Despite having been closed for a good 10 minutes already, the gentleman treated me as if the store was open. Only after I asked if I could order one of these new coffee ice cream beverages did I notice all ice cream has already been stored for the evening. I wanted a fountain coke, and I got a great one made for me just how I like it with a big, genuine smile. The product a d the people here deserve high praise.

Absolutely absurd. I bought a small strawberry banana smoothie and the cost came out to $9.24. I mean, what!! I could buy two whole tubs of ice cream with that money! My smoothie tastes like pineapple- I mean... hello! I ordered a strawberry banana! My friend got a cookies and cream milkshake for the same price too. She took two sips and that stuff was gone. Nothing in that cup but whipped cream. Very dissapointed haagen daz, very dissapointed.

Just have to tell them you want a shake thick. Häagen-Dazs workers, have protocols to follow. Ice cream must be weighed and if expensive, its because its not a cheap ice cream. Its located in an expensive mall people full of expensive stores & a famous brand, always have to hear people complaining of prices. This place is great!

I love Haagen Dazs ice cream but I refuse to eat from this place! Every time I go there, the staff never wears gloves! I asked the staff to put gloves on one time and she caught an attitude so I walked out.Their hands directly touch the ice cream all the time. When they struggle to scoop the ice cream and their hands hit the food or fingers touch, then grab money and go back to scooping ice cream. I saw the manager come from the back area, wipe sweat from his forehead and start scooping ice cream. The women have chipped nail polish/tips and rings, touch their face or other stuff and they still scoop ice cream with no gloves and without washing their hands.It’s absolutely disgusting. I keep passing by hoping to see better food handling practices but nothing changes. I been to other Haagen Dazs shops and they all wear gloves except for this one. I don’t eat from here, it’s only a matter of time before they get someone sick.

Still my favourite ice cream but I think over the years the quality has not been the same. It seems watered down now.
