Lou Lou bag was deliver in a completely damaged box. The bag was not protected at all. It was lightly stuffed in a dust bag. The box was completely smashed in. I don’t understand how Neiman’s can get alway with such horrible service.I have ordered from Saks, net-a-porter, Gucci... and I have NEVER had a issue with the quality of the items or service. It’s such a hassle to have to rerun something, and deal with customer service. This is why these retailers are going out of business. Even if you are going to spend thousands of dollars, they could care less if you are treated well as a customer.

Really, what can be said other than always a great experience

This review is for people who haven’t ever heard of Neiman Marcus. If you haven’t heard of it, don’t even bother stepping inside because they sell really high-end products and it is very expensive! If you think the stuff at Nordstrom’s is expensive, you better stay on that side of the mall... Plus, this place feels sterile and a bit understocked...

Great service. Bought a suit in the mens department. Great quality and service. My suit was tailored the next day for an event that evening.

The gentleman in Creed department was very polite and knowledgeable of perfumes were incredible. I left with the perfumes I felt that satisfied my needs for my trip.

AWFUL. I bought a Hickey-Freeman suit at Neiman Marcus in White Plains for $868.75 back in July of 2015. Had the suit altered there, as it was included. After several weeks, got the suit back and it was too large and the front button fell off. Way too much room in the jacket and pants. Poor tailoring. I wore it a few times after having a tailor by my office fix the button, and then just took it out of rotation until I could get back to the store again, which isnt very often unless I want to deprive myself of weekend activities. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked if I could bring the suit in finally to be adjusted correctly. They said sure, the tailor is in on the weekend so just stop in. I get there and they tell me oh, you have to have the suit dry cleaned before you bring it in. OK, could have told me that on the phone, but whatever. So, I get the suit cleaned and went back this past Sunday again. I get all measured up and then Im presented with a $175 bill. What? Why? They say its because its been too long since the purchase date. Im like, you didnt do it right the first time, the suit has hardly been worn, just look at it. They make we wait another 1/2 hour to see what they can do and come back with splitting the difference. I told them just give me the suit back and Ill have my own guy fix it the right way. Wonder what theyll do when they have no customers left to piss off.

Yesterday i visited the Orlane Cosmetic Counter at Neiman Marcus in White Plains and I was personally escorted to the counter by a young lady and then introduced to two sales representatives -- Ron and Tony. I was very impressed with their helpfulness and knowledge -- especially since I needed extra assistance since I am sensitive and allergic to many products. On a score of 1-10, I would rate them 20. I will continue to purchase any Orlane products at Neiman Marcus in the future.

After having a horrible experience at the Neiman Marcus at Roosevelt field in Garden City, NY. I called NM in white Plains to see if they had the chanel necklace I had saw a couple of days back. The sales representative Joan Hoffenberg informed me the have the merchandise and that they would hold it for me till i got there from Queens. I arrived at the chanel section in NM was greeted by Joan. She informed me on every little detail about the necklace. Joan even sent the necklace to get gift wrapped without me even asking. It was a nice and peaceful transaction. Will have no problem dealing with Joan or any of the sales representatives in that department. If I could give more stars I would!!!!
